As the Chief Operating Officer of UST Global, Arun Narayanan is responsible for operations, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and associate development initiatives. Mr. Narayanan has been instrumental in setting up our offshore delivery centers and the CMMI Level 5 compliant processes. Mike Zerkel is the Vice President and General Manager of North American Sales and Head of Global Marketing. In the former responsibility, he looks after the company's 'New and Emerging Clients' and in the latter, activities related to growing the global brand for the organization. Mr. Zerkel joined UST in August 2000. Prior to UST, he was with OneSource Information Services in Concord, MA. There, he led the Western Region Sales Organization. Earlier, he was with Dun & Bradstreet as a Senior Director, Financial Services industry. He won numerous awards including the Presidential Citation, the highest individual award one can receive at D&B. Mr. Zerkel has also owned a professional services business and was an associate with Fortis Investors, which then was a Global 100 company. Mr. Zerkel received his undergraduate degree from California Polytechnic State University majoring in Financial Management, and later, an MBA from Pepperdine University with a concentration in Finance.

Marsha Blakeslee is the General Manager of the Global Relationship Management (GRM) team for the western U.S. region. She personally oversees the largest US Technology accounts in the healthcare and retail sectors where she focuses on client satisfaction. When Ms. Blakeslee joined US Technology in March 2004, she was already familiar with the company, having been a client during her tenure as Sr. Vice President, Consolidated System Services with AHOLD, a Fortune 50 retailer. At AHOLD, she piloted offshore development and created a new business engineering department, strengthening capabilities in system design and integration for the planned consolidated US and European application portfolio. Ms. Blakeslee held similar positions at American Stores, Inc., and WHSmith, a British specialty retailer. Prior to her 15 years in executive positions in retail systems, Ms. Blakeslee spent 10 years in Big Eight accounting consulting where she specialized in insurance systems. She earned a JD degree from Temple University.
Paul Madarasz heads up the Global Relationship Management (GRM) activities for East Coast and Midwest enterprise clients as well as the Infrastructure and Management Services (IMS) Center of Excellence for US Technology. Prior to joining US Technology, Mr. Madarasz was the President of the Livingston, NJ-based AIG Technologies (AIGT), a $350 million member company of American International Group (AIG) Inc. At AIGT, he had responsibility for AIG's worldwide computing infrastructure and spearheaded the group's progress into data center outsourcing and providing quality software solutions in the property and casualty insurance domain. Before AIGT, Mr. Madarasz was COO of Siemens Business Services where he oversaw close to 5,000 personnel who supported over 750,000 desktops and 30,000 servers for Fortune 100 companies worldwide. He also served as VP, Sales and Marketing for the Wheatley group and was in a variety of sales and management positions with IBM. He has a bachelors of science degree in marketing from Boston College.

Robert (Bob) Dutile is the General Manager, Strategy and Solutions. He oversees the development and delivery of consulting services that improve the value of the IT functions and processes in business organizations. Prior to US Technology, he spent six years as Executive Vice President of Key Technology Services, the Information Technology group for KeyCorp, a $90 Billion financial services firm. During his tenure, he also served on the board of the Financial Services Technology Consortium. Before joining KeyCorp, Mr. Dutile was a partner at Grant Thornton LLP for seven years. He developed and delivered services and was the Northeast Regional Partner for multiple service lines. He was the first Director of MIS for Reebok USA and Reebok International Ltd where he was responsible for all Information Technology in this high-growth company. Mr. Dutile is certified by American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) in Information Resource Management (CIRM) and a member of the International Society of Six Sigma Professionals. He earned a bachelor of science degree from Boston College.

Anthony Williams became a Strategic Advisor for US Technology in January of 2005. Mr. Williams is a partner at Baker & McKenzie where he serves as a member of Baker & McKenzie's Global Corporate & Securities Practice Group in the New York office. He concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and commercial transactions for American, European and Asian clients, with an emphasis in the area of pharmaceuticals and biotech. Prior to Baker & McKenzie Mr. Williams was with Coudert Brothers LLP where he was chair of that firm's Global Life Sciences Practice. He also served as Chairman for Coudert from 1993 to 2001. He became a member of the State Bar of New York in 1974, the U.S. Supreme Court in 1974 and the State Bar of California in 1977. Mr. Williams graduated cum laude with a bachelor of arts from Harvard University and a J.D. from the New York University School of Law.

Lane Grijns became a Strategic Advisor for US Technology in January of 2005. Since 2001, Mr. Grijns has dedicated his time to being a director or advisory director for several companies. Before that he was a Special Partner with Patricof & Co. Capital Corporation. Prior to Patricof, Mr. Grijns had a 20-year career at ING Group N.V. where he was Chairman and Regional Manager Americas Region of ING Barings, member of ING's Executive Committee for Corporate and Investment Banking, Amsterdam, and Deputy Chairman, Global Management Committee, ING Barings, London. He built ING's banking and investment banking in the U.S. into the most profitable division of the ING Group. He holds law degrees from the University of Utrecht Law School and Tulane University Law School. Mr. Grijns is a former Chairman of the Institute of International Bankers, New York, Chairman of the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce in the U.S., and Chairman of the Netherland America Foundation.

Mr. Damon has more than 25 years of experience in executive searches for CEO, COO, president, board director and general management positions, as well as management searches in the functional areas of marketing and sales, finance, manufacturing, operations and strategic planning. His expertise extends to specialty practice areas including retail and consumer products, restaurants, hospitality, sports and entertainment.
Mr. Damon has had successful CEO placements in many Fortune 100 companies as well as numerous world-renowned, high profile consumer branded organizations. He spends a significant amount of time recruiting leadership talent for private equity backed companies.
Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Damon worked for a prominent executive search firm, where he was a vice chairman of their U.S. operations and managing director of West Coast operations. Before that, he was president of the U.S. operations for another international executive search firm.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Damon was a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton and began his career with a series of management positions at Arcata Corporation.
Mr. Damon serves on the board of the Special Operations Military Fund and the Advisory Board for UST Global, the fastest growing IT outsourcing services company in North America.
Mr. Damon holds both a master’s and bachelor’s degree in industrial management from Purdue University. He is a former minor league hockey player and college football player.
Ron Parmelee became an IT Advisor for US Technology in January of 2005. Mr. Parmelee retired from Safeway as a Group Vice President in December of 2004. He spent his entire career with Safeway where he was responsible for all IT functions with the exception of operations. He developed and implemented the retail technology for Safeway, established the organization necessary to support the installation in over 2,500 stores, directed the IT divestiture of approximately 1,200 stores following the 1986 LBO and assisted in the IT activities that were required for the acquisitions of Vons, Carrs, Dominicks and Randalls. In addition, he established Philtech, a Philippine-based operation that provides helpdesk, system support and development activities for Safeway. He has served on numerous food marketing industry committees including the Electronic Payment Group. Mr. Parmelee received an MBA from San Jose State.
Randall Ottinger became the Chairman of the Strategic Advisory Board for US Technology in January of 2006. Mr. Ottinger is an investor, philanthropist and author. He is founder of the Wealth Impact Network (WIN), an investment company and institute for philanthropy. Prior to starting WIN, Mr. Ottinger was involved in the private bank of Bank Of America advising large family offices. Recently, he wrote a book on legacy leadership that is slated to be published by McGraw Hill. He has spent more than 20 years as an executive in high tech companies, while at the same time acting as a key executive of the Ottinger-Heath Family Office and Co-Chairman of the Ottinger Foundation. Mr. Ottinger has a bachelor of arts degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a member of Young President's Organization and of Social Venture Partners, and has served on numerous non-profit boards.

Ms. Andreotti is the President and CEO of The Andreotti Group LLC, a strategic business advisory firm serving domestic and global enterprise clients, private equity and institutional firms, and international investment groups. Prior to the launch of The Andreotti Group, Ms. Andreotti spent 26 years in the telecommunications industry with AT&T and MCI. Most recently, she was President of Enterprise Markets and was responsible for the most successful and profitable business unit at MCI. Her previous assignments at MCI included President of Business Markets and President of Global Accounts and Strategic Ventures and Alliances. Before MCI, she held executive management positions at AT&T Corporation. Ms. Andreotti was recently ranked as one of the most powerful women in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area by The Washington Post. She serves as Vice Chairperson of the Japan American Society, is a member of the executive committee of the Accenture Women's Leadership Forum, and is a member of the board of directors for APAC Client Services, Inc., and Rivermine Software Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Mr. Magner is the former Chief Information Officer of Unocal, an $8 billion global energy company. At Unocal, he led the transformation of Information Technology from a second-tier support function to a key element of company-wide strategy. Prior to Unocal, he was Vice President and General Manager of the Services Division at Treasury Services Corporation (TSC), a software and consulting company focused on the financial services market. When Oracle acquired TSC to provide the foundation for Oracle Financial Services, his responsibilities shifted to global market development and deployment. Mr. Magner has a BA in International Studies, an MBA from the University of South Carolina, and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Southern California. He is a member of the Board of Advisors of the Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California.
