As Chief Information and Operations Officer, Greg Framke oversees the management of all global technology development and infrastructure at E*TRADE FINANCIAL, as well as its core global operations. While a student at Harvard, Ken Griffin developed his first convertible bond arbitrage model and traded from his dorm room. In 1990, one year after graduation, Mr. Griffin launched Citadel as a single strategy fund. Today, Citadel and its affiliates deploy capital across multiple investment strategies. Mark J. Lotke , 37, has been a director since March 30, 2005. Mr. Lotke is a Partner with FT Ventures, which he joined in 2005, and where he leads the Software Team.
