Fred L. Shusterich has more than 28 years of experience in material handling systems design and engineering, coal and dry bulk product transportation, marketing and business development. As president, Mr. Shusterich oversees the operation of the company as well as the operation of its Superior Midwest Energy Terminal. Mr. Shusterich also focuses on the supply of transportation and coal-related services to Detroit Edison as well as to third-party utility and industrial customers in the Great Lakes basin. Mr. Shusterich joined the company in 1986 as assistant general manager after nine years in a succession of engineering management positions with Ispat-Inland Steel Mining Company. Mark Cousino, 44, is president of DTE Biomass Energy, Inc., a subsidiary of DTE Energy (NYSE: DTE), a Detroit-based diversified energy company involved in the development and management of energy-related businesses and services nationwide. Steven H. Prelipp, 42, is president of DTE Gas Resources, a non-utility subsidiary of DTE Energy (NYSE:DTE). DTE Energy is a Detroit-based diversified energy company involved in the development and management of energy-related businesses and services nationwide. DTE Gas Resources evaluates, acquires and develops unconventional natural gas properties outside of Michigan, primarily in the Barnett Shale, located in the Fort Worth Basin of Texas.
