Alan M. Meckler has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of WebMediaBrands since its inception. Previously, Mr. Meckler had been Chairman of the Board of Mecklermedia Corporation from 1973 and was its Chief Executive Officer from December 1993 until it was acquired by Penton Media in November 1998. He also served as President of Mecklermedia from 1971 through November 1997. Mr. Meckler was the only person to have held the offices of Chairman of the Board or Chief Executive Officer since Mecklermedia's founding.

Ken Doughty is Chief Information Officer for TAB Limited one of Australia's largest gaming and wagering organizations. He has over 25 years Information Technology experience gained in various roles including IT Audit, Business Continuity, Project Management, etc. both in the public and private sectors. Ken has an Accounting Degree, a Graduate Diploma in Internal Auditing and is a Certified IS Auditor and Business Continuity Professional. He lectures part-time at Macquarie University, which is rated in the top 50 Universities in the world. He has had a large number of papers published in leading Auditing and Business Continuity journals both in Australia and the United States. In September 2000 he had a book published on Business Continuity. In 2002 he was recognized internationally by ISACA and received the John Kuyers Best Speaker/Conference Contribution Award.

Bruce Morris has been Senior Vice President and General Manager for JupiterOnlineMedia division of Jupitermedia Corp. since July 9, 2007. Mr. Morris oversees all facets of Jupitermedia's online media and events businesses. Prior to joining Jupitermedia, Mr. Morris has had a long career in the business-to-business media industry. Michael Cardinal, a Business Analyst at State Farm Insurance, has been involved with Service Management for 6 years. He is an officer with the Heartland LIG and has been involved at the National level for 3 years as a speaker and Conference Track Chair. He holds Foundation , SLM and Change/Configuration Management Practitioner, and Master's Certifications. He has worked in several industries and holds both a BA and MA in History from Illinois State University.

Mike Houghton works for Jupitermedia as a Managing Editor for Jars.com. Mike also serves as the webmaster for FlashKit.com, and contributes to many other sites including EITPlanet.com, WiFiPlanet.com, Windrivers.

Richard K. DeScherer is a partner in the Corporate and Financial Services Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York. Mr. DeScherer specializes in general corporate law, information technology, media, and intellectual property. He is the Co-Chair of Willkie Farr & Gallagher's Executive Committee. Mr. DeScherer serves as the principal outside counsel at Willkie Farr & Gallagher for Bloomberg L.P. and Jupitermedia Corp., among other clients.

Mr. Berezny is a Strategic Planner employed by Computer Sciences Corporation. He is currently working in support of the U.S Army's Networks Enterprise Technology Command, Enterprise Systems Technology Activity, Service Management Directorate. He is a U.S. Army retiree and has over 20 years of experience in telecommunications and information technology management, operations, engineering, testing, and project management. He earned his Master of Science in Information Technology degree from Western International University and is Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations certified.

Bradley Jones works for Jupitermedia as an Executive Editor over many of the software development sites and channels. Such sites include jGuru, Gamelan, Developer.com, Codeguru, and more. His experience includes development in C, C++, VB, Java, C#, ASP, COBOL, and more as well as having been a developer, consultant, analyst, lead, and much more. His recent books include Teach Yourself the C# Language in 21 Days.

Gilbert F. Bach has been a director of Jupitermedia since its inception. Mr. Bach retired on January 1, 1997 from Lehman Brothers, where he held various positions from 1979 through 1996, most recently as a Managing Director. From 1955 to 1979, Mr. Bach held various positions at Hirsch & Co. and Loeb Rhoades & Co. Mr. Bach was also a director of Mecklermedia from February 1997 until it was acquired by Penton Media in November 1998.

John R. Patrick has been a director of the Company since January 2003. Mr. Patrick has been President of Attitude LLC since 2001. Prior to that, Mr. Patrick worked at IBM Corporation from 1967 to 2001. Mr. Patrick was Vice President of Internet Technology at IBM from 1995 to 2001. He is a member of the board of directors of Knovel Corporation, Opera Software ASA, Danbury Health Systems and Danbury Hospital.

Michael J. Davies has been a director of WebMediaBrands since its inception. Mr. Davies has been President of Fox Hill Consulting LLC since February 1998 and also has been a director of Boxwood Technology, Inc. since May 2000. He was Chairman and CEO of Amazing Media, Inc. from 2002 until January 2005. Mr. Davies was a director of PROVANT, Inc. from 1998 to 2001. From February 2001 until March 2002 he was Chairman of Saltmine, Inc. Mr. Davies was also a director of Mecklermedia from January 1996 until it was acquired by Penton Media in November 1998. He was a special limited partner with American Business Partners from July 1997 to April 1998. Prior to that he was a Managing Director, Corporate Finance, of the investment bank Legg Mason Wood Walker, Incorporated from 1993 to 1996. Before joining Legg Mason, Mr. Davies was the Publisher of the Baltimore Sun from 1990 through 1993.

William Shutzer is a Senior Managing Director of the firm’s corporate advisory business. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Shutzer was a Managing Director of Lehman Brothers, where he did both advisory work and was a principal in Lehman’s Merchant Banking Group from 2000-2003. From 1994-2000, he was at Furman Selz and ING Baring Furman Selz where he was President and Executive Vice President. Before Furman Selz, Mr. Shutzer spent 22 years at Lehman Brothers, where he was a Managing Director, Head of Corporate Finance and a member of the Management Committee. Mr. Shutzer is a senior advisor to Hallmark Cards, Inc., Levi Strauss & Co., Tiffany & Co., TAMKO Building Products, and KB Homes and has represented all of the above companies in recent transactions. Mr. Shutzer also helped found Evercore Wealth Management LLC and is a member of its Board of Managers. Mr. Shutzer is a director of Test Equity, LLC., Tiffany & Co., and JupiterMedia Corp., and was a director of CSK Auto, E&J Gallo Winery, American Financial, RSI Holding Co. and Turbochef Technologies, Inc. He is a trustee of Prep for Prep and the Paul Taylor Dance Company. Mr. Shutzer is also a member of Harvard’s Graduate School Resource Committee. Mr. Shutzer received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Harvard College, both in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
