Barney Harford has extensive experience building and operating internet businesses. For the past two years he has served in board and advisory capacities to internet companies in travel and other verticals. Harford currently serves on the board of directors of LiquidPlanner, an on-demand project management service that helps companies manage uncertainty, and GlobalEnglish, a leading provider of online English language training services to multinational corporations. Harford served on the board of directors of eLong, which is controlled by Expedia, from 2004 to 2008, and as an advisor to Kayak.com in 2008. Harford served in a variety of roles at Expedia, Inc. from 1999 to 2006. As President of Expedia Asia Pacific from 2004 to 2006, he launched Expedia's business in the region, leading the company's entry into China, Japan and Australia, and the company's controlling investment in eLong. Previously, Harford served as Senior Vice President of Air, Car & Private Label; developed Expedia's private label business, WWTE, and Expedia's telesales business; and led Expedia's Corporate Development, Strategic Planning and Investor Relations functions. He joined Expedia as a Product Planner in 1999 when Expedia was a division of Microsoft. Prior to joining Expedia, Harford worked in the United Kingdom as a strategy consultant with The Kalchas Group. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Arts degree in Natural Sciences from Clare College, Cambridge University.

Jeffrey Davidoff serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Orbitz Worldwide, responsible for global offline and online marketing since October 2008. Prior to joining Orbitz Worldwide, Mr. Davidoff was Vice President of Brand Marketing & Communications for Whirlpool Corporation, which he joined in 2002. In this role, Mr. Davidoff led a marketing organization responsible for supporting the sales of the company’s Whirlpool, Maytag, Amana, Kitchen Aid & Jenn-Air brands. Mr. Davidoff’s broad marketing experience includes service as a founding member of UPSHOT, a Chicago-based marketing agency, and within the national marketing division of Citibank N.A. Mr. Davidoff received a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

MARSHA C. WILLIAMS has served as a Supervisory Director of the Company since 1997. She is a member of the Audit Committee, Corporate Governance Committee and the Organization and Compensation Committee. Ms. Williams currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Orbitz Worldwide, a position she has held since 2007. From 2002 to 2007, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Equity Office Properties Trust, a public real estate investment trust. She served as Chief Administrative Officer of Crate & Barrel from 1998 to 2002, and as Treasurer of Amoco Corporation from 1993 to 1998. Ms. Williams is a director of Davis Funds, Modine Manufacturing Company, Inc. and Fifth Third Bancorp.

William C. Cobb was appointed a member of board of directors in July 2008. He was also appointed to serve as a member of the audit and compensation committees of the board. His current term expires with the 2011 annual meeting. Mr. Cobb most recently served as the president of eBay North America. Since 2000, Mr. Cobb has held several senior management positions at eBay Inc., including Senior Vice President and General Manager of eBay International and Senior Vice President of Global Marketing. He previously held a number of key positions at PepsiCo within its Tricon Global Restaurants division (spun off as YUM! Brands, Inc. in 1997), and Frito Lay and Pepsi-Cola divisions. Mr. Cobb serves on the advisory board of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and is also a member of the boards of directors of Pacific Sunwear of California Inc., Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC, and the non-profit Bay Harbor Foundation. Mr. Cobb holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
