Steven W. Alesio is Chairman of the Board and CEO of D&B (Dun & Bradstreet Corporation). After joining D&B in January 2001 as Senior Vice President, Mr. Alesio served in various senior leadership positions. In May, 2002, Mr. Alesio was named President and Chief Operating Officer, and was elected to the Board of Directors. In January, 2005, Mr. Alesio was chosen to be the CEO, and in May of that year, he became Chairman of the Board. Under Mr. Alesio's leadership and the direction of the company's “Blueprint for Growth” strategy, D&B's performance has had very strong returns for shareholders and has become a model culture for employees. Prior to joining D&B, Mr. Alesio spent 19 years with the American Express Company, where he was groomed in marketing and then general management. His last responsibility at American Express was as President and General Manager of the Business Services Group – a unit that served small businesses in the US with financial products. In that role, Mr. Alesio was also a member of the company's Policy and Planning Committee. Mr. Alesio is the founding sponsor and Senior Advisor for the non-profit, All Stars Project of New Jersey, which provides outside-of-school leadership development and performance-based education programming to thousands of inner-city young people in Newark and its surrounding communities. Mr. Alesio received a bachelor's degree from St. Francis College in 1976 and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School in 1981.

Byron Vielehr was named President, Integration Solutions at D&B in December 2008. In this role, Mr. Vielehr focuses primarily on D&B's Sales & Marketing Solutions business, and specifically its short- and long-term strategic customer value propositions and integration growth opportunities. He is also a member of the company's Global Leadership Team. Previously, Mr. Vielehr served as Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Technology at D&B, positions he has held since joining the company in 2005. Mr. Vielehr has more than 20 years of technology and business leadership experience, with a proven track record of enabling business growth and transformation through the strategic use of technology. Mr. Vielehr joined D&B from NorthStar Systems International, Inc., an enterprise wealth management technology solutions provider, where he served as President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to NorthStar, Mr. Vielehr served as Chief Technology Officer of the Private Client Group at Merrill Lynch, and earlier as Chief Technology Officer and Global Head of eBusiness with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers. Mr. Vielehr received a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.

Charles Gottdiener was promoted to President, Global Solutions, at D&B in December 2007. Mr. Gottdiener is also a member of the company's Global Leadership Team. Previously, Mr. Gottdiener served as Senior Vice President, Small Business Marketing at D&B. Under his leadership, Small Business Marketing became the platform for the company’s Internet Strategy, a key driver of D&B’s growth plan over the next several years. Mr. Gottdiener joined D&B in 2002 as Leader, Strategy & Business Development. In this role, he leveraged his broad experience in consulting and transforming businesses to successfully lead D&B's strategic planning process as well as several acquisitions and divestitures. During his brief departure from D&B in 2006, Mr. Gottdiener was a Vice President with Unisys Corporation responsible for corporate strategy, development and revenue for the company's high-growth solution areas – Outsourcing, Security, Microsoft, Open Source and Real Time Infrastructure. He joined D&B in 2002 from Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (CGE&Y), where he held corporate strategy and development responsibilities. Prior to that, he held leadership positions at Stockback, Ernst & Young LLP, CSC Index, and the Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Gottdiener earned a bachelor's degree from Grinnell College in Iowa and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

James Burke was named President, Global Information Services and Chief Quality Officer at D&B in February 2009. In this role, Mr. Burke is responsible for D&B's global data strategy, investments and operations, which are critical components of D&B's customer value propositions and growth strategy. He is also a member of the company’s Global Leadership Team. Previously, Mr. Burke served as President, U.S. Customer Segments, and prior to that, as Senior Vice President of Global Solutions and the Chief Marketing Officer of D&B. Mr. Burke joined D&B in 2001 as Vice President for Small Business Solutions. He subsequently held several leadership roles for Risk Management Solutions (RMS) – D&B’s largest solution set – including Vice President for Traditional Products, Vice President for Products and Marketing, and Leader, U.S. Under his leadership, RMS has become a growth driver for the company. Specifically, Mr. Burke led the creation of the company’s subscription pricing plan, the primary driver of growth in the RMS segment. He also led the development and launch of DNBi, the company’s Web-based subscription service and flagship platform, which uses innovation to bring customers greater value. Prior to joining D&B, Mr. Burke was Chief Development Officer at Prudential’s E-Business Group and head of Internet Marketing at First USA Bank. He also held various marketing leadership roles at MCI and served as a captain in the U.S. Marine Corps. Mr. Burke received a bachelor’s degree from Villanova and a master’s in business administration from Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.

Sara Mathew is President and Chief Operating Officer of D&B, a position she has held since March 2007. She is also a member of the company’s Board of Directors and its Global Leadership Team, and also oversees D&B’s US Customer Segments. Previously, Ms. Mathew served as Chief Financial Officer of D&B, a position she held since joining the company in 2001. Since that time, she has assumed additional executive assignments, while retaining her CFO role. In January 2006, she added responsibility as President - International and in September 2006, she relinquished that role to become President - US. Ms. Mathew brings proven performance and a broad general management experience to D&B through her diverse domestic and international experience and track record of achieving profitability. She leverages her skills and financial acumen to successfully implement D&B’s business strategy and increase shareholder value. Before joining D&B, Ms. Mathew spent 18 years at Procter & Gamble, where she served in a number of executive positions, including Vice President of Finance responsible for the ASEAN region of Australia, Asia, and India. Prior to that, she progressed through a series of finance and general leadership positions including brand management, investor relations, Comptroller for the Paper Products division, and Chief Financial Officer of the Global Baby Care business unit. Ms. Mathew serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Campbell Soup Company. She holds a bachelor's degree in physics, chemistry, and mathematics from Women's Christian College in Madras, India and a master’s in business administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Ms. Mathew is also a distinguished member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants in India.

Tasos Konidaris is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for D&B, a position he has held since March 2007. He is also a member of the company's Global Leadership Team. Prior to being named CFO, Mr. Konidaris served as Senior Vice President, Finance Operations at D&B since joining the company in March 2005. In May 2005, he was also named D&B's Principal Accounting Officer. During his tenure with D&B, Mr. Konidaris has taken on increased financial leadership responsibility. He has had accountability for the financial operations supporting the company's U.S. and International businesses. He has also had corporate finance responsibility, including accounting, financial reporting, audit and controls. Mr. Konidaris joined D&B with nearly 15 years of experience in general management and global finance operations, including his most recent role as Group Vice President of a $440 million global division at Schering-Plough. In this capacity, he had full P&L responsibility for over 20 brands and managed all aspects of operations. Mr. Konidaris also held positions of increasing responsibility in finance, operations and marketing at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Sandoz Corporation, Rhone-Poulenc Rorer and Pharmacia Corporation. Mr. Konidaris holds a bachelor of science degree (with honors) in mathematics from Gwynedd Mercy College in Gwynedd Valley, PA. He also received an MBA from Drexel University.

Walter Hauck is Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Technology for D&B, positions he has held since joining the company in December 2008. He is a member of the company's Global Leadership Team. Before joining D&B, Mr. Hauck spent 13 years at Pfizer where he most recently served as Vice President, Global Technology. In this role, he worked extensively in the automation of new drug submissions and led the creation of a paperless clinical trials process. Mr. Hauck was an R&D team member for several new drug approval teams, including Viagra, Geodon, and Celebrex. He began his professional career in underwater acoustics as an engineer at the Naval Underwater Systems Center, largely focused on ocean acoustics and signal processing. Mr. Hauck holds a bachelor’s degree in Science and Engineering from University of Hartford, CT and a master’s degree in Science from Pennsylvania State University.

David Emery is Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific & International Business Development at D&B, a position he has held since January 2007. He has served D&B in several international positions since joining the company in 1995 as Managing Director, D&B Switzerland. He is also a member of the company’s Global Leadership Team. Mr. Emery’s additional international assignments for D&B include his appointment in 1998 as Leader, South East Asia and India, where he was responsible for streamlining the business and expanding D&B’s coverage in the region through alliances and partnerships. His responsibilities expanded in 2001 to include the whole of D&B Asia Pacific, and subsequently the Middle East, where he replicated the company’s successful partnership business model. Mr. Emery continued to lead the business model change through 2004 in Scandinavia, Central Europe, Iberia and France. Before joining D&B, Mr. Emery began his career with Xerox in Switzerland and ultimately became the Regional General Manager of Xerox Engineering Systems, Switzerland, Austria and Italy. He holds a Swiss Federal bachelor’s degree in Commerce and General Management and is also an Alumni of IMD International, Switzerland, where he specialized in Marketing.

Jeffrey Hurwitz is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at D&B, a position he has held since March, 2007. He is also a member of the company’s Global Leadership Team. Mr. Hurwitz joined D&B in September 2003 as Deputy General Counsel and assumed responsibility as lead counsel on the company's M&A and international partnership initiatives. Since joining D&B, Mr. Hurwitz took on increasing responsibility for running the day-to-day operations of the company's Legal Department. He has extensive experience in M&A, corporate governance and compliance and litigation management. Prior to joining D&B, Mr. Hurwitz served as Corporate Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Covance, Inc. – a global drug development company, which he helped take public as part of the spin-off from Corning, Incorporated. Mr. Hurwitz was also of counsel at Hale and Dorr LLP. Mr. Hurwitz holds a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Albany and a doctor of jurisprudence degree from the Boston University School of Law. He is also a trustee of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, North Jersey Chapter.

James Delaney is Senior Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing Solutions at D&B, a position he has held since joining the company in April 2006. In this role, Mr. Delaney is responsible for driving sustained revenue growth in our Sales & Marketing Solutions business by transforming the company’s products to better meet customer needs. Mr. Delaney is also a member of the Global Leadership team. Mr. Delaney has held a number of leadership positions in senior management and marketing in the financial services industry. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of Card Services at JP Morgan Chase, where he led his product portfolio to unprecedented growth and acquired 500,000 new customers in a single year – the most in the program's history. At Colonial Penn Insurance, he led a team that developed a sales and marketing plan that allowed his company to penetrate their market, and at FirstUSA, he worked closely with internal business partners to better service military customers, generating additional revenue for his business. He's also held leadership roles at several other respected financial institutions. Mr. Delaney is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Patricia Clifford is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for D&B, a position she has held since June 2002. In 2004, Ms. Clifford took on the additional responsibility for Team Member Communications. Ms. Clifford is a member of the company's Global Leadership Team. Ms. Clifford also leads a key component of D&B’s Blueprint for Growth strategy – Winning Culture – for which she has driven significant change across the business that has resulted in improved overall performance. She led the implementation of the Company's leadership model and developed strategy and processes for goal setting, performance review, talent assessment, recruiting and formal feedback. These Winning Culture initiatives have contributed to the achievement of the highest employee satisfaction scores and participation rate in the Company’s history. Previously as Assistant Corporate Secretary for D&B, Ms. Clifford played a key role in both the 1998 spin-off of R.H. Donnelley Corporation and 2000 spin-off of Moody's Corporation. She was instrumental in the development of the company's first set of Corporate Governance practices, as well as the restructuring of the Board committees, including increasing the rigor around the functions and accountability of the Audit Committee. Ms. Clifford joined D&B in 1990 as a member of the President’s Office of the Dun & Bradstreet Business Credit Services group. Since then, she has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility at D&B including Assistant Vice President for recognition and events. Ms. Clifford holds a bachelor's degree in management from the University of Scranton.

Joseph DiBartolomeo is Senior Vice President, Strategic Customer Solutions at D&B, a position he has held since joining the company in July 2007. This business consists of three divisions: Strategic Accounts, which manages the accounts for our largest customers, Government Accounts, which consists of the state and federal agencies and Customer Solutions, which manages product delivery and fulfillment. Mr. DiBartolomeo is a member of the Global Leadership Team. Prior to joining D&B, Mr. DiBartolomeo spent 19 years with Oracle Corp. where he was most recently Senior Vice President. In this role he was responsible for Commercial Technology Sales, with responsibility for the East, as well as Fusion Middleware Sales across North America Commercial Technology. During his career at Oracle Mr. DiBartolomeo led sales teams across many business segments, including strategic, commercial and middle market, and various product lines, including technology enterprise applications, and middle ware. He has managed teams that have included field and inside sales professionals, solution architects and specialists, as well as industry and technology specialists. Mr. DiBartolomeo’s sales teams drove innovation to their customer base that helped fuel explosive revenue growth during his tenure at Oracle. Prior to Oracle, Mr. DiBartolomeo spent six years at Computer Associates (CA), where he began his career as a software developer. He was part of the software development team that took the Unicenter product line through the product development lifecycle. Mr. DiBartolomeo received his undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from The New York Institute of Technology.

Richard Veldran is Senior Vice President, Global Reengineering and North America Finance at D&B, a position he has held since February 2009. He is also a member of the company’s Global Leadership Team. Mr. Veldran began his career at D&B in 2003 as Chief Financial Officer of D&B North America, a position he held for two years. In December 2005, he was named D&B’s Treasurer and Leader of Investor Relations, External Communications and Board Processes. In this role, Mr. Veldran strengthened the company’s position with shareholders and the investment community at large. He also led a number of key business initiatives, including D&B’s first-ever dividend issuance and two public bond offerings. In July 2008, Mr. Veldran was named D&B’s Senior Vice President, Global Reengineering, and he was given the added responsibility for leading D&B North America Finance seven months later. Prior to joining D&B, Mr. Veldran held financial leadership roles with both Automatic Data Processing, Inc. and Procter & Gamble. He holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and an MBA from Cornell University.

Stacy Cashman is Senior Vice President, US Small Businesses and Sales Operations at D&B, a position she has held since January 2009. Ms. Cashman is also a member of the company’s Global Leadership Team. Ms. Cashman has been with D&B for over 23 years in a variety of leadership roles, most recently serving as Managing Director of the UK & Ireland business. Prior to this international assignment, she was the Senior Vice President of the US Middle Market Customer Group from April 2003 to September 2007. She also served as Vice President for the Great Lakes region from 1998 to 2002. In addition to her sales experience, Ms. Cashman has held a number of positions in operations, business development and general management throughout her D&B tenure.

Austin Adams is the former executive vice president and chief information officer (CIO) of JPMorgan Chase. He assumed that role in 2004, when JPMorgan Chase and Bank One Corporation merged. Before joining Bank One in 2001, Adams served as CIO for First Union Corporation, now Wachovia Corp. He is a director of NCO Group, owned by JPMorgan Private Equity, and Dun & Bradstreet Corporation.

John W. Alden has served as a director of D&B since December 2002, and is chairman of the Board Affairs Committee and a member of the Compensation & Benefits Committee. Mr. Alden served with United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS), the largest express package carrier in the world, for 35 years, serving on UPS’s board of directors from 1988 to 2000. His most recent role was as vice chairman of the board of UPS from 1996 until his retirement in 2000. Mr. Alden is also a director of the following public companies: Arkansas Best Corporation, Barnes Group, Inc. and Silgan Holdings, Inc.

Michael J. Winkler has served as a director of D&B since March 2005, and is a member of the Board Affairs Committee and Compensation & Benefits Committee. Mr. Winkler served at Hewlett-Packard Company, a technology solutions provider to consumers, businesses and institutions globally, from May 2002 to July 2005, most recently as executive vice president and chief marketing officer of Hewlett-Packard. Prior to that, Mr. Winkler was executive vice president for HP Worldwide Operations from May 2002 to November 2003, and served as executive vice president, Global Business Units for Compaq Computer Corporation from June 2000 to May 2002. He also served as senior vice president and general manager of Compaq’s Commercial Personal Computing Group from February 1998 to June 2000. Mr. Winkler is also a director of the following public company: Banta Corporation.

Michael R. Quinlan has served as a director of D&B since 1989, and is chairman of the Compensation & Benefits Committee and a member of the Board Affairs Committee. Mr. Quinlan is also the presiding director for the regularly scheduled executive sessions of non-management directors. Mr. Quinlan served as a director of McDonald’s Corporation, a global food service retailer, from 1979 until his retirement in 2002. He was the chairman of the board of directors of McDonald’s from March 1990 to May 1999 and chief executive officer from March 1987 through July 1998. Mr. Quinlan is also a director of the following public company: Warren Resources, Inc.

ictor A. Pelson has served as a director of D&B since April 1999, and is chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation & Benefits Committee. Mr. Pelson served as senior advisor for UBS Securities LLC, an investment banking firm, and its predecessors since 1996 to 2007. He was a director and senior advisor of Dillon Read at its merger in 1997 with SBC Warburg. Prior to that, Mr. Pelson was associated with AT&T from 1959 to 1996. At the time of his retirement from AT&T, Mr. Pelson was chairman of global operations and a member of the board of directors. Mr. Pelson is also a director of the following public companies: Eaton Corporation and United Parcel Service, Inc.
