One of the co-founders of E Ink, Russ Wilcox leads the Company as President & CEO. Previously he played senior leadership roles in the company's sales and marketing, intellectual property, strategic alliance, finance and R&D functions. Wilcox was also active in corporate development efforts that raised financing for E Ink and secured world-class partnerships. In previous positions Wilcox launched new products related to speech recognition and Internet commerce for Boston-based technology companies. While at Corporate Decisions, Inc., Wilcox advised technology companies in the U.S. and Europe on business strategy, product marketing, consumer loyalty and financial valuation. Forcucci is responsible for all operational and manufacturing activities at E Ink. Forcucci has over twenty years experience in the semiconductor business working in such areas as quality, product development and engineering. Prior to joining E Ink he held the positions of Director of Operations and Director of Quality for Fuji Film Electronic Materials and Director of North American Manufacturing for Arch Chemicals. His extensive experience in manufacturing and quality has included work in the U.S., Europe, and Japan. Previous to his positions at Fuji Film, Forcucci worked with Rodel Inc., a supplier of polishing pads and slurries for CMP, as Vice President of Manufacturing, and Director of Manufacturing and Worldwide Director of Quality, at Shipley Co. where he was responsible for the manufacturing and quality systems for photoresist and plating chemicals. Forcucci holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Boston College.

Ryosuke Kuwada is responsible for global sales and marketing at E Ink, including business development, and works closely with E Ink's strategic partners and in developing new strategic alliances. A Japanese citizen, Kuwada joined E Ink in December 2001 as Marketing Director, after working at DuPont, Asia for 18 years, most recently as their global business manager for PDP/FED. During his time at DuPont he had a variety of leadership roles in engineering, sales, marketing and business planning, mainly in the electronics market, working with customers in Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, the US and Europe. Kuwada has extensive experience in electronics components and display devices, including semiconductors, passive components, printed circuit boards, PDPs, FEDs, SEDs and inorganic ELs. Kuwada holds a BS degree from Keio University with a major in Electronics Materials.

Ken is a founding member of FA Technology Ventures. Ken brings over 23 years of diversified corporate finance and investment management experience to the Fund. Ken served as Director of Corporate Investment Banking at First Albany since joining the firm in 1991 until January 2000. Over the last five years, Ken was involved in most of the merchant banking activities at the firm as well. Prior to joining First Albany, he was a senior investment banker at Bear, Stearns & Co. in New York and Boston, focusing on financing transactions and strategic advisory work for emerging growth and technology companies. Ken has completed over 250 investment banking transactions in a broad range of deal types, including leveraged buyouts, strategic mergers, joint ventures, private placements, venture capital, and public equity and debt financings. He has acted individually as a principal in acquisitions and has represented Bear Stearns and First Albany as an acquirer in its merchant banking activity. Ken serves on the Board of Directors of Knoa Software, and is an Observer to the Boards of A123Systems and E Ink Corporation. Ken earned his BA from Denison University, an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a PhD in Physics from Harvard University.
