As Chief Information and Operations Officer, Greg Framke oversees the management of all global technology development and infrastructure at E*TRADE FINANCIAL, as well as its core global operations. Mr. Framke's primary objectives are to maximize efficiency throughout the business, as well as to leverage technology to provide innovative financial services products to customers. While a student at Harvard, Ken Griffin developed his first convertible bond arbitrage model and traded from his dorm room. In 1990, one year after graduation, Mr. Griffin launched Citadel as a single strategy fund. Today, Citadel and its affiliates deploy capital across multiple investment strategies. The Citadel group of companies operate in the world's major financial centers, including Chicago, New York City, London, San Francisco, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Bermuda. The firm invests across all major asset classes. Mr. Griffin is an active supporter of educational causes that drive community improvement. Mark J. Lotke , 37, has been a director since March 30, 2005. Mr. Lotke is a Partner with FT Ventures, which he joined in 2005, and where he leads the Software Team.
