Stan F. Stoudenmire has served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President since March 2004. From September 2001 until February 2004, Mr. Stoudenmire served as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Director for TrenStar, Inc., a leading global company providing asset management services to multiple industries. During his employment at TrenStar, Mr. Stoudenmire, as a founding employee, was instrumental in developing the business model, completed a significant business acquisition and a global joint venture, as well as, negotiating over $700 million in asset management contract value in multiple industries with large global companies. From May 1999 to August 2001, Mr. Stoudenmire was a founding employee and served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Viewlocity, Inc. In helping to form and restructure Viewlocity, Mr. Stoudenmire raised over $100 million to support the growth of Viewlocity. From May 1998 to April 1999, Mr. Stoudenmire was a financial consultant in the software and services industry, assisting both private and public companies in developing growth strategies and raising equity and debt capital. From July 1997 to May 1998, Mr. Stoudenmire served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Administration of Ross Systems, Inc., a supplier of enterprise resource planning systems and services. From 1987 to July 1997, Mr. Stoudenmire served in various senior financial positions with Mynd Corporation (formerly Policy Management Systems Corporation), a provider of applications software for the insurance industry, most recently serving as vice president and worldwide corporate controller.

Michael Medin is the senior vice president of product development for Viewlocity, a global provider of e-Business solutions. Medin is responsible for directing the full lifecycle of product development, including quality assurance, across the entire Viewlocity product suite from integration enablers to supply chain synchronization applications. Medin formerly worked for Frontec, as VP of professional services for Viewlocity's flagship product AMTrix, a unit with more than 90 EAI consultants and revenue of over $15 million. Medin brings over 7 years of experience with the AMTrix technology, having also held the position of project and business manager in the field of application integration and electronic commerce. Medin holds a M.S., with a specialization in Applied Physics and Electronic Engineering, from LITH Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden.

Mikael Ahlund is vice president of Global Marketing for Viewlocity, a global provider of e-Business solutions, and is responsible for the management of Viewlocity's products, strategic planning and marketing communications. Prior to joining Viewlocity, Ahlund was a member of the board of directors and vice president of Global Marketing at Software Technologies Corporation (STC), a global enterprise application integration provider. During his tenure, the company doubled its revenues to $27 million. Ahlund also has worked previously at market leaders such as General Electric, as general manager of a $100 million business unit, and IBM and Baxter, as a senior marketing executive. Ahlund earned a Ph.D in Business Administration from the University of Georgia and an M.B.A. from Stockholm School of Economics.

Andrew Flett first joined Investcorp in 1998 as part of the Information Technology group and moved to work with Investcorp Technology Partners in 2003. Andrew sits on the boards of Antares and Aurora and works closely with InnerWireless and Magnum Semiconductor. Andrew holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Savio Tung takes on this non-executive role as a complement to his existing executive role as Managing Director and Head of the Technology Investment Group at the global investment firm Investcorp, which remains unchanged. Mr. Tung has served on the boards of many of Investcorp portfolio companies, including Club Car, Circle K, Saks Fifth Avenue, Simmons Mattresses, Star Market, Stratus Computer, CSK Auto and Utimaco. He is currently a board member of Vaultus, Wireless Telecom Group and Viewlocity. He is also a board member and treasurer of the Aaron Diamond AIDS Research Center, an affiliate of Rockefeller University, and a member of the Committee of 100. Mr. Tung was born in Hong Kong. He attended secondary school in Hong Kong until he was 16 years of age, when he moved to, and studied in, the United States. He holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University of New York. He is a trustee of Columbia University. He is also on the board of the Columbia Investment Management Company, chairs the Finance Committee of Columbia University and is a member of the Columbia University Medical Center ("Health Science") Committee.
