Karl F. Lopker has served as Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company since joining QAD in 1981. Previously, he was President of Deckers Outdoor Corporation, a company that he founded in 1973. Mr. Lopker is certified in production and inventory management by the American Production and Inventory Control Society. He received a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Mr. Lopker is married to Pamela M. Lopker, Chairman of the Board and President of QAD.

Daniel Lender was reappointed Chief Financial Officer in October 2008. He served as QAD's CFO from July 2003 to September 2008. Prior to that, he was QAD's Vice President of Global Sales Operations and Vice President of Latin America. Lender initially joined QAD in 1998 as Treasurer, following a nine-year tenure with the former Republic National Bank of New York in various executive roles. He earned a master of business administration degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor of science degree in applied economics and business management from Cornell University.

Leif Petersen is vice president and chief information officer of QAD Inc. A.J. Bert Moyer has been a director of the Company since February 2004. Mr. Moyer, a business consultant and private investor, served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of QAD Inc., a publicly held software company that is a provider of enterprise resource planning software applications, from March 1998 until February 2000, and he subsequently served as a consultant to QAD, assisting in the Sales Operations of the Americas Region. From February to July 2000, he served as president of the commercial division of Profit Recovery Group International, Inc. Scott J. Adelson has been a Director of QAD since April 2006. Mr. Adelson is a Senior Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, a leading international investment bank.
