Vincent J. Mullarkey has been a director of the Corporation since November 2000. Mr. Mullarkey was the Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Digital Equipment Corporation from 1994 until his retirement in September 1998. From 1971 until 1994, Mr. Mullarkey held various positions within Digital Equipment Corporation, including Vice President, Corporate Controller. Since leaving Digital Equipment Corporation, Mr. Mullarkey has also been involved with several companies in the real estate industry.

Jack Lewis is a partner in Morrison & Foerster LLP's Northern Virginia office. Mr. Lewis has more than 35 years of experience assisting a broad range of businesses and entrepreneurs in developing effective business strategies, from start-up through IPO and beyond. Mr. Lewis concentrates on representing technology businesses. He counsels clients in the areas of the Internet, e-commerce, enterprise and other software, and information technology. Mr. Lewis' experience includes technology protection, licensing, distribution and sale, capital raising, international expansion, buyouts, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster LLP, Mr. Lewis was a stockholder in Tucker, Flyer & Lewis, a firm he co-founded in 1975, and a partner in ShawPittman, which he joined in 1999. He also taught business planning for more than ten years at The George Washington University National Law Center and has chaired and has been a speaker for various American Law Institute-American Bar Association seminars and other programs relating to business planning and the growth of technology companies.

Gene is recognized as one of the top value-added investors and board members in the Mid-Atlantic region. He has over twenty years of experience in senior leadership roles at venture capital firms and technology companies in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to founding Valhalla Partners, Gene was the founder and Managing Director of FBR Technology Venture Partners ("FBRTVP"). Under Gene's leadership, FBRTVP raised two funds and invested an aggregate of approximately $150 million into early-stage technology companies. To date, the FBRTVP funds have produced seven IPOs, including webMethods, the most successful software IPO in history, and FBRTVP I has realized returns of approximately nine times invested capital. Gene is a Director of the Mid-Atlantic Venture Association and a co-founder of The MINDSHARE Program, a leading organization for technology entrepreneurs in the Greater Washington area. He is also a Director of Rivermine Software. Prior to founding FBRTVP, Gene spent 16 years in senior operating roles with technology companies, including four early-stage ventures, all of which ultimately went public. Gene received a Masters in Business Administration from Loyola College (Executive Program) and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. Past investments include webMethods, Proxicom, LifeMinders, CareerBuilder, and Call Technologies (3Com).
