Before moving to Wall Street, Mr. Framke worked in marketing and sales management positions at IBM, earning numerous awards and commendations. Mr. Framke holds a BA in International Finance, graduating with honors from The George Washington University.

While a student at Harvard, Ken Griffin developed his first convertible bond arbitrage model and traded from his dorm room. In 1990, one year after graduation, Mr. Griffin launched Citadel as a single strategy fund. Today, Citadel and its affiliates deploy capital across multiple investment strategies. The Citadel group of companies operate in the world's major financial centers, including Chicago, New York City, London, San Francisco, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Bermuda. The firm invests across all major asset classes. Mr. Griffin is an active supporter of educational causes that drive community improvement. Mark J. Lotke , 37, has been a director since March 30, 2005. Mr. Lotke is a Partner with FT Ventures, which he joined in 2005, and where he leads the Software Team.
