As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Whitmarsh is responsible for finance, legal, HR, and other administrative functions. Prior to joining MessageOne, Mr. Whitmarsh was CFO of the U.S. Healthcare Transaction Services business of UK based software company Misys PLC (FTSE 250: MSY). Prior to Misys, Mr. Whitmarsh was the executive in charge of Finance and Administration for Digital Motorworks where he had broad operational responsibility, overseeing growth from 25 to 250 employees and ultimately the company's sale and integration with Automatic Data Processing (NYSE:ADP). Prior to that, Mr. Whitmarsh managed financial engagements for public accounting firms, most recently for international accounting and consulting firm KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Whitmarsh holds a BBA in Accounting from the McCombs School at the University of Texas at Austin and is a CPA.

As Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations, Mr. Klubnik brings eighteen years of industry experience in executive sales, channels and operations management. Prior to MessageOne, Mr. Klubnik was Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development for PlanView, a leading provider of IT Portfolio Management software. During his tenure, he rebuilt the sales organization, grew software revenues significantly, and forged strategic partnerships with EMC, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, BMC-Remedy, and Keane. Before PlanView, Mr. Klubnik held executive positions at Zilliant, where he was Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development, and PTC, where as Senior VP of Sales he led sales & operations units in North America and Europe and helped grow annual revenues from $130 million to over $1 billion.

As Vice President of Product Management, Mr. Rollins brings fifteen years of product design and development experience in advanced technology. Rollins' primary responsibility is the strategic direction and execution of MessageOne's core technology platform and applications. Prior to joining MessageOne, Mr. Rollins was the founder of Reactivity, a Web services security company, where he held roles on the executive team and board of directors including Managing Director and Director of Business Development. Prior to that, Rollins acted as the Director of Product Management for AlterPoint, a network configuration management company. Mr. Rollins holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Stanford University.

As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Blackburn brings more than fifteen years of operations experience in the high-tech environment. Blackburn's key responsibility in this role is customer support operations with a secondary focus on corporate operations. Prior to joining MessageOne, Mr. Blackburn was the Vice President of Operations at Infraworks, Inc. a privately held software company specializing in the development of system level security software. Prior to that, Blackburn held positions as the Vice President & General Manager of iDOT.com International, which was purchased by VIA Technologies, and as the Director of Strategic Operations & Product Marketing at TechWorks, Inc., Inc., a $100 million global supplier of PC upgrade products. Mr. Blackburn holds a B.A. in Economics, with a minor in Marketing, from the University of Texas at Austin.

Samy Aboel-Nil is a Co-founder and the Vice President of Product Technology for MessageOne, where he has been responsible for product specification, customer and competitive analysis and development of communications materials. He has over ten years of experience in software development, sales engineering and product marketing. Prior to forming MessageOne, Aboel-Nil held sales engineering and development positions at PcOrder. Previously, he was a software engineer for Trilogy software. Mr. Aboel-Nil holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Washington.

Laura is an early Internet investor and brings a vast network of relationships. She is the link that brought together the Founders of StarVest Partners, L.P. Laura likes to say: "As an entrepreneur, I enjoy working side-by-side with our portfolio companies to build valuable relationships with potential customers, partners and other resources." She represents StarVest on the Board of Newgistics and MessageOne and A21. She is an Observer of iCrossing and was also an active Observer on the Board of Connected prior to its being acquired by Iron Mountain in 2004. Laura has worked with leading visionary entrepreneurs and investors throughout her 14 years of financial merchant banking and venture capital experience. Beginning in the early 1990's, she identified investments in several high performing digital media companies. Laura was responsible for direct venture capital investments at Gabelli Securities, Inc. In January 1992, she founded Sachar Capital, Ltd., a financial advisory firm specializing in digital media. Laura was the Founding Chairman of the NYNMA Angel Investors Program, a non-profit organization that has reviewed thousands of early-stage investment opportunities since May 1997 to January 2004 where she also served as a Board Member. Laura is among a cadre of former journalists that bring their passion for research and analysis to venture capital investing. She was an Associate Editor at Financial World magazine from 1986 to 1989 and she was a Financial Analyst in corporate finance at Prudential Securities from 1984 to 1986. She holds a BA from Barnard College, Columbia University, and an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business. Following a belief in the importance of community participation, Laura is on the Board of Ballet Hispanico and a former Board Member of the Trail Blazers Camp and former Society of Fellows Advisory Committee Member at the Aspen Institute. She is also a member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) and Co-Chairman of the YPO Gotham Chapter Education Committee. In the early morning she can often be found running in Central Park.

Tim joined QuestMark in 1998 as the Chief Financial Officer. Through the end of 2005, he managed all internal financial matters and assisted with transaction sourcing, due diligence investigations and financial analysis. Beginning in 2006, Tim relinquished the CFO role to focus on investment opportunities and his board positions. After receiving his MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School in 1990, he spent from 1990 to 1998 working in various management capacities with a variety of entrepreneurial ventures. Tim is a graduate of Princeton University. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Calvert School in Baltimore. Tim currently serves as a board member of Engineous Software, Senior Health and RealLife HR.
