Steven W. Alesio is Chairman of the Board and CEO of D&B (Dun & Bradstreet Corporation). After joining D&B in January 2001 as Senior Vice President, Mr. Alesio served in various senior leadership positions. In May, 2002, Mr. Alesio was named President and Chief Operating Officer, and was elected to the Board of Directors. In January, 2005, Mr. Alesio was chosen to be the CEO, and in May of that year, he became Chairman of the Board. Prior to joining D&B, Mr. Alesio spent 19 years with the American Express Company, where he was groomed in marketing and then general management. In that role, Mr. Alesio was also a member of the company's Policy and Planning Committee. James Burke was named President, Global Information Services and Chief Quality Officer at D&B in February 2009. In this role, Mr. Burke is responsible for D&B's global data strategy, investments and operations, which are critical components of D&B's customer value propositions and growth strategy. Sara Mathew is President and Chief Operating Officer of D&B, a position she has held since March 2007. She is also a member of the company’s Board of Directors and its Global Leadership Team, and also oversees D&B’s US Customer Segments. Tasos Konidaris is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for D&B, a position he has held since March 2007. He is also a member of the company's Global Leadership Team. Prior to being named CFO, Mr. Konidaris served as Senior Vice President, Finance Operations at D&B since joining the company in March 2005. Walter Hauck is Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Technology for D&B, positions he has held since joining the company in December 2008. David Emery is Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific & International Business Development at D&B, a position he has held since January 2007. James Delaney is Senior Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing Solutions at D&B, a position he has held since joining the company in April 2006. Patricia Clifford is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for D&B, a position she has held since June 2002. In 2004, Ms. Clifford took on the additional responsibility for Team Member Communications. Ms. Clifford is a member of the company's Global Leadership Team. Ms. Clifford also leads a key component of D&B’s Blueprint for Growth strategy – Winning Culture – for which she has driven significant change across the business that has resulted in improved overall performance. Joseph DiBartolomeo is Senior Vice President, Strategic Customer Solutions at D&B, a position he has held since joining the company in July 2007. This business consists of three divisions: Strategic Accounts, which manages the accounts for our largest customers, Government Accounts, which consists of the state and federal agencies and Customer Solutions, which manages product delivery and fulfillment. Mr. DiBartolomeo is a member of the Global Leadership Team. Prior to joining D&B, Mr. DiBartolomeo spent 19 years with Oracle Corp. where he was most recently Senior Vice President. In this role he was responsible for Commercial Technology Sales, with responsibility for the East, as well as Fusion Middleware Sales across North America Commercial Technology. During his career at Oracle Mr. DiBartolomeo led sales teams across many business segments, including strategic, commercial and middle market, and various product lines, including technology enterprise applications, and middle ware. He has managed teams that have included field and inside sales professionals, solution architects and specialists, as well as industry and technology specialists. Mr. DiBartolomeo’s sales teams drove innovation to their customer base that helped fuel explosive revenue growth during his tenure at Oracle. Prior to Oracle, Mr. DiBartolomeo spent six years at Computer Associates (CA), where he began his career as a software developer. He was part of the software development team that took the Unicenter product line through the product development lifecycle. Mr. DiBartolomeo received his undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from The New York Institute of Technology.

Richard Veldran is Senior Vice President, Global Reengineering and North America Finance at D&B, a position he has held since February 2009. He holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and an MBA from Cornell University.

Stacy Cashman is Senior Vice President, US Small Businesses and Sales Operations at D&B, a position she has held since January 2009.
