David Lonczak, vice president and chief marketing officer for drugstore.com is responsible for overseeing the online retailer's overall marketing direction. Luke Friang is vice president and chief information officer for drugstore.com, inc. and oversees all aspects of technology planning, development, and operations.
Most recently, Friang was senior director of e-commerce technologies at Costco Wholesale, Inc. He was part of the team that took Costco.com from $100 million to $700 million in annual revenue. During this high-growth period, he served as the primary IT executive responsible for the planning, execution and support of the company's IT strategy for online businesses.
Friang brings considerable retail experience to drugstore.com, having served in a variety of roles at The Spiegel Group and its associated companies. He directed Spiegel's strategic Internet initiative and was responsible for all e-commerce technology operations for the group's companies, including Eddie Bauer and The Spiegel Catalog. At Eddie Bauer, he served as director of Internet technologies and was responsible for the development of www.eddiebauer.com in 1999 and 2000. Before that, he served as manager of applications development and oversaw the e-commerce and call center divisions. Prior to Spiegel, Friang was a manager of call center systems and operations for Progressive Media, Inc. in Seattle.
He has studied business administration, computer sciences, and Internet technology and information architecture at several educational institutions in the Seattle area.

Julie Johnston, vice president of over-the-counter merchandising is responsible for strategy in the Health, Wellness, Personal Care, Household, Games, Pet and Natural Store categories.
Johnston has more than 15 years of experience in the retail industry. She joined drugstore.com in 2000 as a Sr. Category Manager for Personal Care. Johnston has held a number of progressively responsible positions within the merchandising team and has successfully launched new categories such as Toys and Games, Household and expanded the overall product line. Prior to joining the company she was with Sears, Roebuck and Co. where she grew women's updated footwear from $50 to $200 million and received the Buyer of the Year award in 1994, 1995 and 1996. She also worked for Marshall Field's in Chicago and Dayton-Hudson (now Target) and completed buyer training programs at both companies.
Johnston is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has studied at the University of Strasbourg in France.

Robert Hargadon, vice president of human resources for drugstore.com, inc., is responsible for driving the organization's overall talent strategy, as well as all aspects of HR. He brings more than 25 years of corporate and consulting experience to the management team.
Prior to joining drugstore.com, Hargadon headed Corporate Learning and Development for Microsoft, where he was responsible for employee leadership and management development. He was also with Fidelity Investments where he was in charge of Learning for Fidelity's Retail Investor Center channel. As a consultant, Hargadon was principal and vice president of Harbridge House, Inc. in Boston where he worked with nearly 100 different clients on a wide range of leadership, human resource and organization development assignments.
Hargadon graduated from Harvard College with an A.B. degree in Economics. His graduate studies include coursework at Harvard's School of Education.
Ron Kelly is vice president, customer and pharmacy services for drugstore.com. He oversees all customer care and pharmacy business operations and is responsible for managing the company's relationships with all outbound freight carriers. Kelly joined the company in 1999 and has held senior positions in finance, procurement, site development, merchandising, customer care and logistics.
Prior to joining drugstore.com, Kelly spent seven years with the accounting firm Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he specialized in publicly held retail companies including Starbucks, Quality Food Centers and Fred Meyer, which was acquired by Kroger Foods.
Kelly holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Oregon.
Yukio Morikubo, general counsel and vice president, strategy for drugstore.com, inc. is responsible for managing the company's legal affairs, corporate governance and strategic relationships. He brings more than 15 years of legal and financial experience to the company.
Previously, Morikubo was vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for Advanced Digital Information Corporation where he was senior advisor to the company's board of directors and executive team. At Cingular Wireless, formerly AT&T Wireless, he served as chief counsel for the International division and was primary legal advisor for the company's multi-billion dollar investments in more than a dozen countries. Morikubo also practiced with the law firm of Perkins Coie LLP.
Morikubo received his bachelor's and master's degrees in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii. He received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center.

Geoff Entress is an experienced entrepreneur and investor. He is currently a venture partner with Voyager Capital in Seattle. Previously, he was a venture partner with Madrona Venture Group, a Seattle venture capital firm, a securities lawyer with Perkins Coie, a Seattle law firm, and has managed financial analysis and reporting groups at Salomon Brothers in New York and The Prudential Home Mortgage Company in New Jersey. He has also held positions at Jones Day, Mellon Bank, Priority Investment Management, and Duquesne Capital Management. Jeffrey M. Killeen - Director. Mr. Killeen has been a director of the Company since October 1998. Since January 1, 2002, Mr. Killeen has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Globalspec, Inc., an information services company. Mr. Killeen was the Chief Executive Officer of Forbes.com from August 1999 to March 2001. Prior to that, from January 1998 to March 1999, Mr. Killeen was the Chief Operating Officer of barnesandnoble.com. Before joining barnesandnoble.com, Mr. Killeen served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Bell Interactive Media from August 1994 to January 1998.
William Savoy is currently a consultant for the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe, providing assistance with strategic planning, economic development and portfolio management. He also served in various capacities at Vulcan Inc., Paul Allen's organization, and its predecessor companies, from 1988 to September 2003. Most recently, he was the president of the portfolio and asset management division of Vulcan Inc., managing Vulcan's commercial real estate, hedge fund, treasury and other financial activities, and served as the president of both Vulcan Northwest and Vulcan Ventures.
