Constantine N. Papadakis, has been a director of Amkor since August 2005. Dr. Papadakis is President of Drexel University, a position he has held since 1995. From 1986 to 1995, Dr. Papadakis was Dean of the College of Engineering at the University of Cincinnati, and from 1984 to 1986 he was Professor and Head of the Civil Engineering Department of Colorado State University. Prior to returning to academia, Dr. Papadakis served as Vice President of Tetra Tech Inc., a Honeywell subsidiary, as Vice President of STS Consultants, Ltd., and at several engineering positions with Bechtel Power Corporation. He presently serves on the board of directors of Aqua America, CDI Corp, Mace Security International, Inc., Met-Pro Corporation, the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, Sovereign Bank, Inc., and various charitable and civic organizations.

In 1982, Bernard D. Gollotti, CCP began his career in public safety as a part-time security officer working events such as concerts, sporting events, and city sponsored celebrations while working toward his bachelors degree. Mr. Gollotti was recognized by his superiors as a young man with potential in the field, and he was given opportunities to advance, which resulted in promotions to account manager, and eventually Assistant Vice President, in 1985. Over the next 12 years, Mr. Gollotti's responsibilities included creating leading edge security policies and procedures, business development, training, and spearheading Quality Assurance programs. Mr. Gollotti joined Drexel University in 1996. Now the Senior Associate Vice President for Public Safety at Drexel University, Mr. Gollotti's leading principal is "employees are the backbone of every company and the foundation upon which every success is built." Drexel's achievements are a direct result of the performance and professionalism of every single individual.

John Higgins is the Architectural and Planning Consultant for the Calder Museum, Philadelphia. From 1988 to 2001 he was the Executive Director of the Foundation for Architecture. From 1973 to 1981 he was Chief of Community Planning and Acting Deputy Director, Philadelphia City Planning Commission. He has been a faculty member of the Department of Architecture, Drexel University (1975-1993), the Department of Urban Affairs, Temple University (1981 & 1988), and the Department of Sociology, University of Pennsylvania (1979-1981). Since 1995, he has directed or participated in the selection process for design architect for the Calder Museum in Philadelphia (Tadao Ando Architects Osaka, Japan); the Regional Performing Arts Center (Rafael Vinoli, New York); the Rosenbach Museum Expansion (Atkin Olshin, Philadelphia); the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts Expansion (Dagit Saylor, Philadelphia); and the Please Touch Children's Museum. Board Memberships (1995-2002) include the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance, Pew Fellowships in the Arts Regional Advisory Council, Rena Rowan Housing Foundation for Homeless Women, and the Mayor's Arts and Culture Advisory Council.

Paul Nye joined WaveLink Associates as a sales engineer in 2005, with over 25 years of sales and engineering experience. He is located in WaveLink's central Florida headquarters in the Orlando area. Paul has worked as a Regional Sales/Applications Engineer for Bendix, M/A-Com OmniSpectra, Anaren Microwave, Amplica Microwave, Microwave Semi Conductor, and TRAK Microwave. During the last 12 years Paul has been a Manufacturers Representative here in the state of Florida, specializing in RF and Microwave products. The territory covered by Paul while a manufacturers representative has been Central Florida , Space Coast, Gulf Coast, and the Pan Handle. Paul has an excellent track record at developing new business opportunities into winning sales orders. Frank Hauns joined WaveLink Associates as a sales engineer October 2006 with over 40 years Rf & Microwave engineering and sales experience. He joined the USN in 1965 and left the service in 1969 as an ATR-2 (E-r) after being stationed worldwide with the VQ-2 squadron where he was part of the air and ground crews maintaining and operating radar, radio and ECM avionics equipment. After the service, he obtained an Associate in Technology degree from Temple University and BSEE degree from Drexel University with evening classes while working full time as an engineering technician at RCA Mobile Communication Division and Solid State Scientific. Upon graduation, Frank was an application engineering manager at MSC and ST Microelectronics Bipolar & GasAsFET facilities and then a consultant for the MSC amplifier group after it was purchased by ST Microelectronics. After MPD bought the MSC amplifier group, Frank moved to Florida in 1992 as a Field Sales Engineer for M.

Dr. Thambipillai Sureshkumar was promoted to Chief Medical Officer on October 13, 2003 and was most recently appointed Medical Director of Chemical Dependency Services on September 4, 2004. Dr. Sureshkumar has been an attending physician at Fairmount since July 1, 2001 and was initially hired as a moonlighting physician in July 2000. He was also on staff at the Medical College of Pennsylvania where he completed his residency. Dr. Sureshkumar is currently a voluntary assistant professor at Drexel University where he provides lectures to their medical students and psychiatric residents, and supervises psychiatric residents. Dr. Sureshkumar graduated from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka in 1982 and completed his psychiatric residency in England in 1991. Dr. Sureshkumar is Board Certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in the areas of General Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry. He is also Board Certified in Psychiatry by the Royal College of Psychiatry, London, United Kingdom and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Canada.

Thomasennia Amos is the Director of the College Access Program. She is the former Director of the GEAR UP Initiative (Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs) at the Philadelphia Education Fund. Since joining the Ed Fund in October 1999, Mrs. Amos increased the full time staff for GEAR UP from four direct service coordinators to four Managing Coordinators two Lead Coordinators and 19 direct services coordinators. Under her direction 12 retired teachers were hired to serve a cohort of 120 teachers in enhancing the instructional and classroom management capabilities of teachers with 2/3 years seniority. Prior to joining the Ed Fund, Mrs. Amos served as an instructional supervisor in the Philadelphia School District. Over the several years of her career she has worked as a professional developer, supporting new teachers and introducing and coaching instructional best practices to school communities. She served under several superintendents in a central office capacity. Mrs. Amos is a dedicated educator who has supported students and teachers in every region of the Philadelphia School District. Upon request she has served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Temple University, University of Pennsylvania, Arcadia University, Drexel University and Chestnut Hill College. She is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and Arcadia University. Mrs. Amos and is also certified as a Principal, and has a strong personal commitment to improving education for Special Education students.

Bill Burns, a Tax Department director, joined Asher & Company, Ltd. in 1991. During his tenure with the organization, Mr. Burns has provided tax planning and preparation services for an extensive and diverse client base, including: investment groups, real estate developers, manufactures, distributors, retailers, service organizations, and a host of International business entities. Performing a wealth of tax related engagements, Mr. Burns brings particular expertise to taxation issues affecting partnerships, closely held businesses and Multi-state/International organizations operating as S corporations or C corporations. Mr. Burns has advised clients on inbound investments in the United States, including structuring cross-border ownership, repatriation planning, treaty planning, transfer pricing, branch profits tax issues, and multi-state income and sales tax planning. In addition, he brings a wealth of experience in utilizing the benefits applicable to foreign sales corporations as well as those related to the Extraterritorial Income Exclusion (EIE) for Exporters. Mr. Burns also has substantial experience in planning and compliance associated with the individual taxation of expatriates and inpatriates of multinational organizations, including compensation planning, treaty planning equalization and dealing with totalization agreements. Mr. Burns conducts periodic seminars on pertinent tax related policies and procedures, volunteers through the PICPA's Small Business Assistance Series and serves as an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University's "Drexel Experience" program. Mr. Burns is a Certified Public Accountant and has a B.S. in accounting from Drexel University. His affiliations and community leadership include: American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, British American Business Council, Drexel University (faculty), French-American Chamber of Commerce (Board of Directors), German American Chamber of Commerce, Ireland Chamber of Commerce United States of America, and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

"Dominic Frederico is President and Chief Executive Officer of Assured Guaranty Ltd., a position he has held since December 2003. Before taking up his current appointment, Mr. Frederico was the Chairman of ACE Financial Services, and has supervised the operations of Assured Guaranty since its acquisition by ACE Limited in 1999. Mr. Frederico worked at ACE for nine years prior to his post at Assured Guaranty progressing to increasingly senior positions, including: President & CEO, ACE Bermuda; Chairman, President & CEO, ACE INA Holdings and President & Chief Operating Officer, ACE Limited. In addition, Mr. Frederico was Vice Chairman of ACE Limited, and Chairman of ACE INA, ACE USA and ACE Financial Services. He oversaw the successful acquisition and integration of the domestic and international property casualty operations acquired by ACE from CIGNA Corporation in July 1999 and the acquisition of Capital Re Corp., the predecessor company to Assured Guaranty, in December 1999. Prior to joining ACE, Mr. Frederico spent 13 years working for various subsidiaries of the American International Group. Mr. Frederico holds an M.B.A. in Finance and a B.S. from Drexel University and a Certified Public Accountant’s designation in the State of Pennsylvania. In addition to his professional responsibilities, he is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Drexel University."

Rajiv Gupta founded Securent, Inc., and leads the company as CEO, directing Securent's overall strategy and direction in the application entitlement management market. He has more than 17 years of successful enterprise software and security experience, and is widely recognized as a pioneer of Web Services. Prior to Securent, he was the Founder and CEO of Confluent Software, where he led efforts for the successful development and growth of its policy-based web-services management product, before Confluent was acquired by Oblix in 2004. Before founding Confluent, Gupta spent 11 years at Hewlett-Packard, most recently as the General Manager of the E-speak Division, a division he started in 1998 to bring to market the E-speak technology that he and his team developed at HP Labs. E-speak is the precursor to the Web Service offerings from many major IT companies, and has been inducted into the Smithsonian National Museum. Gupta is the inventor or co-inventor of some of the seminal concepts that underpin Web Services, and has more than 45 patents to his name. He earned his Master's degree and PhD in Computer Science from the California Institute of Technology, and his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Walter W. Straub was appointed by the Board of Directors as the Chairman and interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company in October 2006. Mr. Straub has served as a director of the Company since March 2004. He was Chief Executive Officer and President of Rainbow Technologies, Inc. from its inception 1984 until March 2004, when Rainbow merged with SafeNet Inc. Mr. Straub led Rainbow's initial public offering in 1987 and secondary offering in 1991. Mr. Straub serves as a director of CAM Commerce Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: CADA), a provider of commerce solutions for traditional and web retailers. He received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and a master's degree in finance from Drexel University. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Drexel University and serves on the Concordia University President's Advisory Council. In 1993, Mr. Straub was named Orange County, CA Technology Entrepreneur of the Year.
