Boaz Edan joined the Company in May 1999 as Vice President, Operations. In January 2000 was appointed as Senior Vice President, Product Division Manager, and from October 2002 as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Edan previously served as Material Director and Sales Director of Tower Semiconductor Ltd., a foundry manufacturer of semiconductor integrated circuits, from 1991 to 1999.

Dror Levy serves as a Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Levy joined the Company in August 2002 as Corporate Controller and was promoted to the position of Vice President of Finance in January 2006. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Levy worked at Kost, Forer Gabbay & Kasierer, a member of Ernst & Young Global, where he served as an account manager in the high-tech practice. Mr. Levy is a certified public accountant and holds an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Business and Accounting from the Israeli College of Management.

Dr. Eli Fogel has served as CTO at DSP Group since 2002. Previously, Eli served as CTO and R&D general manager of DSP Communications from 1996 to 1999; after Intel acquired that firm in 1999 (for some $1.6 billion), he proceeded to serve as CTO of Intel's Cellular division. Before joining DSP Communications, Eli held a development management position at Motorola, served as Chief Scientist of the System Division at Tadiran, and was a scientist at Draper Laboratory. Eli's academic career has included serving as a professor at the University of Notre Dame, an MS thesis advisor for MIT students, and adjunct professor at Tel Aviv University. He has authored multiple papers and patents in the fields of signal processing, communications, and system identification and control. Eli received his Ph.D and M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State University, and his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Responsible for worldwide sales activities, Avi Barel has served in his current position since January 2005. Prior to joining the Company in 2003, he was Vice President and General Manager of Winbond Israel, managing its digital speech IC products division. Previously, he served in a variety of R&D and business management positions at National Semiconductor and Veritas Software. Holding several patents in the area of speech processing, Avi earned his M.Sc. in Computer Science and B.Sc. in Mathematics and Physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Building on many years of engineering, business and corporate management experience, Ofer Ramon joined DSP Group in 2001. Prior to joining DSP Group, Ofer was employed for 15 years at National Semiconductor, where he held several management positions including Director of Engineering and BU Manager in the Office Automation division. Before joining National Semiconductor, he co-founded a startup that developed control systems for industrial automation. Ofer holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and an Executive MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Since joining DSP Group in 1998, Ofer Shneyour has held a series of senior management positions. Orit Menkes serves as a Corporate Vice President of Human Resources. Mrs. Menkes joined the Company in August 2005. Prior to DSP Group, Mrs. Menkes served as the worldwide Vice President of Human Resources for Check Point Software Technologies for 6 years. Previous to Check Point, Mrs. Menkes served in a number of managerial and consulting positons at PriceWaterhouse Coopers, Compaq Computer, MD Anderson Cancer Center, and Jeanneret & Associates. Mrs. Menkes has a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston.

Victor Koretsky serves as Corporate Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Koretsky served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing. Mr. Koretsky joined DSP Group in March 1991 as one of the founders' staff, leading System design activity, served then in many leading and managerial positions in DSP Group and its subsidiary-VoicePump Inc., including Vice President of R&D, Business Development for VoicePump, Product Marketing Director and Sales management positions in Cordless and VoIP business. Prior to joining DSP Group, Mr. Koretsky worked for the Israeli Aviation Industries.

Mr. Tanguy has served as Chief Executive Officer of Technical Group, an aluminum building systems company, since October 1999. From May 1998 to September 1999, Mr. Tanguy served as a director of Hays DX France, an express transport services company. Yair Seroussi has served as a director of the Company since February 2002. Mr. Seroussi has served as the Managing Director of AMDEAL Ltd., an entity acting as the advisory director of Morgan Stanley in charge of its activities in Israel since 1993. Yair Shamir has served as a director of the Company since October 1996. He has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of VCON Telecommunications, Ltd., a developer and marketer of video conferencing systems, since February 1997. From July 1995 to February 1997, Mr. Shamir served as the Executive Vice President of The Challenge Fund-Etgar L.P., a venture capital firm.
