Before joining GSI, Pahade was president of Denuo, Publicis Groupe's futures practice, and led global digital development for Publicis Groupe Media. Prior to Denuo, he was president of Beyond Interactive Inc., which he co-founded. He was also managing director of Mediacom Digital, part of WPP's GroupM and Grey Global Group. Pahade has been recognized by MEDIA magazine as one of the top 50 People to Know in Interactive Marketing, Advertising Age's coveted 40 under 40 list, and as a MediaPost Online All-Star. Pahade serves as the chairman of the AAAA's Digital Marketing committee and sits on a variety of industry boards. He holds dual degrees in biopsychology and marketing from the University of Michigan.

Andrea M. Weiss has been a director since June 2006. Jeff Branman has more than 25 years of deal-making, business operations and strategic planning experience. During his career, Jeff completed more than $20 billion of merger, acquisition and venture capital transactions within the retailing, apparel, branded consumer products and electronic commerce industries. He has acted both as a principal and as an investment banker. Prior to joining Hilco, Jeff served as President and founder of Interactive Technology Partners ("ITP"), a venture capital joint venture of Comcast Corporation, the leading U.S. operator of broadband cable networks, and its subsidiary, QVC, Inc., the leading U.S. television home shopping network. Jeff invested over $100 million on behalf of ITP, realizing a top quartile internal rate of return. Portfolio companies included GSI Commerce, Inc. [NASDAQ:GSIC]. The Knot, Inc. [NASDAQ:KNOT], Scene7, Inc. and Commerce Technologies, Inc. During this period, he also served as active Executive Vice President of Business Development for QVC. Other positions previously held by Jeff include Senior Vice President Corporate Development of Foot Locker, Inc. (formerly Woolworth Corporation), a retailer of athletic footwear and apparel, and Chief Executive Officer of FootLocker.com, the internet and direct marketing subsidiary of Foot Locker. He is credited with leading the successful restructuring of Woolworth Corporation's worldwide portfolio of businesses, completing 25 divestitures and four acquisitions in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia and Mexico. He is also credited with building the FootLocker.com business from an internal start-up to over $200 million of revenues. Earlier, Jeff had been an investment banker with Financo, Inc., and CS First Boston, where he was head of the Retail Industry Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Additionally, he served as Vice President of Strategic Planning for The May Department Stores Company and as a strategy consultant with The Boston Consulting Group.
