Ellen J. Kullman, 52, is chief executive officer of DuPont. Ellen is the 19th executive to lead the company in more than 205 years of DuPont History. She became president on Oct. 1, 2008, and CEO on Jan.1, 2009. Prior to her appointment as DuPont president and CEO she served as executive vice president and a member of the company's office of the chief executive. She was responsible for DuPont Coatings & Color Technologies; DuPont Electronic & Communication Technologies; DuPont Performance Materials; DuPont Safety & Protection; Marketing & Sales; Pharmaceuticals; Risk Management; and Safety & Sustainability. In March 2008, Ellen was tapped to lead the dynamic planning process for the company's growth in emerging international markets. A native of Wilmington, Del., Ellen began her career at DuPont in 1988 as marketing manager in the Medical Imaging business. Following two years as business director for the X-ray Film business, she moved to Printing & Publishing as global business director, Electronic Imaging. In 1994, she joined White Pigment & Mineral Products as global business director and was named vice president and general manager in 1995. She assumed leadership of two high-growth businesses, DuPont Safety Resources in 1998 and Bio-Based Materials in 1999. Francine C. Shaw is president and CEO of DuPont Performance Elastomers, a wholly owned DuPont subsidiary. She joined DuPont in 1977 as an accountant in the Parlin, N.J., Photo Products business. She has served in a variety of functional and management positions that have incorporated marketing, manufacturing, financial, and human resource responsibilities. She was a member of the start-up team for a new manufacturing facility in Manati, Puerto Rico; served as plant manager for the DuPont Agricultural Products' site in Mobile, Ala.; and held the dual role of global business director for DuPont™ Mylar® Polyester Film and plant manager at its Florence, S.C., site. In 1997, she was named managing director for the worldwide polyester films business, and the following year became vice president and general manager of DuPont Polyester Films. During her tenure with the films business, a major acquisition was accomplished and Ms. Shaw launched the DuPont Teijin Films joint venture - a 50/50 joint venture between DuPont and Teijin Limited of Japan. She became chairman and chief executive officer of that joint venture. In January 2002 she was named vice president and general manager - DuPont Global Services, and became vice president - Corporate Operations in January 2004. Torkel Rhenman is CEO of Solae. He joined DuPont in 1986 in sales and marketing at DuPont Scandinavia. Balvinder Singh Kalsi is the president of DuPont India and chairman of the board of directors of E. I. DuPont India Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of DuPont in Wilmington, Del. Mr. Cheoroo Won is president of DuPont Korea Inc. and is responsible for all DuPont operations in South Korea. Mr. Won joined DuPont in 1981 as a sales representative for Electronic Materials. Previously he was a sales engineer with Daewoo (Korean Conglomerate) for 4 years. He became the sales manager for Electronics at DuPont Korea in 1986. Douglas Muzyka is president - DuPont Greater China. He joined the company in 1985 as a research scientist. In 1988 he became research manager for DuPont Canada Fibers and Intermediates businesses and then went on to hold a variety of North American research management roles through 1994. After several positions in finance, human resources, manufacturing and marketing in Brazil and the United States, he became global industry manager for Plastics in the White Pigment division. A former European business director of ICI's Polyester Films business, he joined DuPont in 1998, when the company acquired that business, and became regional director Europe for DuPont Polyester Films. Jeffrey A. Coe is senior vice president - DuPont Sourcing & Logistics and chief procurement officer. Jeffrey L. Keefer is executive vice president, Chief Financial Officer and a member of the company's Office of the Chief Executive. Mr. Keefer joined DuPont in 1976 as a financial analyst in the titanium dioxide business. Linda J. Fisher is vice president and chief sustainability officer. P. Michael Walker is vice president and associate general counsel and chief intellectual property counsel in DuPont Legal. He began his legal career in a private law firm in Philadelphia, Pa., in 1986 and joined DuPont in October 1990. Dr. Chowdhry currently co-chairs the Industrial Advisory Board of University of Delaware’s Engineering School, is a member of the Delaware Science and Technology Council and serves on the board of the Delaware Art Museum. She joined DuPont in 1979 as a research and development engineer at the Memphis, Tenn., plant, followed by assignments in marketing in Wilmington, Del., from 1982 to 1987. In 1988 through 1990 she was a district sales manager in Chicago, Il. In 1990 she became assistant plant manager of a pigments plant in Wilmington, Del. Following that role, Ms. Green was one of the first three Six Sigma Champions in DuPont, and then held a variety of business management positions over the next 10 years as business manager of Specialty Materials, business manager of Fluorotelomers, then global business director of Specialty Chemicals. She joined DuPont Fluoroproducts in 2003 as global business director of Fluoropolymer Solutions. She was named to her current position in March 2006. Ms. Green obtained a bachelor of science in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University in 1979 with post graduate work in Math and Physics. He is responsible for the development of a broad portfolio of renewably sourced products including a portfolio of biomaterials ranging from renewable polymers to new innovations in peptides and Omega-3 fatty acids as well as innovations for the medical space. Mr. Ranieri oversees the DuPont™ Sorona®, Cerenol™, Crystar®, BioSpecialties and BioMedical businesses. He joined DuPont in 2002 as vice president and general manager - DuPont Bio-Based Materials, which originally included only the Sorona® business. During his leadership, the Bio-Based Materials business grew to include a full range of renewably sourced product offerings, including the creation of the DuPont BioFuels business. John Pierce is vice president for DuPont Applied BioSciences - Technology, with responsibility for DuPont's biotechnology research and development efforts in the production of fuels, chemicals, and materials. Dr. Pierce began his career at DuPont in 1982 as a research scientist in Central Research & Development (CR&D). He moved to Agricultural Products in 1988 and held research management positions in agricultural biotechnology and subsequently in crop protection chemical discovery. In 1994 he became director of Chemical and Biological Sciences in CR&D, where DuPont's current focus on industrial biotechnology began to take shape. From 1996-1998, Dr. Pierce was planning manager for Agricultural Products' Europe, Middle East, and Africa in Paris, France. Upon returning to Wilmington, he worked to integrate the agricultural biotechnology research efforts of DuPont and its subsidiary Pioneer Hi-Bred International. He first served as director of Genetic Resources and subsequently as director of Strategic Resources and Planning for DuPont Crop Genetics Research. In 2001, Dr. Pierce returned to CR&D as director of Biochemical Sciences and Engineering and was named to his current position in June 2006. Dr. Pierce has been intimately involved in the evolution of DuPont's positions with respect to commercialization and acceptance of biotechnology products. He is a founding board member of the Society of Biological Engineering and currently serves as a member of the U.S. Department of Energy's Biological and Environmental Research Advisory Committee. He is committed to the development of future scientists, and serves on the Board of the Charter School of Wilmington. Keith J. Smith is vice president and general manager, DuPont Engineering Polymers. Mr. Smith joined DuPont in 1980 as a field engineer at the company's titanium dioxide (TiO2) plant in Edge Moor, Del. William F. Weber is vice president and general manager - DuPont Packaging & Industrial Polymers. He joined DuPont in 1981 and spent the first nine years of his career in a variety of marketing, technical service and operations positions in DuPont's membrane separations businesses. Over the next 17 years, he worked in several of DuPont's chemicals and polymers businesses in leadership positions in global management, marketing and operations, including assignments in Delaware, West Virginia and Australia. William J. Harvey is vice president - DuPont Corporate Plans. He initially joined DuPont in 1977 in the former Polymers Department as a product specialist in Wilmington, Del. After a series of product management and product development assignments, Mr. Harvey relocated to Chicago, Ill., as a marketing representative in Packaging. In 1982, he returned to Delaware where he assumed a series of management positions in Supply Chain, and Fluoropolymer and Packaging Marketing. In 1988, he became the manager of DuPont Technical Services Laboratories at Chestnut Run in Wilmington, Del. Mr. Harvey became business manager for DuPont Elastomers - Neoprene, Nordel® and Hypalon® in 1990. Mr. Harvey left DuPont in 1992 to become general manager of the Peroxygen Chemical Division of FMC Corporation located in Philadelphia, Pa. He rejoined DuPont in 1996 and was appointed global business director for DuPont Packaging & Industrial Polymers. In 1999, Mr. Harvey assumed the role of global business director - Kevlar® at the Spruance plant in Richmond, Va. In February 2002, he was appointed vice president and general manager of the DuPont Advanced Fiber businesses - Kevlar® and Nomex® fibers, also at Spruance. In November 2002, Mr. Harvey assumed the additional responsibility for DuPont Personal Protection, a new market-facing business focused on growing DuPont's position in worker protection. He was named vice president - DuPont Corporate Operations in June 2007. He was named to his current position in January 2008. Mr. Harvey is a Trustee of the Darden Graduate Business School at the University of Virginia and is a Governor of the St. Catherine's School in Richmond, Va. Mr. Harvey is a native of Portsmouth, Va. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. Willie C. Martin is vice president - Operations - North America. He joined DuPont in 1981 and has held various manufacturing and business planning assignments in Martinsville, Va.; Charleston, S.C.; Kinston, N.C. and Wilmington, Del., including plant manager at the Cooper River Plant in Charleston, S.C. In 1995, he became the director of North American Operations for Dacron® polyester and general plant manager, Kinston. In 1996, he assumed the position of global operations director – Dacron®. He was responsible for DuPont™ Dacron® worldwide operations and Dacron® engineering activities. Dacron® North American manufacturing sites included Charleston, S.C.; Wilmington, N.C. and Kinston, N.C. In addition, he oversaw Dacron® operations in Mexico, Europe and China. In March of 1998, Mr. Martin joined DuPont Polyester Resins & Intermediates as vice president, Operations and Human Resources. In this role, he oversees global operations including Nashville, Tenn.; Fayetteville, N.C.; Teeside, England; and Kuan Yin, Taiwan. He is also a member of the DuPont Operations Network and DuPont Black Men's Leadership Forum. In June of 2000, Mr. Martin assumed the role of president – U.S. Region. This role is focused on U.S. policy development, specifically in the area of Human Resources, infrastructure and cost optimization. This role is in addition to and concurrent with his role as vice president, Operations and Human Resources for Polyester Resins & Intermediates. In September of 2002, in addition to his role as president – U. S. Region, Mr. Martin assumed responsibility for Diversity & WorkLife and Human Resources Development for Operations. He was appointed to his current position in 2006. He is a Martinsville, Va., native, received a bachelor of science degree in 1971 in marketing and business administration from Johnson C. Smith University of Charlotte, N.C., and a master's degree from the University of Virginia in 1975. In 1989, he also received a certificate from the University of North Carolina's Young Executive Business Institute, Kenan-Flagner School of Business. After graduating from Johnson C. Smith University, Mr. Martin was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons in 1971. He has also worked as a principal and football coach at Laurel Park High School in Martinsville, Va., and spent two years as an operations manager with American Furniture Company in Martinsville. Mr. Martin enjoys all sports. He is a member of the Martinsville Men's Round Table, the Kappa Alpha PSI Fraternity. He currently serves on the Johnson C. Smith University Board of Trustees, the Christiana Hospital Board of Trustees and the NACME Board of Directors. Mary E. Bowler is secretary of the company and corporate counsel. Ms. Bowler joined DuPont in 1981 as an attorney in the company's Legal Department. From 1981 through 1986, Ms. Bowler served in a number of commercial law assignments, counseling the company's purchasing function and several business units. In 1987, she transferred to the External Affairs Department and was appointed area manager, state government affairs. In this role, Ms. Bowler represented the company in Dover, Del., and other eastern state capitals. In 1988, she rejoined the Legal Department in the labor and benefits area, providing legal services to the human resources function. In 1990, Ms. Bowler transferred to the general legal division where she served as counsel to the Textile Fibers Department. She was promoted to senior counsel in 1991. In 1992, Ms. Bowler rejoined the labor and benefits group, representing the company in arbitration proceedings and before the National Labor Relations Board. In 1995, she transferred to the corporate, securities and tax group and was named an assistant secretary of the company. She became the group's practice leader in 1998 and was promoted to corporate counsel in 1999. She was appointed to her current position in June 2004. Ms. Bowler is active in a variety of educational, community and philanthropic organizations. She is a member of the Cornell University Council, a vice president of the board of the Ronald McDonald House of Delaware and a member of the board of Friends of Brandywine Hundred Library. Ms. Bowler is a graduate of Cornell University, and Boston University School of Law, where she was managing editor of The American Journal of Law and Medicine . She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.

W. D. (Don) Johnson is senior vice president - DuPont Human Resources. He joined DuPont in 1974 at the Kinston plant in North Carolina. He held a variety of technical and manufacturing assignments in Dacron® polyester fibers. From there he moved to the DuPont Richmond, Va., site with manufacturing responsibility for Tyvek® spunbonded polyethylene. In 1984, Mr. Johnson went to the nylon facility in Seaford, Del., as assistant site manager. Later he held corporate strategy and composites business developmental assignments at corporate headquarters in Wilmington, Del., before relocating to Geneva, Switzerland, in 1992 where he had responsibility for the European Nonwovens (Tyvek®, Sontara®, Typar®) and Advanced Fiber Systems (Kevlar®, Nomex® and Teflon®) businesses. In 1994 he became global business director for Kevlar® and relocated to Richmond, Va. In 1996, Mr. Johnson became managing director and general manager for DuPont Advanced Fiber Systems, and in 1997 he became vice president and general manager of this same unit. In December 1997, he became vice president and general manager for DuPont Nylon in North America with responsibility for all of the DuPont nylon fiber and intermediates business in North America and for the DuPont Flooring business worldwide. In 1999, he became group vice president - Nylon Worldwide. In October 2001 he was named group vice president - DuPont Operations & Services. In January 2004, he was named group vice president - DuPont Global Operations & Engineering with the consolidation of all global operations and engineering into one unit. He was named chairman and representative director - DuPont K.K. (Japan) in April 2006. He was named to his current position in February 2008. Mr. Johnson was born in North Carolina. He was graduated from North Carolina State University in 1974 with degrees in applied mathematics and engineering.

Alexander M. Cutler is chairman and chief executive officer of Eaton Corporation, a $15.4 billion global diversified power management company. Cutler assumed his current position in August 2000, after serving as Eaton’s president and chief operating officer since 1995. Cutler began his career with Cutler-Hammer in 1975 as a financial analyst and became business group controller in 1977. After Eaton acquired Cutler-Hammer, he was made a division controller in 1979, and in 1980, was appointed plant manager of the Atlanta Assembly Plant. Ms. Juliber, age 60, was a Vice Chairman of the Colgate-Palmolive Company from July 2004 until March 2005. She served as Colgate-Palmolive s Chief Operating Officer from March 2000 to September 2004, as its Executive Vice President North America and Europe from 1997 until March 2000 and as President of Colgate North America from 1994 to 1997. Rich joined the Aurora Funds, Inc. in April of 2000 as a Principal and served as a General Partner to Aurora from 2002-2006 where he focused on investment opportunities in the information technology sector, including Internet infrastructure, software and semiconductor companies. Rich is currently a Venture Partner with Aurora. Prior to joining Aurora, Rich was senior associate at Safeguard Scientifics, a public venture capital holding company, where he was actively involved in all aspects of making new investments and working closely with portfolio companies in the areas of IT services, enterprise software and communications. Before entering the venture capital business in 1997, Rich spent 10 years in various management and operating roles in the technology industry. He was Director of Business Development and Senior Product Manager of fiber optic products at General Instrument, a broadband communications equipment company. Rich also held marketing, engineering and management positions at Sony, Westinghouse and DuPont. Rich led investments in and served on the Boards of several of Aurora's portfolio companies including: Covelight, Foresight, GadgetSpace (acquired by InPhonic; NASDAQ: INPC), Nextreme, Synchris, Unitrends and WiDeFi. He also was a Board observer at Blackboard (NASDAQ: BBBB) and InPhonic (NASDAQ: INPC) until their IPOs. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Duke University and a MBA from The Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He is a member of the Engineering Alumni Council at Duke University's Pratt School of Engineering.
