As Vice President, Marketing, Don Bird oversees marketing and branding activities for all areas of DTS, including Consumer / Pro, Cinema, DTS Entertainment and Corporate. Bringing more than 20 years of experience in the development and marketing of sophisticated technical products for the entertainment industry, he joined DTS in 2003. Before DTS, Don guided several entrepreneurial firms to market-leadership positions, and held key roles in driving industry-wide technology conversions in electronic music, broadcast audio, video and film post production, and conversion of motion picture distribution and exhibition technologies from film to digital cinema. He spent fifteen years in senior management positions where he was responsible for sales, marketing, brand management, corporate/executive management and management of international distribution networks. Positions Don held prior to DTS include Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Avica Technology Corp., a digital cinema technology company, and Vice President of Corporate Strategy for 360 Systems, a company specializing in broadcast digital audio products.

Vicki joined Group Travel Unlimited in 1980, providing system support to the operations of a large travel company. In 1986, she became senior developer for Aloha Pacific Cruises responsible for development of a cruise reservations system. Subsequently at Dynamic Business Systems, she led the development of an association management system. She joined Discovery Travel Systems in 1991, and has wide experience with its products, particularly Ship Partner for which she has traveled widely providing support and upgrades. Currently she is the configuration manager for all DTS' products, as well as continuing to provide support for Ship Partner.

Dan Slusser is past chairman of the Permanent Charities Committee, and has been involved in many industry organizations, including the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE), the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, and the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. He served on the Technical Committee and the Presidential Advisory Council for the Museum of Television and Radio. Additionally, Dan is a member and past two-term President of the Los Angeles Film Development Committee, a two-term Chairman of the L.A. County Filming Advisory Board, and past Vice-Chairman of the California State Film Commission. He is the recipient of the 1986 Presidential Proclamation Award from SMPTE, and was named 1986 "Man of the Year" by the Israel Histadrut organization.
