David Kistler is Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Mr. Kistler is responsible for the company's Information Technology and Enterprise Business Systems operations. Prior to joining DRC, Mr. Kistler was Vice President, Application Development, for Staples, where he was responsible for software development for all North American functions and business units. Mr. Kistler brings to DRC more than 30 years of extensive IT experience, including management positions at EMC2 and Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Kistler holds has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Industrial Technical Institute.

Nickolas Stavropoulos is Executive Vice President, KeySpan Corporation and President, KeySpan Energy. KeySpan Energy Delivery includes the combined customer base of the former Boston Gas, Colonial Gas, Essex Gas in Massachusetts and Energy North in New Hampshire as well as gas business units in Brooklyn, and Long Island New York. The largest distributor of natural gas in the Northeast, KeySpan has 2.6 million gas customers. Prior to joining KeySpan, Mr. Stavropoulos was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Colonial Gas. He joined Colonial Gas in 1979 as an analyst in the rates and accounting areas. In 1982, he was promoted to Assistant Controller. In 1985, he was elected Vice President of Rates and Planning and, in 1989, Vice President and CFO. In 1995, Mr. Stavropoulos was elected Executive Vice President - Finance, Marketing and CFO and assumed responsibility for all of the Company's financial, marketing, information technology and customer service functions. After the Eastern Enterprises acquisition of Colonial Gas in 1999, Mr. Stavropoulos was elected Senior Vice President - Marketing and Gas Resources. When KeySpan acquired Eastern Enterprises in 2000, Mr. Stavropoulos became Senior Vice President of sales and marketing in New England. Mr. Stavropoulos is on the boards of the United Way of Massachusetts Bay, where he has served as Campaign Chairman; Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, Jobs for Massachusetts, the Massachusetts Taxpayers Foundation, the Merrimack Valley Economic Development Council, Boston After-School and Beyond and several other not-for profits. He is also on the board at Enterprise Bank and Dynamics Research Corporation. Mr. Stavropoulos graduated from Bentley College in 1979 with a B.S. in Accounting. He earned his MBA from Babson College.

Thomas J. Kelly is Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Systems Engineering and Information Technology Group (SE&IT) for Dynamics Research Corporation (DRC). The SE&IT delivers services to federal, state, and commercial organizations. DRC's SE&IT is externally evaluated as a Repeatable (Level 2) organization in accordance with the Software Engineering Institute's (SEI's) Capability Maturity Model (CMM) and is pursuing assessment as a Defined (Level 3) organization. State business is heavily concentrated in delivering Health and Human Services application development support and LAN/WAN infrastructure support. The infrastructure support includes equipment procurement, installation, certification and service-level plan support to include helpdesk management and operation. The SE&IT also provides technology support to other groups in the corporation in such areas of database analysis/support, web enablement, programming support services, documentation/conversion support, and software engineering structured methodology support and development. Immediately preceding his present position, Mr. Kelly was Managing Principal of the Social Services Practice for the Unisys Corporation. Mr. Kelly managed all social services programs for the Public Sector of Unisys and the development of applications for state governments across all areas of federally mandated programs. These programs included Child Welfare, Child Support Enforcement Systems and Adult Protective Services. In addition to ground up development projects, Mr. Kelly managed large-scale, follow-on maintenance efforts for several state governments. Prior to joining Unisys, Mr. Kelly worked for Atlantic Research Corporation where he managed multiple, large, firm fixed price contracts in the United States and Canada. These contracts provided services to the federal government agencies under the General Services Administration task order type contracts. Prior to that Mr. Kelly completed a distinguished career in the United States Air Force. Mr. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering from the United States Military Academy and a Master of Science degree in Research and Development from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Ken Newcomer is Vice President of Account Management. He has responsibility for Strategic Account assignment, as well as the development and execution of our strategies with strategic accounts. Before joining DRC, Ken was Vice President of Business Development for Impact Innovations Group and had responsibility for the sales personnel and the business development strategy for the company. He was also responsible for the development and management of the company's strategic alliances and partner relationships. Ken brings to DRC more than 20 years of sales and business development experience in government and commercial sectors. This experience includes executive leadership positions with Verity, Electronic Data Systems (EDS), MCI Communications Corporation and British Telecom. He holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Economics from Brown University.

Dr. O'Brien has been with DRC for 27 years. During that time, he has directed several groups in the areas of human factor engineering, training, simulation, knowledge management, manpower and personnel analysis, business process analysis, and requirements and systems analysis. Dr. O'Brien has directed a number of efforts to provide support to a wide variety of military acquisition programs in several systems engineering disciplines. He has also been program manager for a number of complex management and decision support system development efforts. Dr. O'Brien has also managed several research and development efforts in the areas of human factors engineering, training, and knowledge management/engineering. Dr. O'Brien holds a Bachelor of Art degree from the College of the Holy Cross and a Master of Science degree and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He is a Certified Professional Ergonomist.

Steven P. Wentzell joined Dynamics Research Corporation in October 2004 and is the senior executive responsible for managing all aspects of DRC's human resource functions and for ensuring the effectiveness of human resource programs and processes in supporting the achievement of the company's strategic plan objectives. Prior to joining DRC, Mr. Wentzell was a senior human resource executive at a number of organizations. He most recently served as Senior Vice President for Human Resources at Brooks Automation and prior to its merger with Brooks in 2002, he served as Vice President for Human Resources at PRI Automation. Before that, Mr. Wentzell served as the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources at Dialogic Corporation and in various management roles of increasing responsibility in the Human Resource department at Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Wentzell is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and Columbia University's Advanced Program in Organization Development and Human Resources Management. Joe Pursel is currently a Business Unit Director with Dynamics Research Corporation where he has worked for over 15 years. Joe brings over 30 years of professional experience in computer and information science, program management, account management and quality assurance. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer and Information Science from The Ohio State University. Joe is married to Paula Pursel, an Alto singer in The NCC. They have two daughters who reside with them and who are currently in high school. They reside in Derwood, MD, and they attend Redland Baptist Church where they are both involved in the children's ministry. Specifically, Joe and Paula teach the one-year-old Sunday school class and Joe is a counselor for the 4-6th grade boys in the Royal Ambassador missions education program. Joe and Paula have been long-time NCC supporters.

Mr. Layman was the President of Kadix Systems, a management consulting firm focused in National Security, from 2002 through April 2009. During his tenure, Kadix Systems grew from three to over 220 employees with $23M in revenue today; has been recognized by Inc Magazine in the 2007 INC 500; and has been selected the last two years in a row by SmartCEO magazine as one of the Future 50 fastest growing companies in the Washington, DC area. Under Mr. Layman's sponsorship, Kadix Systems achieved external assessment under the Software Engineering Institute's Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) at Level 3 and was a 2007 finalist for the Helios HR Apollo awards recognizing companies with exceptional employee development programs. Mr. Layman has lead successful capture efforts at Kadix for some of the largest contract vehicles in the Federal Government including the $3B DHS EAGLE, $500M NSA NSETS II, and $30B GSA Alliant SB.
