Nickolas Stavropoulos is Executive Vice President, KeySpan Corporation and President, KeySpan Energy. KeySpan Energy Delivery includes the combined customer base of the former Boston Gas, Colonial Gas, Essex Gas in Massachusetts and Energy North in New Hampshire as well as gas business units in Brooklyn, and Long Island New York. The largest distributor of natural gas in the Northeast, KeySpan has 2.6 million gas customers. Prior to joining KeySpan, Mr. Stavropoulos was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Colonial Gas. He joined Colonial Gas in 1979 as an analyst in the rates and accounting areas. In 1982, he was promoted to Assistant Controller. In 1985, he was elected Vice President of Rates and Planning and, in 1989, Vice President and CFO. In 1995, Mr. Stavropoulos was elected Executive Vice President - Finance, Marketing and CFO and assumed responsibility for all of the Company's financial, marketing, information technology and customer service functions. After the Eastern Enterprises acquisition of Colonial Gas in 1999, Mr. Stavropoulos was elected Senior Vice President - Marketing and Gas Resources. When KeySpan acquired Eastern Enterprises in 2000, Mr. Stavropoulos became Senior Vice President of sales and marketing in New England. Mr. Stavropoulos is on the boards of the United Way of Massachusetts Bay, where he has served as Campaign Chairman; Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, Jobs for Massachusetts, the Massachusetts Taxpayers Foundation, the Merrimack Valley Economic Development Council, Boston After-School and Beyond and several other not-for profits. Thomas J. Kelly is Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Systems Engineering and Information Technology Group (SE&IT) for Dynamics Research Corporation (DRC). The SE&IT delivers services to federal, state, and commercial organizations. DRC's SE&IT is externally evaluated as a Repeatable (Level 2) organization in accordance with the Software Engineering Institute's (SEI's) Capability Maturity Model (CMM) and is pursuing assessment as a Defined (Level 3) organization. State business is heavily concentrated in delivering Health and Human Services application development support and LAN/WAN infrastructure support. The infrastructure support includes equipment procurement, installation, certification and service-level plan support to include helpdesk management and operation. The SE&IT also provides technology support to other groups in the corporation in such areas of database analysis/support, web enablement, programming support services, documentation/conversion support, and software engineering structured methodology support and development. Immediately preceding his present position, Mr. Kelly was Managing Principal of the Social Services Practice for the Unisys Corporation. Mr. Kelly managed all social services programs for the Public Sector of Unisys and the development of applications for state governments across all areas of federally mandated programs. These programs included Child Welfare, Child Support Enforcement Systems and Adult Protective Services. In addition to ground up development projects, Mr. Kelly managed large-scale, follow-on maintenance efforts for several state governments. Prior to joining Unisys, Mr. Kelly worked for Atlantic Research Corporation where he managed multiple, large, firm fixed price contracts in the United States and Canada. These contracts provided services to the federal government agencies under the General Services Administration task order type contracts. Prior to that Mr. Kelly completed a distinguished career in the United States Air Force. Mr. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering from the United States Military Academy and a Master of Science degree in Research and Development from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Dr. O'Brien has been with DRC for 27 years. During that time, he has directed several groups in the areas of human factor engineering, training, simulation, knowledge management, manpower and personnel analysis, business process analysis, and requirements and systems analysis. Dr. O'Brien has directed a number of efforts to provide support to a wide variety of military acquisition programs in several systems engineering disciplines.
