Ellen J. Kullman, 52, is chief executive officer of DuPont. Ellen is the 19th executive to lead the company in more than 205 years of DuPont History. She became president on Oct. 1, 2008, and CEO on Jan.1, 2009. Prior to her appointment as DuPont president and CEO she served as executive vice president and a member of the company's office of the chief executive. She was responsible for DuPont Coatings & Color Technologies; DuPont Electronic & Communication Technologies; DuPont Performance Materials; DuPont Safety & Protection; Marketing & Sales; Pharmaceuticals; Risk Management; and Safety & Sustainability. In March 2008, Ellen was tapped to lead the dynamic planning process for the company's growth in emerging international markets. A native of Wilmington, Del., Ellen began her career at DuPont in 1988 as marketing manager in the Medical Imaging business. Following two years as business director for the X-ray Film business, she moved to Printing & Publishing as global business director, Electronic Imaging. In 1994, she joined White Pigment & Mineral Products as global business director and was named vice president and general manager in 1995. She assumed leadership of two high-growth businesses, DuPont Safety Resources in 1998 and Bio-Based Materials in 1999. Ellen was named group vice president and general manager in 2000 with the addition of Corporate New Business Development and Intellectual Assets Licensing. In 2001 she assumed responsibility for DuPont Flooring Systems and DuPont Surfaces. She was named group vice president - DuPont Safety & Protection in February 2002. In June 2006 she was named executive vice president until her appointment as DuPont President and CEO. Ellen is on the Board of Trustees at Tufts University, serves on the board of overseers at Tufts University School of Engineering. She is also on the Board of Trustees, National Safety Council. Prior to joining DuPont, Ellen worked for General Electric in various business development and marketing positions. She holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from Tufts University and a masters degree in management from Northwestern University.

Francine C. Shaw is president and CEO of DuPont Performance Elastomers, a wholly owned DuPont subsidiary. She joined DuPont in 1977 as an accountant in the Parlin, N.J., Photo Products business. She has served in a variety of functional and management positions that have incorporated marketing, manufacturing, financial, and human resource responsibilities. She was a member of the start-up team for a new manufacturing facility in Manati, Puerto Rico; served as plant manager for the DuPont Agricultural Products' site in Mobile, Ala.; and held the dual role of global business director for DuPont™ Mylar® Polyester Film and plant manager at its Florence, S.C., site. In 1997, she was named managing director for the worldwide polyester films business, and the following year became vice president and general manager of DuPont Polyester Films. During her tenure with the films business, a major acquisition was accomplished and Ms. Shaw launched the DuPont Teijin Films joint venture - a 50/50 joint venture between DuPont and Teijin Limited of Japan. She became chairman and chief executive officer of that joint venture. In January 2002 she was named vice president and general manager - DuPont Global Services, and became vice president - Corporate Operations in January 2004. Ms. Shaw assumed her current position in April 2006. Throughout her career, she has been active in the communities in which she has lived, including having served on local boards of United Way as well as Community Awareness Panels. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of the College of St. Elizabeth, Convent Station, N.J., where she graduated in 1976. Born in South Amboy, N.J., Ms. Shaw holds a bachelor's degree in Economics.

Torkel Rhenman is CEO of Solae. He joined DuPont in 1986 in sales and marketing at DuPont Scandinavia. His career has included sales, marketing, manufacturing and management positions in Sweden, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Belgium, Japan and the United States. In June 2001, he transferred from Europe to the United States and assumed the role of global business director for Nordel® and added the responsibility for the Engage® business in 2004. In 2005, he became the global technology and strategic planning director, DuPont Performance Elastomers. In 2006 he became global business director Packaging & Industrial Polymers, based in Wilmington, Del. He was named to his current in February 2008. Mr. Rhenman graduated with a M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from The Royal Institute of Technology of Stockholm, Sweden in 1986.

Balvinder Singh Kalsi is the president of DuPont India and chairman of the board of directors of E. I. DuPont India Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of DuPont in Wilmington, Del. Under his leadership, DuPont India has emerged as one of the fastest growing strategic markets for DuPont globally. The company’s operations in India have been fast expanding with the opening up of the DuPont Knowledge Centre at Hyderabad. Prior to his appointment as president in Dec 2005, Mr. Kalsi was the executive director of DuPont India, overseeing the companies Government and External Affairs activities, in addition to his business responsibilities of leading the Agricultural Products business and DuPont Liquid Packaging Systems. Under his leadership, the Agricultural Products business of DuPont India emerged as one of the fastest growing business unit, a significant contributor to DuPont India revenues and one of the key markets for the company’s agriculture business worldwide. Mr. Kalsi joined DuPont in 1991 as director, Finance & Corporate Planning. He then assumed leadership of two high growth businesses in 1997, and became director - South Asia for Agricultural Products with additional responsibility of representing the Pioneer seed business in India. Prior to joining DuPont, he began his professional career in 1981 with the Escorts Group of Companies and held various business development senior positions between 1981-1991. Mr. Kalsi is a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also a member of several industry associations.

Mr. Cheoroo Won is president of DuPont Korea Inc. and is responsible for all DuPont operations in South Korea. Mr. Won joined DuPont in 1981 as a sales representative for Electronic Materials. Previously he was a sales engineer with Daewoo (Korean Conglomerate) for 4 years. He became the sales manager for Electronics at DuPont Korea in 1986. He then accepted an assignment in the United States in 1989 as management trainee at Roundrock Site of DuPont Photomasks, Inc., Roundrock, Tex., and became acting general manager for the same site in 1990. After completion of the assignment for Photomasks Roundrock Site, Mr. Won relocated back to Korea and was named site manager of DuPont Photomasks, Inc., Ichon, Korea in the year of 1991. In 1996, he was named vice president of DuPont Photomasks, Inc. Asia Pacific and corporate officer of DuPont Photomasks, Inc., USA. In 2000, Mr. Won accepted the second United States assignment as director of Corporate New Business Development, in Wilmington, Del. One year later he took the new position as global business director for DuPont Holographics, DuPont Displays. In 2002, Mr. Won assumed the assignment as managing director for Refinish Asia Pacific – DuPont Performance Coatings. He has worked at Shanghai directly from Wilmington in April 2003 until he was appointed managing director for DuPont Performance Coatings Asia Pacific in December same year. Mr. Won was appointed to his current position in January 2005. Mr. Cheoroo Won was graduated from Seoul National University, Korea, with B.A. in Materials Engineering in 1975 and continued on to graduate school with same major and finished all the MA course works.

Douglas Muzyka is president - DuPont Greater China. He joined the company in 1985 as a research scientist. In 1988 he became research manager for DuPont Canada Fibers and Intermediates businesses and then went on to hold a variety of North American research management roles through 1994. Mr. Muzyka was named director of Technology and New Business Development for DuPont Nylon, Asia Pacific, in 1994 and relocated to Hong Kong. From 1994 to 1998 he was involved in many plant start-ups and new venture developments throughout Asia Pacific. In 1998, Mr. Muzyka returned to the United States to become business director for the worldwide Nylon Industrial Specialties business, a position he held until January 2001. He was then named president and general manager of DuPont Mexico. He was named president and chief executive officer of DuPont Canada Inc., in January 2003 and concurrently vice president and general manager - DuPont Nutrition & Health in September 2003. He was named to his current position in July 2006. Mr. Muzyka was born in Canada and graduated as class valedictorian from the University of Western Ontario with bachelor, master and doctorate degrees in chemical engineering. He completed additional research for his doctorate at the Université de Téchnologie de Compiègne in France and worked as a researcher in the coal industry in France for two years prior to joining DuPont.

Eduardo W. Wanick is president – DuPont Latin America. Mr. Wanick joined DuPont in 1980. After several positions in finance, human resources, manufacturing and marketing in Brazil and the United States, he became global industry manager for Plastics in the White Pigment division. In 1992, he became vice president for Apparel Fibers in South America and since 1996 was president and general manager of DuPont Brazil as well as vice president – Lycra® – South America. Mr. Wanick became vice president and general manager of DuPont Global Nylon Apparel, Jan. 1, 2000, and vice president and general manager of DuPont Global Apparel on Jan. 1, 2001. He was appointed vice president – Private Equity Investments from August 2001 to December 2002. In January 2003 he was named vice president – Global Emerging Markets Growth and president – DuPont Mexico. He assumed his current position in January 2004. Mr. Wanick was born in Rio de Janeiro. He holds an honours bachelor of science degree in physics and an MBA. He is on the board of the American Chamber of Commerce – Brazil.

Ian Hudson is president - DuPont Europe, Middle East & Africa, and president - Du Pont de Nemours International SA Geneva. A former European business director of ICI's Polyester Films business, he joined DuPont in 1998, when the company acquired that business, and became regional director Europe for DuPont Polyester Films. After spending 5 years in Wilmington, Del., as global business director - Sorona®/Bio-PDO™ in the DuPont Bio-Based Materials business, he relocated to Geneva, Switzerland, in 2004, when he was named regional director - DuPont Advanced Fiber Systems and DuPont Nonwovens. He was named to his current position in April 2006. After graduating from Oxford University with an MA degree in French and German, Mr. Hudson's career with ICI spanned 18 years, during which time he held a number of commercial and business management roles, including assignments in France and in the United States, as well as extensive travel in Asia. Mr. Hudson is a member of the Executive Committee and Board of CEFIC (European Chemical Industry Association), chairman of the Industrial Biotech Council and member of the Board of EuropaBio (European Association of bio industries), member of the Board of the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce, and member of the Foundation Board of the International Institute for Management Development (IMD).

Michael J. Oxley is the president and chief financial officer of DuPont Canada. Mr. Oxley began his career at DuPont in 1975 when he joined the Financial Services in Montreal, Quebec. In 1979 he was transferred to the Mississauga corporate office. From 1980 to 1989, Mr. Oxley held a variety of roles in the DuPont Pension Management Unit, the last of which was manager - Equities, where he was accountable for portfolios of both publicly traded and private equities. From 1989 to 2000, Mr. Oxley held various senior financial management roles for most of the company’s businesses over that period, including Corporate Development, Medical Products, Performance Coatings, Engineering Polymers and the Nylon business. In 2000 Mr. Oxley was appointed to the position of treasurer and director of Financial Operations and Investor Relations officer. In 2003, Mr. Oxley then became the chief financial officer of DuPont Canada and director of Finance for the Nutrition and Health business. In addition, in January 2008, Mr. Oxley became the director of Customer Care for DuPont in Canada. Born in Montreal, Canada, Mr. Oxley graduated from the University of Concordia with a bachelor of commerce in Economics.

Minoru Amoh is president of DuPont Kabushiki Kaisha (DuPont K. K. - Japan). He joined DuPont as a marketing representative in the Polymer Products Division of DuPont Far East Inc. (Japan) in February 1979. In 1989, Mr. Amoh was promoted to automotive product manager and also served as a branch manager of the Nagoya Office of DuPont Japan Limited. In 1997, he was named sales, demand and marketing director for the Engineering Polymers Department at DuPont K.K. In 2001, he became regional marketing director for Engineering Polymers in Asia Pacific. In 2004, Mr. Amoh was promoted to regional director for Engineering Polymers in the Asia Pacific region. In addition to that assignment, he served as vice president for DuPont K.K. Mr. Amoh was appointed to his current position in September 2006. Born in Tokushima Prefecture, Mr. Amoh received a master of science degree in Mechnical Engineering/Aero Dynamics from Washington State University.

Steve Chen is chairman and president - DuPont Taiwan and sales excellence leader - DuPont Titanium Technologies, Asia Pacific. He joined DuPont Taiwan in 1978 as a sales representative for CD&P (chemicalsChemicals, dyes Dyes and pigmentsPigments) Department. He became sales manager of the chemicals and fibers group in 1988 and was appointed general marketing manager in 1990 for multiple businesses in Taiwan. Between 1991 and 1994, he held various sales assignments for chemicals in the Greater China region and also served as regional manager for Asia Pacific. During this period, he was instrumental in building a world-class facility for TiO2 manufacturing in Kuanyin, Taiwan. In 1995, Mr. Chen assumed the role of marketing manager for TiO2 regional plastics for Asia Pacific in addition to his sales territory responsibility for Greater China. In 1999, he was named TiO2 business manager for the Greater China and Korea markets. In 2001, he became regional business director - DuPont Titanium Technologies for Asia Pacific North. In January 2007 he was appointed sales director - DuPont Titanium Technologies for Asia Pacific. He was named to his current position in July 2007. He received his master of science in organic chemistry from the University of Illinois in 1977, followed by one year of doctorate study in pulp and paper technology at the North Carolina State University.

Mr. Bills joined DuPont in 2001. In 2003, he was promoted to vice president and general manager of DuPont Displays. In 2004, he was named vice president and general manager for DuPont Fluoroproducts. He became vice president and general manager, DuPont Global Biotechnology in March 2006 and was named to his current position in November 2006. Prior to joining DuPont, Mr. Bills was a partner in the Chicago office of McKinsey & Company, providing strategic guidance and consultation to industrial and technology companies. He served as co-leader of the firm's worldwide Growth Strategy Practice and was a member of the Corporate Finance and Industrial Marketing Practices.

Donna H. Grier is vice president - general auditor and chief ethics and compliance officer. She joined the company in 1982 in the Finance Department. She spent eight years in various analyst roles in areas such as Compensation & Benefits, Corporate Accounting and Tax. In early 1990, she transferred to the Nylon department, spending three years at the Seaford, Del., Nylon plant as financial services supervisor and one year as a finance resource for the Nylon Industrial & Specialties business team in Wilmington, Del. In 1994, she moved to Sao Paulo, Brazil to assume the position of comptroller, DuPont South America with accounting, reporting and tax responsibilities for the region. Returning to Wilmington, Del., in 1997, she worked briefly in the Mergers & Acquisition group of Finance's Treasury Division before transferring to the Dacron® department as global finance manager. In 1998, she joined the White Pigment & Mineral Products department as director - Finance, Planning and Administration. In 1999, she moved to Geneva, Switzerland, to assume the position of regional finance director for the Europe/Middle East/Africa region with responsibility for all finance activities across the region. In 2000, she assumed additional leadership responsibility for the European Global Service organizations. Returning to the United States in 2003, she worked briefly as managing director of Corporate Plans, then was named finance director - DuPont Safety & Protection. She was named to her current position in January 2008. A native of Pittsburgh, Pa., she earned a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Washington & Jefferson College in 1980 and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business in 1982.

Jeffrey A. Coe is senior vice president - DuPont Sourcing & Logistics and chief procurement officer. He joined DuPont in 1974 in the DuPont™ Orlon® business as a shift supervisor at the textile fiber's plant in Camden, S.C. He relocated to Delaware in 1976 and then to Antioch, Calif., in 1979 where he held manufacturing and technical positions in the Titanium Dioxide business at Edge Moor and Antioch respectively. From 1982 to 1990 he worked in the sales and marketing division of Chemicals, Dyes and Pigments. During that time, Mr. Coe formed a North American Marketing team selling Cyanide products and managed the Freon® sales team in the Southeastern United States beginning in 1987. In 1990, Mr. Coe transferred to Geneva, Switzerland, as the DISA regional marketing manager for Specialty Chemicals and in 1991 became the regional business director for Nylon Intermediates in Europe. Mr. Coe returned to Delaware in 1994 and was appointed director of Marketing for Specialty Chemicals. In 1996 he became business Director, Cyanides and Diversified Businesses with responsibility for a collection of commodity and diversified businesses within Specialty Chemicals. He was named vice president and general manager, DuPont Chemicals Solution Enterprise in 1998. He was named vice president - DuPont Sourcing & Logistics and chief procurement officer in September 2003 and senior vice president in June 2008. Mr. Coe has a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from Oregon State University.

Jeffrey L. Keefer is executive vice president, Chief Financial Officer and a member of the company's Office of the Chief Executive. Mr. Keefer joined DuPont in 1976 as a financial analyst in the titanium dioxide business. After several years of supervising the business' accounting function, he accepted a field sales assignment in 1982. In 1985, he was appointed customer service manager for the unit. In 1987, Mr. Keefer was named TiO2 market manager for the paper industry, one of the three major markets served by DuPont Titanium Technologies. He assumed sales management responsibility for that segment in 1989. Four years later, Mr. Keefer was promoted to managing director of the Asia Pacific region for TiO2 and played a major role in the start-up of the SBU's new plant at Kuan Yin, Taiwan. Upon his return to the United States, Mr. Keefer was named director of new ventures in 1997. In February 1999 he was named vice president and general manager – DuPont Titanium Technologies. He was named group vice president – DuPont Performance Materials in January 2004. He assumed his current position in June 2006. Born in Fremont, Ohio, Mr. Keefer holds a bachelors degree in economics from Wooster (Ohio) College and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Business School, with a specialty in finance. He serves on the board of directors of Junior Achievement of Delaware.

Ms. Scott joined DuPont in 1984 in the DuPont Photosystems & Electronic Products division in Rochester, N.Y. From 1984-1995 she has served in numerous engineering, operations and R&D assignments in various DuPont businesses. From 1996 to 2000, she was manager for various Engineering positions. In 2001, she was named executive assistant to the chairman and CEO. In 2002 she was named director - DuPont Engineering and Research Technology and in 2004 she became director - DuPont Capital Asset Productivity. In 2006 she was named director - DuPont Leveraged Operations. Later in 2006 she became managing director, DuPont Facilities and Capital Asset Productivity. She was named vice president - DuPont Engineering in January 2008 and to her current position September 1, 2008. Ms. Scott graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. in chemical engineering in 1981. She received a master's degree in Chemical Engineering Practice from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) in 1983 and received a degree of chemical engineer in 1984, also from M.I.T.

Linda J. Fisher is vice president and chief sustainability officer. She has responsibility for advancing DuPont's progress in achieving sustainable growth; DuPont environmental and health programs; the company's product stewardship programs; and global regulatory affairs, and Government Affairs. She joined DuPont in June 2004. Prior to joining DuPont, Ms. Fisher has served in a number of key leadership positions in government and industry including: Deputy Administrator of EPA; EPA Assistant Administrator - Office of Prevention, Pesticides and Toxic Substances; EPA Assistant Administrator - Office of Policy, Planning and Evaluation; and Chief of Staff to the EPA Administrator. Fisher, an attorney, was also Vice President of Government Affairs for Monsanto and was "Of Counsel" with the law firm, Latham & Watkins. Ms. Fisher received a law degree from Ohio State University, a Master's of Business Administration from George Washington University and a B.A. from Miami University. She is a member of the DuPont Health Advisory Board, the DuPont Biotechnology Advisory Panel and serves as liaison to the Environmental Policy Committee of the DuPont Board of Directors. Ms. Fisher serves on the Board of Directors of the Environmental Law Institute, on the Board of Trustees of The National Parks Foundation, on the Board of Directors of RESOLVE, and on the Board of Directors for Resources for the Future.

P. Michael Walker is vice president and associate general counsel and chief intellectual property counsel in DuPont Legal. He began his legal career in a private law firm in Philadelphia, Pa., in 1986 and joined DuPont in October 1990. Since joining DuPont, Mr. Walker has served as patent counsel to several DuPont businesses including Fluorochemicals, Engineering Polymers and Advanced Fiber Systems. From 1997 to 2000 he worked at the DuPont European headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, where he was the intellectual property leader for Europe. He returned to the United States in September 2000 and in April 2001 was named associate general counsel - Intellectual Property. He was named chief intellectual property counsel in January 2003. He was named to his current position in July 2008. As chief intellectual property counsel, Mr. Walker has responsibility for legal policy matters related to DuPont patents, trademarks and other intellectual property. He also has responsibility for the DuPont Legal Patent and Trademark Groups, as well as the attorneys supporting the Agriculture & Nutrition business. Born in Darby, Pa., Mr. Walker received a bachelor of science degree in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University and his J.D. degree from Notre Dame Law School. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Walker serves on the board of the Intellectual Property Owners organization and the Intellectual Property Owners' Education Foundation. He is a member of the executive committee of the Association of Corporate Patent Counsel, where he currently serves as vice president. Mr. Walker is also a trustee of the American Intellectual Property Law Education Foundation, and is active in other professional organizations including the American Intellectual Property Association. Mr. Walker also is active in community affairs and is a member of the board of the Charter School of Wilmington.

Phuong Tram is vice president -- DuPont Information Technology (IT) and Chief Information Officer (CIO). He is responsible for information systems and information technology globally for DuPont. Mr. Tram leads the DuPont worldwide IT organization, focused on direct support for business units, functional units and regional operations. Mr. Tram joined DuPont in 1990 as the operations manager in Sydney, Australia. In 1994, he transferred to Singapore and became director of customer order fulfillment process - Asia Pacific. In 1996, he was appointed director of Information Technology and business improvement process - Asia Pacific. He transferred to Wilmington, Del., in 1999 as the CIO and eBusiness director for the Agriculture & Nutrition businesses. He held the CIO position for global operations, functions, Asia Pacific, and Canada and was appointed vice president, global integrated service delivery, Information Technology in December 2006. He was named to his current position in December 2007. Prior to joining DuPont, Mr. Tram worked for ICI, Australia in various plant and management positions. He has published numerous articles on process controls, plant optimization and process re-engineering. Mr. Tram graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia, with a B.E. in Chemical Engineering. While attending the university, he was awarded the Australian Dean Scholarship and the University Graduate Scholarship and was a research fellow at the university.

Richard R. Goodmanson is executive vice president and chief operating officer of DuPont. His current responsibilities include leadership of the Coatings & Color Technologies and Performance Materials platforms, and the Operations, Engineering & Facilities, Sourcing & Logistics and Information Technology functions. He also leads a major cross-company transformation productivity program. Mr. Goodmanson joined DuPont in May 1999. Prior to joining DuPont, from 1996 to 1999, Mr. Goodmanson was president and chief executive officer of America West Airlines, based in Tempe, Arizona. During his tenure at America West, the airline achieved the highest rate of growth of any hub-and-spoke major carrier in North America, won the J. D. Power award for customer service twice and achieved the highest EPS results in the company's history. From 1992 to 1996 he was senior vice president of operations for Frito-Lay, Inc. with responsibility for all operational activities (excluding sales and marketing) for the then $7 billion North American division of PepsiCo. He was a principal at McKinsey & Company, Inc. from 1980 to 1991 and led client service teams on major programs of strategy development, mergers and alliances, operational performance improvement and major change programs. Prior to McKinsey, he spent 10 years in heavy civil engineering project management, principally in Southeast Asia. This included, among others, the construction of the Hong Kong Subway System. Mr. Goodmanson serves on the board of directors of the Rio Tinto plc and Rio Tinto Ltd. Corporations, Qantas Airways Ltd., and is Past Chair of the Board of the United Way of Delaware. He has been on the Board of Economic Advisors to the Governor of Guangdong Province since 2003. Mr. Goodmanson, a U.S. citizen, was born in Australia and educated at universities in both countries. He holds degrees in civil engineering, commerce, economics and business administration.

Thomas M. Connelly, Jr. is executive vice president, chief innovation officer and a member of the company's Office of the Chief Executive. He also has responsibility for Electronic & Communication Technologies, Applied BioSciences, Nutrition & Health, Science & Technology, Marketing & Sales, and the geographic regions outside of the United States. He joined DuPont in 1977, as research engineer at the DuPont Experimental Station in Wilmington, Del. He held a number of technical leadership roles including laboratory director in the United Kingdom and Switzerland. He led a number of major DuPont businesses including Delrin® and Kevlar®. In January 1999 he was named vice president and general manager - DuPont Fluoroproducts. He was named senior vice president and Chief Science & Technology Officer in September 2001. He was named executive vice president in June 2006. He was appointed to his current position in January 2009. Dr. Connelly was born in Toledo, Ohio. He graduated with highest honors from Princeton University with degrees in chemical engineering and economics. As a Winston Churchill Scholar, he received his doctorate in chemical engineering from the University of Cambridge. He serves in advisory roles to the U.S. Government and the Republic of Singapore.

Uma Chowdhry is senior vice president and chief science and technology officer. She joined DuPont in 1977 as a research scientist in Central Research & Development at the DuPont Experimental Station in Wilmington, Del. She spent the first 11 years of her career in CR&D in various research and management roles. From 1988 to 1992 Dr. Chowdhry served as lab director and business manager in the Electronics Department before she moved to the Chemicals Sector as lab director of Jackson Lab. From 1993 to 1995, she served as R&D director for Specialty Chemicals and was appointed business director for the DuPont™ Terathane® business in 1995. In 1997, Dr. Chowdhry moved back to Specialty Chemicals as business planning and R&D director. In 1999, she was appointed director of DuPont Engineering's Technology division (DuET) and was named vice president - Central Research & Development in August 2002. In December 2004, she assumed responsibility for the company's core research programs and in June 2006, she was appointed senior vice president and Chief Technology Officer, responsible for the company’s market driven science and technology based innovations. For her contributions to the science of ceramics, Dr. Chowdhry was elected "Fellow" of the American Ceramic Society in 1989. For work ranging from catalysts to superconductors, she was elected to the National Academy of Engineering in 1996. She was elected to the American Academy of Arts and Sciences in 2003. Dr. Chowdhry currently co-chairs the Industrial Advisory Board of University of Delaware’s Engineering School, is a member of the Delaware Science and Technology Council and serves on the board of the Delaware Art Museum. In the past she has served on many advisory boards of universities, research institutes, as well as National Academy and DOE Committees. Born and raised in Mumbai, India, she came to the United States in 1968 with a B.S. in physics from Indian Institute of Science, Mumbai University, received an M.S. from Caltech in engineering science in 1970 and a Ph.D. in materials science from MIT in 1976.

Ann K. M. Gualtieri is vice president - DuPont Human Resources Transition. She joined DuPont as vice president - DuPont Investor Relations in June 2000. In June 2004 she was named vice president - DuPont Corporate Strategy, where she had responsibility for Corporate Plans and the Economists' Office. She was named vice president - DuPont Human Resources Shared Services in June 2006. In March 2008 she was named to her current position to focus efforts on completing the global human resources systems change currently under way. Prior to joining DuPont, Ms. Gualtieri was vice president of Monsanto Investor Relations, based in Skokie, Ill. She had primary responsibility for all investor relations strategy and activities relating to the G. D. Searle pharmaceutical business. During her tenure at Monsanto, she held various positions in G. D. Searle including vice president – Human Resources; general manager – Global New Businesses Franchise; and senior director – Corporate Business Development. Prior to Monsanto, Ms. Gualtieri held various positions at Abbott Laboratories which included: director – Pharmaceutical New Product Planning – responsible for strategic and commercial assessment of all pharmaceutical products for non-U.S. markets; manager, Corporate Strategic Planning, where she managed strategic issues from a corporate perspective. She also was a senior consultant at KPMG Peat Marwick. Ms. Gualtieri received an MBA in corporate strategy and finance from the University of Michigan Business School; a Ph.D. and a master's degree in in philosophy from the University of Michigan, Horace H. Rackham Graduate School; and a bachelor of science degree in philosophy from Syracuse University.

Barry J. Niziolek is vice president and controller. Mr. Niziolek joined DuPont in 1981 after working in public accounting for Peat, Marwick & Mitchell & Co. From 1981 through 1992, Mr. Niziolek served in various accounting and business analysis positions including accounting supervisor at DuPont's Washington Works Plant in Parkersburg, WV. In 1993 Mr. Niziolek was named accounting & finance manager for staff services. He was appointed finance and planning director of DuPont Titanium Technologies in 1995. In 1998, Mr. Niziolek relocated to Mexico City as finance director for DuPont's Mexican Subsidiary. Upon returning to the U.S. in 2000, Mr. Niziolek was appointed director of global finance for DuPont Crop Protection; shortly thereafter the role was expanded to include planning and new business development. In 2003 he was appointed director of Investor Relations. With the realignment of growth platforms and focus on one DuPont initiative, Mr. Niziolek assumed global finance director responsibilities for the Coatings & Color Technologies Platform in 2004. He was named Assistant Controller in late 2005. Born in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., Mr. Niziolek received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Wilkes University and received his MBA from the University of Delaware. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of both the AICPA and the Financial Executives International.

Boo Ching (BC) Chong is vice president and general manager - DuPont Automotive OEM Coatings. He joined DuPont in 1989 in Singapore as operations manager for DuPont Engineering Polymers. Since joining DuPont, Mr. Chong has held a variety of leadership positions in operations, planning, business development, sales and marketing, and business management. In his initial role, he started up the Engineering Polymers Singapore compounding plant and managed that facility. He then became the planning and business development manager for DuPont in the ASEAN region. Between 1992 and 2000 he held various Engineering Polymers account management, marketing and business management positions in Asia Pacific. From 2001 to 2003 he was global business director for Delrin® polyacetal and Asia Pacific regional director for Engineering Polymers before assuming the additional role of managing director for DuPont in Singapore. From 2004 to 2007 he was global business director - DuPont Packaging & Industrial Polymers, Ethylene Copolymers. He was named vice president and general manager - DuPont Packaging & Industrial Polymers in June 2007. He was named to his current position in July 2008. Mr. Chong graduated from the National University of Singapore with a degree in Chemical Engineering and received an MBA from the Cranfield Institute of Technology in the United Kingdom.

"Carl J. Lukach is president - DuPont East Asia and is located in Tokyo, Japan. He joined the company in Wilmington, Del., in 1980 and has held a number of finance and business positions throughout DuPont. Prior to joining DuPont, Mr. Lukach worked for Price Waterhouse (Philadelphia) from 1977 to 1980. From 1989 to 1995, Mr. Lukach was managing director-Finance, DuPont KK located in Tokyo, Japan, with responsibility for finance and strategic planning for DuPont's operations and joint ventures in Japan. In 1995, Mr. Lukach was appointed finance director, DuPont Automotive and was responsible for the financial affairs of DuPont's performance coatings business. In 1998, Mr. Lukach was appointed director, Investor Relations located at company headquarters in Wilmington, Del. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Lukach was global business director, DuPont Nonwovens located in Nashville, Tenn., with responsibility for the DuPont™ Sontara® business. In June 2004 he was named vice president – DuPont Investor Relations. He was named to his current position in September 2008. Mr. Lukach received his bachelor of science degree in Finance from Lehigh University and masters of science Degree in Taxation from Widener University."

Cynthia C. Green is vice president and general manager, DuPont Fluoroproducts. She joined DuPont in 1979 as a research and development engineer at the Memphis, Tenn., plant, followed by assignments in marketing in Wilmington, Del., from 1982 to 1987. In 1988 through 1990 she was a district sales manager in Chicago, Il. In 1990 she became assistant plant manager of a pigments plant in Wilmington, Del. Following that role, Ms. Green was one of the first three Six Sigma Champions in DuPont, and then held a variety of business management positions over the next 10 years as business manager of Specialty Materials, business manager of Fluorotelomers, then global business director of Specialty Chemicals. She joined DuPont Fluoroproducts in 2003 as global business director of Fluoropolymer Solutions. She was named to her current position in March 2006. Ms. Green obtained a bachelor of science in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University in 1979 with post graduate work in Math and Physics. She is active in several trade associations, including SPI (Society of Plastics Institute), where she is an executive board member. She is also member of SWE (Society of Women Engineers) and is active in the United Way of Delaware.

He joined Pioneer in 1974 as a corn breeder. Mr. Oestreich held positions in Information Management between 1980 and 1990. He became director of Worldwide Parent Seed in 1990. After three years in this role, Mr. Oestreich was named Supply Management director responsible for seed production operations in Latin America, Africa, Asia, Middle East, and Pacific. He was named vice president for the Africa, Middle East, Asia and Pacific business in 1999. He became vice president of global production operations in 2001 and was named vice president and business director, North America Operations in 2002. In January 2004, Mr. Oestreich became president of Pioneer. He was named to his current position in November 2007. He is a director-at-large for the American Seed Trade Association, and a director for the Chinese Cultural Center of America, and an advisor to the Iowa State University chairperson for Sustainable Agriculture. He is a member of the Iowa Business Council and serves on the executive committee of the Biosciences Alliance of Iowa, as well as the board of trustees for the Civic Center of Greater Des Moines. He received a degree in agronomy from the University of Minnesota.

Diane Gulyas is group vice president - DuPont Performance Materials. Ms. Gulyas joined DuPont in 1978 and spent her first 10 years in a variety of sales, marketing, technical and systems development positions, primarily in the DuPont Polymers business. For the next four years, she was European business manager, based in Geneva, for Engineering Polymers, and plant superintendent at the Mechelen, Belgium site. She served as executive assistant to the chairman of the board, E. S. Woolard, in 1993-1994. From 1994 to 1997, she held two positions as global business director - Nylon Fibers New Business Development and Global Zytel® Engineering Polymers. From 1997 to 2003 Ms. Gulyas was vice president and general manager for DuPont Advanced Fiber Businesses - Kevlar®, Nomex®, and Teflon® fibers at the Spruance Plant in Richmond, Va. In February 2003, she was named group vice president of the $3 billion Electronic & Communication Technologies Platform, which included the Electronics Technology business, Imaging Technology business, Fluoroproducts business and Fuel Cell and Displays ventures. In April 2004 she was named chief marketing and sales officer, where she was responsible for corporate branding and marketing communications, market research, e-business and marketing/sales capability worldwide. She was named to her current position in April 2006. Ms. Gulyas currently serves on the board of Viasystems, a privately held printed circuit board company based in St. Louis, and the strategic planning and advocacy committees of the Delaware Nature Society. and the Board of Directors for Ministry of Caring. She was formerly on the board of directors for the United Way of Richmond and the executive committee of the Virginia Business Council. She was born in Chicago, has a B.S. degree in chemical engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and completed the Advanced Management Program at Wharton in 1994.

Donald D. Wirth is vice president - Global Operations - Excellence, Center of Competency. He joined DuPont as a project manager in 1981 in Sydney, Australia. He then held plant and site manager roles in Explosives and Imaging. In 1989, he was appointed general manager - Operations for DuPont Australia In 1992 he was transferred to Singapore as operations director - Agriculture Products. In 1999 he moved to the United States as Six Sigma Champion for the Agriculture Enterprise. In 2001 he was appointed global operations director - DuPont Crop Protection. In July 2006 he was named as vice president - Operations, Agriculture & Nutrition. He was placed in his current position in July 2007 to lead implementation of the DuPont Production System. Prior to joining DuPont, Mr. Wirth worked with W.E.B Consulting from 1975-1981 as a consulting Engineer and associate. He received a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of New South Wales in 1974.

Eric G. Melin has been Executive Vice President, President Asia Pacific since January 2009. He served as Chairman of Nalco Asia, beginning in September 2008. Prior to that Mr. Melin worked for Nalco as a consultant on growth in Asia. He had been Chief Operating Officer, President and Board Member of Isola Corporation, a private-equity-owned global designer, developer and manufacturer of high-performance materials used in electronic systems. Previous to joining Isola in 2006, he worked for 24 years at DuPont, most recently as Vice President and General Manager of DuPont’s Refinish Systems, a performance coatings business with $2 billion in revenues and 5,000 employees. Prior to that role, he was the Singapore-based Global Director of a DuPont engineering polymers business and has additional experience in manufacturing, strategic planning and business operations. Mr. Melin has a B.S. in Engineering from Iowa State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toledo.

Ferdinand Bauerdick is vice president and general manager - DuPont Industrial Coatings and DuPont Performance Coatings Europe. He joined DuPont in 1974 as a process engineer for Dacron® fibers at the Uentrop plant in Germany. From 1976-'82, Mr. Bauerdick held several sales and marketing positions for Engineering Polymers in Germany. He lead the Bexloy® Venture Group from 1983-'87 for Europe and Asia. From 1988-'98 he held various European leadership positions in Engineering Polymers, P&IP, and Nylon Fibers. In 1998 he relocated to Wilmington, Del., and was named global business director - Engineering Polymers. He served on JV Boards in France, Germany, Turkey, Japan and China. He was named to his current position in April 2006. Born in Arnsberg, Germany, Mr. Bauerdick graduated from RWTH Aachen with a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Polymer Science.

G. Emmett Lynskey is vice president of operations for DuPont Safety & Protection. He joined DuPont in 1969 in the Industrial Chemicals business as a shift engineer at the Memphis, Tenn., plant. From 1970 to 1985, he held a variety of supervisory positions in operations, technical and business management across the United States. In 1986, he was appointed business manager for Global Minerals in the White Pigments and Mineral Products (WP&MP) business and in 1990, director of manufacturing for WP&MP. Mr. Lynskey was appointed director of corporate engineering operations and construction in 1993 and four years later, global operations director for the Specialty Chemicals business. In 2004, he became director of global operations for the DuPont Safety & Protection platform. He was appointed to his current position on December 1, 2006. Mr. Lynskey was born in Chattanooga, Tenn., and has a master of science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Tennessee.

Gary W. Spitzer is vice president and general manager - DuPont Chemical Solutions Enterprise. He began his career at DuPont in 1979 at the Grasselli site in Linden, N.J., in a series of technical and operations assignments. From 1982 - 1991, he worked in a series of technical service, sales, marketing and new business development roles in a variety of industrial and specialty businesses. In 1992, he transferred to Augsburg, Germany, to lead a global alliance with Ciba in the area of textile repellants. In 1995, he transferred to Hong Kong as regional marketing director for specialty chemicals and director - China Initiatives. In 1997, he returned to the United States and assumed global responsibility for the cyanides business. In February 2001, he assumed leadership for the soy polymer business in DuPont Protein Technologies. He was named global business director - specialty and performance businesses in February 2003. He was named to his current position in February 2007. Gary holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan.

Hinton J. Lucas, Jr. is vice president and assistant general counsel for DuPont. Mr. Lucas has been with DuPont for over 30 years in a number of different areas of responsibility, including Legal, Operations, Technical Marketing, Marketing, Government Affairs and as director of Personnel and Labor Relations in Human Resources. As a member of DuPont Legal for over 25 years, Mr. Lucas, in his current position, is responsible for all legal aspects for DuPont in the areas of labor, employment, benefits and immigration, including corresponding litigation. In addition, as chief administration counsel, he is responsible for DuPont Legal’s organizations focused on information technology, administrative and litigation services and finance/budgeting. He was named to his current position in July 2008. Mr. Lucas has a long and distinguished record of community and external service. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Blood Bank of Delmarva, the Board of Managers for The Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children, and the Minority Corporate Counsel Association. He also is an active member of the General Counsel Roundtable, the National Bar Association and the American Corporate Counsel Association. As a member of the American Bar Association, he is a member of the Labor and Employment Section, and the Commission on Racial and Ethnic Diversity in the Profession. He is management champion for DuPont Legal's Pro-Bono program which includes Delaware agencies and Delaware Court interactions. He also is the sponsor of the DuPont Pipeline Project, a program that develops skills and interest in middle and high school students from the Wilmington, Del., area and is a management champion for the DuPont Street Law Program. Mr. Lucas has been a repeat guest speaker on the national front in the areas of labor and employment law issues, as well as corporate legal department management and cost. On the topic and related issues of diversity in the legal profession, he has been a speaker, presenter and change agent on the national front. He is a graduate of Hampton Institute (University). He received a masters in business from Central Michigan University and a J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law.

J. Erik Fyrwald joined Nalco as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer in February 2008. From 2003 to 2008 Mr. Fyrwald served as Group Vice President of the Agriculture and Nutrition division at DuPont. From 2000 until 2003 he was Vice President and General Manager of DuPont’s Nutrition and Health business. In 1999, Mr. Fyrwald was Vice President for Corporate Strategic Planning and Business Development. Mr. Fyrwald attended the University of Delaware, where he received a B.S. degree in chemical engineering in 1981. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. In addition to serving as Chairman of Nalco’s Board of Directors, Mr. Fyrwald serves as a Director of Eli Lilly and Company, the Society of Chemical Industry and the American Chemistry Council.

James C. Borel is group vice president and a member of the company's Office of the Chief Executive. He also has responsibilities for DuPont production agriculture businesses – DuPont Crop Protection and Pioneer Hi-Bred. Mr. Borel joined DuPont in 1978 in Findlay, Ohio, as a sales representative. From 1981 to 1987, he held a variety of product and sales management positions in Agricultural Products in Wilmington, Del., and the United Kingdom. In 1987, he was appointed manager, Agricultural Products Canada in Toronto, Ontario. In 1989, he became general superintendent, responsible for agricultural products operations at the Belle, W. Va., site. Two years later, he became manager, Human Resources for Agricultural Products. In 1993, Mr. Borel transferred to Tokyo, Japan, with Agricultural Products as regional manager, North Asia, and the next year he was appointed regional director, Asia Pacific. Mr. Borel returned to Wilmington, Del., as business director, North American Crop Protection in January 1997. He was appointed vice president and general manager of DuPont Crop Protection later that year. He was appointed senior vice president - DuPont Human Resources in January 2004. He was named to his current position on Feb. 27, 2008. Mr. Borel is chair of the National 4H Council's Board of Trustees. He also serves on the Board of CropLife International; Board of Delaware Community Foundation; and Board of Trustees, University of Delaware. Mr. Borel graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in agricultural business.

James C. Collins, Jr. is vice president and general manager - DuPont Crop Protection. He began his career in 1984 in DuPont Manufacturing. He had various assignments at the Memphis, Savannah River, Charlotte, and Mobile plants in engineering, supervision, and business management. In 1993, Mr. Collins moved to Wilmington, Del., working in the Ag Sales & Marketing Group as a product manager, a distribution project leader, and as the farmer offering manager. In 1997, he moved to Belle, W.Va., where he served as site manager for the Crop Protection Products production facilities. In 1999, he moved to St. Louis where he was involved in the DuPont acquisition of Protein Technologies International (PTI) and Pioneer Hi-Bred International. He held positions as director, identity preservation programs and director, Meat/Food - Industry Management. He returned to Crop Protection as director - Specialty Grains Programs where he worked for the overall Ag Enterprise responsible for Identity Preserved Grain projects and helping to develop future value added grain contracting. Mr. Collins transferred to Hong Kong as the regional business director - Asia Pacific for DuPont Crop Protection and Pioneer and brought all of the elements of the seed and Crop Protection businesses together to support production agriculture in the Asia Pacific Region. He was named global sales director for Crop Protection in November 2002. He was named to his current position in January 2004. He serves on CropLife International's Crop Protection Strategy Council. Mr. Collins studied at Christian Brothers College in Memphis, Tenn., and received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering. He also received his MBA from the University of Delaware in Marketing with a focus on International Business.

James C. Romine is vice president - Regulatory and Product Stewardship. He joined DuPont in 1980 in Richmond, Va., as a research chemist. For eight years, he held a variety of research and development positions in Richmond and Wilmington, Del. In 1988, he was appointed technical manager - Textile Nylon in Seaford, Del. In 1993, he returned to Wilmington to assume the role of research manager in Central Research & Development. Two years later, he became new product development manager for the Lycra® business. In 1999, Mr. Romine rejoined Central Research & Development in Wilmington as director of Information Sciences, Scientific Computing and Research Operations. During the same time, he also served as director of R&D strategy. In 2001, he was appointed director of the Materials Science and Engineering Division of Central Research and Development. In 2004, he joined Corporate Plans in the company's headquarters, becoming managing director of Corporate Plans in 2006. He was named to his current position in August 2008. He received a B.S. in chemistry from the University of Missouri-Rolla in 1974 and a PhD. in organic chemistry from the University of Michigan in 1980.

Janet H. Waters is vice president - Operations, DuPont Electronic & Communication Technologies. She joined DuPont in 1976 as a chemist at the Glasgow site. Ms. Waters has held a variety of positions in manufacturing, business, technology and human resources. Seventy percent of her career has been spent leading manufacturing operations, including three plant manager assignments at Glasgow (Del.), Newtown (Conn.), and Fayetteville (N.C.). Following the Fayetteville assignment, she became global operations director for DuPont Fluoroproducts. In January 2004, Ms. Waters was named operations group leader for DuPont Electronic & Communication Technologies. She was appointed to her current position on Dec. 1, 2006. Ms. Waters was born in New Jersey. She is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in chemistry. She also holds a degree in biochemistry from Duke University.

Dr. Bedbrook is vice president of Research and Development -- DuPont Agriculture & Nutrition. His current focus is “putting science to work” in the Agriculture & Nutrition context by assisting research leadership to: Be the leaders in seed: biotechnology and germplasm Deliver the pipeline Develop game changing chemistry, pest management solutions Be leaders in integrated science across the value chain Dr. Bedbrook joined DuPont in July 2004 through the acquisition of Verdia Inc. by Pioneer. He had served as president and chief executive officer of Verdia, a wholly owned subsidiary of Maxygen Inc. since its formation in March 2002. Dr. Bedbrook formerly served as president of Maxygen’s agricultural business since November 1999. Prior to joining Maxygen, Dr. Bedbrook was the chief executive officer of Plant Science Ventures, a private equity fund, and chief technology officer of Savia from 1997-1999. Dr. Bedbrook also served as co-president of DNA Plant Technologies Inc., executive vice president for Research and Development at DNA Plant Technology Corp., as well as founder and vice president of Research at Advanced Genetic Sciences Inc. Dr. Bedbrook currently serves as a director for Plant Biosciences Limited and on the Advisory Board for the College of Natural Resources at UC Berkeley. Dr. Bedbrook has formerly served on the Board of Advanced Genetic Sciences Inc., Mendel Biotechnologies Inc. and on the Scientific Board of Plant Genetic Systems BV. Dr. Bedbrook received his Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the University of Auckland New Zealand. He was a Fulbright Scholar to Harvard Medical School and held a Jane Coffin Childs Fellowship to Harvard University. He was also a Cabot Fellow at Harvard University and an EMBO Fellow to the Plant Breeding Institute in Cambridge, England. Dr. Bedbrook has published over 100 scientific papers and authored multiple issued U.S. patents.

John G. McCool is vice president and general manager - DuPont Refinish Systems. He joined DuPont in 1976 as an accountant and business analyst in Wilmington, Del. From 1980 to 1991 he held a variety of manufacturing assignments in the Textile Fibers Department. In 1991 he was named manufacturing superintendent for DuPont™ Cronar® films in Brevard, N.C. He then became global business manager in 1993 for the same business. In 1997 he was named director for DuPont Power in Wilmington, Del., with overall responsibility for developing corporate energy strategy. From 2000 to 2002 he served as Six Sigma Champion for Global Sourcing and Logistics. In 2002 Mr. McCool became global business director for the DuPont Fluorochemicals business. He was named to his current position in May 2006. He earned a bachelor of science degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware in 1975. In 1984, he earned a master of business administration from the Wilmington College.

John H. Little is vice president of Operations - DuPont Performance Materials. He joined DuPont in 1972 as a first line supervisor at Cape Fear in Wilmington, N.C. From 1972 to 1992, he held a variety of supervisory and management positions in operations across the United States and in Corporate Engineering in Wilmington, Del. In 1992, he was appointed production superintendent, Nonwovens, in Richmond, Va. In 1996, he became the plant manager of Washington Works in Parkersburg, W.Va.. Four years later, he became the Operations and Engineering director for Nonwovens in Wilmington, Del. Mr. Little was appointed director- Strategic Sourcing in 2003. In early 2006, he was appointed director- DuPont Capital Asset Productivity. He was appointed to his current position on Dec. 1, 2006. Mr. Little is a registered professional engineer and a member of AICHE. He was born in Houston, Texas, and holds a bachelor of science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston.

John P. Ranieri is vice president and general manager – DuPont BioMaterials Group. He is responsible for the development of a broad portfolio of renewably sourced products including a portfolio of biomaterials ranging from renewable polymers to new innovations in peptides and Omega-3 fatty acids as well as innovations for the medical space. Mr. Ranieri oversees the DuPont™ Sorona®, Cerenol™, Crystar®, BioSpecialties and BioMedical businesses. He joined DuPont in 2002 as vice president and general manager - DuPont Bio-Based Materials, which originally included only the Sorona® business. During his leadership, the Bio-Based Materials business grew to include a full range of renewably sourced product offerings, including the creation of the DuPont BioFuels business. In March 2006 he was named vice president and general manager - DuPont Applied BioSciences - Energy & Specialties with responsibility for the BioFuels and Specialties businesses. He was named to his current position in October 2008. Prior to joining DuPont, he was vice president and managing director of the cardiovascular and biomaterials divisions at Aortech International. He was previously vice president of Sulzer Biologics and corporate director responsible for the start-up, design and management of the therapeutics portfolio for Sulzer Innotec. Mr. Ranieri received a Ph.D. in medical science and a master's degree in materials engineering as a Miciolli fellow from Brown University and was an assistant doctorant at the division of surgical research and gene therapy at Lausanne University Medical School. He completed the advanced management program at the Wharton Business School where he was a visiting fellow at their school of management and entrepreneurial studies.

John Pierce is vice president for DuPont Applied BioSciences - Technology, with responsibility for DuPont's biotechnology research and development efforts in the production of fuels, chemicals, and materials. Dr. Pierce began his career at DuPont in 1982 as a research scientist in Central Research & Development (CR&D). He moved to Agricultural Products in 1988 and held research management positions in agricultural biotechnology and subsequently in crop protection chemical discovery. In 1994 he became director of Chemical and Biological Sciences in CR&D, where DuPont's current focus on industrial biotechnology began to take shape. From 1996-1998, Dr. Pierce was planning manager for Agricultural Products' Europe, Middle East, and Africa in Paris, France. Upon returning to Wilmington, he worked to integrate the agricultural biotechnology research efforts of DuPont and its subsidiary Pioneer Hi-Bred International. He first served as director of Genetic Resources and subsequently as director of Strategic Resources and Planning for DuPont Crop Genetics Research. In 2001, Dr. Pierce returned to CR&D as director of Biochemical Sciences and Engineering and was named to his current position in June 2006. Dr. Pierce has been intimately involved in the evolution of DuPont's positions with respect to commercialization and acceptance of biotechnology products. He is a founding board member of the Society of Biological Engineering and currently serves as a member of the U.S. Department of Energy's Biological and Environmental Research Advisory Committee. He is committed to the development of future scientists, and serves on the Board of the Charter School of Wilmington. Prior to joining DuPont, Dr. Pierce held postdoctoral positions at Cornell University and the University of Wisconsin. He holds a bachelor of science degree in biochemistry from Penn State and a PhD degree in biochemistry from Michigan State University.

K. Peter Hurd is vice president, operations -- DuPont Coatings & Color Technologies. He joined DuPont in 1988 in Canada. Prior to joining DuPont, Mr. Hurd worked for a major North American Electrical Utility for over a decade, primarily in the field of Human Resources. Mr. Hurd has worked in a number of DuPont plants both in Canada and the United States. From 1992-1994 he was plant manager of the Ajax Ontario Canada Automotive Plant. From 1995 to 1998 he was plant manager for the Mt. Clemens, Mich., Automotive Paint Plant. In 1998 he returned to Canada as vice president of Human Resources. In 1999 he was relocated to Wuppertal, Germany, where he assumed the role of Operations director for Europe and Asia and lead the Operations integration for the Herberts Acquisition. In 2004 he returned to the United States as director of Global Operations for the DuPont Coatings & Color Technologies platform. Mr. Hurd was born in Ottawa, Canada, and has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Carleton University and a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Toronto.

Karen A. Fletcher is vice president -- DuPont Investor Relations. She joined DuPont in 1982 in Parkersburg, W.Va., as an engineer in Teflon® research and development. From 1982-1990, she served in research and development, Operations and technical service assignments in various DuPont businesses. In 1990, she was appointed research manager in Central Research & Development. In 1994, she transferred to the Lycra® business and held positions in technical marketing, product management and global sales. In 1999, she transferred to the Nonwovens business as technology director; and in 2001 she was appointed global business manager for Tyvek® envelopes and graphics. In 2004, she transferred to DuPont Titanium Technologies and was appointed global marketing director and Six Sigma champion. Ms. Fletcher was appointed director of Investor Relations in February 2007. She was named to her current position in September 2008. Born in Philadelphia, Ms. Fletcher graduated from the University of Delaware with a master's degree in chemical engineering.

Keith J. Smith is vice president and general manager, DuPont Engineering Polymers. Mr. Smith joined DuPont in 1980 as a field engineer at the company's titanium dioxide (TiO2) plant in Edge Moor, Del. He subsequently held several research supervisory positions at the Chambers Works in Deepwater, N.J., including leader of the aramids intermediates R&D group and the pilot plant engineering staff at the site's Jackson Laboratory that commercialized NuStar® fungicide and Teflon® AF. Mr. Smith also led the TiO2 research group that developed many of the processes used today to cost effectively manage the co-products from the production of TiO2. In 1989, Mr. Smith transferred to San Francisco to sell TiO2 to the paint and coatings market, followed by an assignment in development selling for specialty and industrial chemicals. He also managed the Western Region distributor network. In 1992, Mr. Smith became business manager of the methylamines, nitric acid, and formaldehyde businesses. In 1994, he was assigned to Corporate Plans as a strategy consultant, working with Engineering Polymers, Nylon and Lycra®. In 1995, he was named manager of the aramids intermediates business; in 1997 he became global business director for specialty and performance chemicals in the DuPont Chemical Solutions Enterprise (DCSE). In 2000, he was named Six Sigma Champion for DCSE. In 2001, Mr. Smith joined DuPont Engineering Polymers as global business director – polyesters and transferred to Geneva, Switzerland. In 2003 he was named global director of marketing, sales and development. He was appointed vice president and general manager – DuPont Engineering Polymers in August 2005. Mr. Smith received bachelor of science and masters degrees in chemical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Lewis E. Manring is vice president, technology -- DuPont Coatings & Color Technologies. He oversees research and development globally for the business segment which includes DuPont Titanium Technologies and DuPont Performance Coatings. Mr. Manring joined DuPont in 1984 as a research scientist at the Experimental Station, the company's global R&D headquarters in Wilmington, Del. He spent the first eight years of his DuPont career in research and research management with the company's Central Research & Development (CR&D) organization. From 1992 to 1997, he worked in research and product management for the DuPont™ Zytel® nylon resins businesses in Parkersburg, W.Va. He then returned to CR&D as a research programs manager. In 2000, he was named global technology director for DuPont Nonwovens. He was appointed global technology director for the Coatings & Color Technologies segment in 2006 and assumed his current position in May 2008. Mr. Manring received a bachelor of science degree in chemistry from Santa Clara University, a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from UCLA, and did post-doctoral research at Harvard before joining DuPont.

Linda B. West is vice president and general manager - DuPont Imaging Technologies. She joined the company as an internal auditor in 1981. From 1981 to 1987, Ms. West held a succession of internal audit and financial analyst positions at various manufacturing and corporate locations. She was appointed financial manager for the former Medical, Imaging, and Electronics sector in 1992. In 1993, Ms. West was transferred to the former Industrial Imaging Business and was appointed business manager responsible for silver halide film, coated papers, and ultrasonic equipment. Ms. West transferred to Geneva in 1995 and was appointed European strategic planning manager, DuPont Nylon. Upon her return to the United States in 1996, she was appointed manager, Finance and Support Services, DuPont Polymers and Electronic Materials located in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. From 1998 through mid-2003, Ms. West held several business leadership and Finance function roles. During this period, she was business director, DuPont Microcircuit Materials; finance director, DuPont Nylon; finance director, DuPont Apparel & Textile Science; and planning director, DuPont Safety & Protection platform. She was the business director, DuPont Personal Protection responsible for Kevlar®, Nomex®, Tyvek®, and Tychem® in worker-protection markets and applications. In September 2003, Ms. West was appointed vice president and general auditor, and in February 2006, the responsibility of chief ethics and compliance officer was added to her responsibilities. She was named to her current position in January 2008. Ms. West holds a bachelor of science degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware. Currently she serves as the treasurer on the Board of the YMCA of Delaware.

Maritza Poza-Grise is vice president of DuPont Human Resources. She joined DuPont in 1980 in Wilmington, Del., as an engineer at the Edgemoor site in Wilmington, Del. From 1980 to 1991, she held a variety of technical and business roles in the White Pigments, Fluoroproducts and Industrial Chemicals businesses in Wilmington. In 1991, she transferred to Corpus Christi, Texas, as a manufacturing unit manager in the Fluoroproducts business, and in 1995, transferred to the Chambers Works plant as operations manager, Specialty Chemicals. In December 1997 she was appointed business and operations manager for the Aramids Intermediates business. She was appointed director, Human Resources, DuPont Chemical Solutions Enterprise in February 1999, and assumed the role of SBU Six Sigma Champion in October 2001. In April 2002, she was appointed project director - Human Resources Transformation, and in 2003, human resources director - Nonwovens. She was then named Human Resources director, Global Operations in 2004. She was named to her current position in February 2008. Born in Havana, Cuba and raised in Miami, Fla., Ms. Poza-Grise graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Chemical Engineering.

Mark P. Vergnano is group vice president - DuPont Safety & Protection. He joined DuPont in 1980 as a process engineer in the former Fibers Department in Richmond, Va. He held a variety of manufacturing and technical assignments in Kevlar® and Tyvek®. In 1985 Mr. Vergnano relocated to Wilmington, Del., where he had several assignments in marketing and business strategy, all within the Tyvek® business. In 1991, he relocated to Geneva, Switzerland, as marketing manager for Typar® carpet backings. In 1993 Mr. Vergnano was appointed European regional business manager, DuPont Nonwovens, where he was responsible for all business activities for the Tyvek®, Typar® and Sontara®; businesses. In 1996, Mr. Vergnano relocated to Richmond, Va., where he assumed the role of global business manager for the Teflon® fiber business. Mr. Vergnano became global business director for the Nomex® business in October 1998 and then was appointed global business director for Tyvek®/Typar® in March 2001, relocating to the Wilmington, Del., area. He was named vice president and general manager - Nonwovens in February 2003 and vice president and general manager - Surfaces and Building Innovations in October 2005. He was named to his current position in June 2006. Born in Hartford, Conn., Mr. Vergnano received his bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Connecticut and master's degree in business administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. Mr. Vergnano is a member of the University of Connecticut School of Engineering Academy of Distinguished Engineers and Hall of Fame, serves on the board of directors for the Delaware Council for Economic Education, the board of directors for the National Safety Council and on the advisory board for the University of Connecticut School of Engineering.

Ms. Rees has functional responsibility for the commercial, environment/real estate, corporate/securities, and mergers and acquisitions legal practices for DuPont. She also serves as Chief Anti-Trust Counsel and Chief Environmental Counsel. She joined DuPont in 1973 as a research engineer at the Experimental Station in Wilmington, Del., and then transitioned to a career in DuPont Legal. Her experience in DuPont Legal includes assignments as a commercial attorney representing the pharmaceuticals and agricultural products businesses, as a corporate and securities lawyer, and as a federal lobbyist. She was named associate general counsel in 1998 and was appointed to her current position in October 2006. Ms. Rees is a graduate of Purdue University with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering. She received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. She was admitted to the District of Columbia Bar in 1984.

Nicholas C. Fanandakis is group vice president - DuPont Applied BioSciences. He joined DuPont in 1979 as an accounting and business analyst in the Petrochemicals Department in Wilm., Del. Over the next several years, Mr. Fanandakis served in a variety of plant, marketing, and product management positions within Petrochemicals, Chemicals and Pigments, and Specialty Chemicals. He also spent about six years in the Fluorochemicals business. In 1993, he was appointed regional manager in Specialty Chemicals. In 1995, he was appointed business manager - Safety and Environmental Management Services. In January 1997, he was appointed to the position of global business and operations manager - Peroxygens. In October 1999, Mr. Fanandakis was appointed to the position of business director - Industrials, with responsibility for the Industrial Solutions market space, which includes Acrylonitrile, Anchorage Systems, Aniline, Aramid Intermediates, Cyanides, Dimethyl Sulfate, Methylamines, Reactive Metals, Refinery, and Secure Environmental Treatment, and DuPont™ Vazo® Free Radical Initiators. He was named vice president and general manager - DuPont Chemical Solutions Enterprise. He was named vice president - DuPont Planning to his current position in February 2007. He was named to his current position in January 2008. Mr. Fanandakis was born in Boston, Mass. He obtained BA Accounting and MBA Business Administration degrees from Northeastern University (1979) and Grand Valley State College (1984), respectively.

Richard C. Olson is vice president and general manager of DuPont Titanium Technologies. Mr. Olson joined DuPont as a process engineer in 1978. He has served in a broad range of business, marketing and manufacturing management assignments. Mr. Olson lived in Taipei, Taiwan, from 1996 to 1999, serving first as president, DuPont Taiwan, and subsequently as managing director, TiO2 – Asia Pacific. From 1999 to early 2001, he served as director – eVentures with responsibility to design, form and manage numerous equity investments in electronic commerce marketplaces for DuPont. In May 2001 he was named vice president of eBusiness. He was named vice president and general manager – DuPont Surfaces in March 2003, responsible for the DuPont™ Corian® and Zodiaq® businesses. He was named to his present position in October 2005. Mr. Olson was born and raised in Rochester, N.Y. He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1978 with a degree in chemical engineering, and completed the Sloan Fellowship at the Sloan Management School, receiving a master's degree in 1993.

Robert E. Giblin is vice president – DuPont Tax and Business Finance. He joined the company in 1976 at its Wilmington, Del., headquarters as an international business analyst. From 1976 to 1981, Mr. Giblin held a number of analysis positions in the Foreign and Banking and Tax Divisions. He was appointed manager – Special Studies (in the Mergers and Acquisitions area) in 1981 and became manager – International Tax in 1984. In 1986 he was transferred to Nieuweigen, The Netherlands, as treasurer of Philips and DuPont Optical – a 50/50 joint venture between DuPont and NV Philips. He returned to Wilmington in 1989 and served as director, Finance and Strategic Planning for the Diagnostic Imaging and Biotechnology Divisions until 1992. In 1992, Mr. Giblin became global business director of DuPont Howson, a wholly owned subsidiary of DuPont that manufactured and sold printing plates and related systems. He became global director of Finance and Strategic Planning in the Printing and Publishing Division in 1994 and for DuPont Automotive in 1998. He was on the negotiating and integration teams for the Herberts acquisition and in 1999 was appointed global director of Finance and Strategic Planning for Performance Coatings. Mr. Giblin held this position until February 2004, when was named vice president – DuPont Business Finance. He was named to his current position September 2008. He was born in Chicago, Ill., and received a bachelors of science degree in Finance (1974) and MBA in Accounting (1976) from Indiana University. He is on the Board of Directors of A Door of Hope Pregnancy Resource Health Clinic.

Susan M. Stalnecker is vice president – Finance - Treasurer. She joined DuPont in 1976 as a financial analyst in the treasury division of Finance. From 1980 to 1984 she held various positions in the treasury division of Finance. From 1980 to 1981, she was supervisor, special studies; from 1981 to 1982 she was manager, cash operations; from 1982 to 1984 she was manager, financing plans; and from 1984 to 1987 she was manager, investment studies. She was transferred to London in 1987 as director and Treasurer of Conoco (U.K.) Ltd. In 1990, she returned to Wilmington and was appointed chief financial officer, Agricultural Products. In 1994, she was appointed chief financial officer, Nylon North America. In 1995, she was appointed chief financial officer, DuPont Nylon, Global & North America. She was named assistant treasurer in 1997 and was appointed vice president – Finance and Treasurer in 1998. She was named vice president – Government and Consumer Markets – DuPont Safety & Protection in January 2003. From June 2005 to September 2006 she was vice president - Risk Management. She was named to her current position in September 2006. Mrs. Stalnecker is a member of the Board of Trustees of Duke University, is chair of the Audit Committee and vice chair of the Business and Finance Committees. She was born in Roslyn, NY, and graduated from Duke University in 1973. In 1976, she received her MBA from the Wharton School of Graduate Business, University of Pennsylvania.

Thomas F. Schuler is vice president and general manager - DuPont Building Innovations. Mr. Schuler began work with DuPont in 1985 in Aiken, S.C. Over the next several years he held various assignments in engineering, production, marketing and product line management in South Carolina, Virginia, Switzerland and Delaware. In 1999, Mr. Schuler transferred to Nashville, Tenn., where he was appointed business strategist and financial manager for Sontara®. Mr. Schuler returned to Wilmington, Del., as the global business manager for Tyvek® Construction in 2001. In 2003, Mr. Schuler was appointed global business director for the Tyvek®/Typar® business. He was appointed to the dual role of North American business director - DuPont Surfaces & Building Innovations, and global marketing director - Building Innovations in 2005. He was appointed to his current role in June 2007. Mr. Schuler is a native of Virginia and a graduate of the University of Virginia with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Thomas L. Sager is senior vice president and general counsel, DuPont Legal. He started his career with DuPont in August 1976 as an attorney in the labor and securities group. Mr. Sager helped pioneer the DuPont Convergence and Law Firm Partnering Program and continues to have oversight responsibility. Through his leadership, this program has become a benchmark in the industry and has received national acclaim for its innovative approach to the business of practicing law. He was named associate general counsel in 1994. In January 1998 he was named chief litigation counsel where his responsibilities included oversight of all litigation and IS support for the entire function. He was named vice president and assistant general counsel in November 1999, and to his current position in July 2008. Born May 25, 1950, in Winchester, Mass., he received his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1976. Mr. Sager is chairman of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association, a group that advocates for the expanded hiring, retention and promotion of minority attorneys in corporate law departments and the law firms they serve. In addition, he serves as a board member for the CPR International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution; Appleseed; Delaware Law Related Education Center; and the Atlantic Legal Foundation. He is also a member of the CPR National Task Force on Diversity in ADR; the ABA Diversity Center; the Board of Overseers at Widener University School of Law; Law Board of Visitors at Wake Forest University School of Law; and the NALP Foundation for Law Career Research and Education Board of Trustees. He is the Editor-in-Chief of "The DuPont Legal Model…A New Era", c. 1996, revised edition, 1997, Editor-in-Chief of "Leaps and Bounds: Moving Ahead with the DuPont Legal Model", and Editor-in-Chief of the latest treatise on the principles and initiatives of the DuPont Legal Model, The Competitive Edge…The Growing Power of the DuPont Legal Model, c. 2005. Mr. Sager is the author of numerous articles. In January 2005, Mr. Sager was the Distinguished Lecturer for the Corporate Counsel Technology Institute, at the Inaugural Annual Technology Lecture Series, held at Widener University School of Law.

William F. Weber is vice president and general manager - DuPont Packaging & Industrial Polymers. He joined DuPont in 1981 and spent the first nine years of his career in a variety of marketing, technical service and operations positions in DuPont's membrane separations businesses. Over the next 17 years, he worked in several of DuPont's chemicals and polymers businesses in leadership positions in global management, marketing and operations, including assignments in Delaware, West Virginia and Australia. He was named to his current position in July 2008 Most of Mr. Weber's career has been in specialty products businesses -- ranging from reverse osmosis permeators, to industrial diamonds, to performance lubricants and lo-friction polymeric parts, to fluorinated surface treatments, to packaged disinfectants, to packaging polymers. He has led a wide variety of businesses in various stages of their life cycle. Mr. Weber graduated with a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in 1981.

William J. Harvey is vice president - DuPont Corporate Plans. He initially joined DuPont in 1977 in the former Polymers Department as a product specialist in Wilmington, Del. After a series of product management and product development assignments, Mr. Harvey relocated to Chicago, Ill., as a marketing representative in Packaging. In 1982, he returned to Delaware where he assumed a series of management positions in Supply Chain, and Fluoropolymer and Packaging Marketing. In 1988, he became the manager of DuPont Technical Services Laboratories at Chestnut Run in Wilmington, Del. Mr. Harvey became business manager for DuPont Elastomers - Neoprene, Nordel® and Hypalon® in 1990. Mr. Harvey left DuPont in 1992 to become general manager of the Peroxygen Chemical Division of FMC Corporation located in Philadelphia, Pa. He rejoined DuPont in 1996 and was appointed global business director for DuPont Packaging & Industrial Polymers. In 1999, Mr. Harvey assumed the role of global business director - Kevlar® at the Spruance plant in Richmond, Va. In February 2002, he was appointed vice president and general manager of the DuPont Advanced Fiber businesses - Kevlar® and Nomex® fibers, also at Spruance. In November 2002, Mr. Harvey assumed the additional responsibility for DuPont Personal Protection, a new market-facing business focused on growing DuPont's position in worker protection. He was named vice president - DuPont Corporate Operations in June 2007. He was named to his current position in January 2008. Mr. Harvey is a Trustee of the Darden Graduate Business School at the University of Virginia and is a Governor of the St. Catherine's School in Richmond, Va. Mr. Harvey is a native of Portsmouth, Va. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. In addition, Mr. Harvey has completed several executive management programs at the Harvard Business School.

Willie C. Martin is vice president - Operations - North America. He joined DuPont in 1981 and has held various manufacturing and business planning assignments in Martinsville, Va.; Charleston, S.C.; Kinston, N.C. and Wilmington, Del., including plant manager at the Cooper River Plant in Charleston, S.C. In 1995, he became the director of North American Operations for Dacron® polyester and general plant manager, Kinston. In 1996, he assumed the position of global operations director – Dacron®. He was responsible for DuPont™ Dacron® worldwide operations and Dacron® engineering activities. Dacron® North American manufacturing sites included Charleston, S.C.; Wilmington, N.C. and Kinston, N.C. In addition, he oversaw Dacron® operations in Mexico, Europe and China. In March of 1998, Mr. Martin joined DuPont Polyester Resins & Intermediates as vice president, Operations and Human Resources. In this role, he oversees global operations including Nashville, Tenn.; Fayetteville, N.C.; Teeside, England; and Kuan Yin, Taiwan. He is also a member of the DuPont Operations Network and DuPont Black Men's Leadership Forum. In June of 2000, Mr. Martin assumed the role of president – U.S. Region. This role is focused on U.S. policy development, specifically in the area of Human Resources, infrastructure and cost optimization. This role is in addition to and concurrent with his role as vice president, Operations and Human Resources for Polyester Resins & Intermediates. In September of 2002, in addition to his role as president – U. S. Region, Mr. Martin assumed responsibility for Diversity & WorkLife and Human Resources Development for Operations. He was appointed to his current position in 2006. He is a Martinsville, Va., native, received a bachelor of science degree in 1971 in marketing and business administration from Johnson C. Smith University of Charlotte, N.C., and a master's degree from the University of Virginia in 1975. In 1989, he also received a certificate from the University of North Carolina's Young Executive Business Institute, Kenan-Flagner School of Business. After graduating from Johnson C. Smith University, Mr. Martin was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons in 1971. He has also worked as a principal and football coach at Laurel Park High School in Martinsville, Va., and spent two years as an operations manager with American Furniture Company in Martinsville. Mr. Martin enjoys all sports. He is a member of the Martinsville Men's Round Table, the Kappa Alpha PSI Fraternity. He currently serves on the Johnson C. Smith University Board of Trustees, the Christiana Hospital Board of Trustees and the NACME Board of Directors. In March of 1997, Willie was inducted into the East Carolina University Honorary Alumni Class of 1997. He was a former member of the School of Engineering's Advisory Board at NCA&T University and the East Carolina University Board of Trustees. He is an active member in the Wilmington, Del., community, including the Mentoring Program at Ferris School.

"Hutch Ranck, managing director of DuPont Australia and New Zealand and group managing director, DuPont ASEAN, is an Australian citizen, although born and educated in the United States. He joined DuPont in 1979. He held management positions in Financial Planning and several key businesses before transferring to head office in Wilmington, Del., in 1985 to become international product manager for White Pigments & Mineral Products (WPMP). Two years later, he became director WPMP for Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong. He returned to Australia in 1993 to take up director roles with Polymers, Fluoro Products, Information Systems, Crop Protection Chemicals, Engineering Polymers and Packaging and Industrial Polymers, before being appointed Managing Director. His external appointments include chair of the Business Council of Australia Education, Skills and Innovation Task Force, a member of the BCA Board as well as the Business Council of Australia representative to the Prime Minister's Science, Engineering and Innovation Council, PMSEIC. Hutch Ranck, managing director of DuPont Australia and New Zealand and group managing director, DuPont ASEAN, is an Australian citizen, although born and educated in the United States. He joined DuPont in 1979. He held management positions in Financial Planning and several key businesses before transferring to head office in Wilmington, Del., in 1985 to become international product manager for White Pigments & Mineral Products (WPMP). Two years later, he became director WPMP for Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong. He returned to Australia in 1993 to take up director roles with Polymers, Fluoro Products, Information Systems, Crop Protection Chemicals, Engineering Polymers and Packaging and Industrial Polymers, before being appointed Managing Director. His external appointments include chair of the Business Council of Australia Education, Skills and Innovation Task Force, a member of the BCA Board as well as the Business Council of Australia representative to the Prime Minister's Science, Engineering and Innovation Council, PMSEIC. Mr Ranck is a director of Futuris Corporation and the Australian Bush Heritage Foundation. Craig F. Binetti is senior vice president - DuPont Nutrition & Health and chairman - Solae Company. He joined DuPont in 1977, and his career includes a wide variety of professional and managerial positions covering research, manufacturing, finance, sales, and business positions in Chemicals, Pigments, Elastomers, Polymers and Fiber businesses. From 1991 to 1993, Mr. Binetti was regional sales manager, Paper Industry. From 1993 to 1995, he served in the combined role of site manager, Old Hickory, Tenn., and business director for Specialty Resins and Chemicals. From 1996 to 1998, he was managing director Polyester Films, located in Luxembourg. From 1998 to 2002 he was vice president and general manager - Polyester Fibers, Resins & Intermediates, DuPont Polyester. In March 2002 he was named vice president and general manager - DuPont Packaging & Industrial Polymers. In June 2007 he was named president - DuPont Nutrition & Health and Chairman and CEO - Solae. In October 2008 he assumed the added responsibility of senior vice president - DuPont. Mr. Binetti holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University, and an MBA from University of Delaware. He is affiliated with Cornell University Alumni Association, serves as Graduating Class Vice President, and is active in charity basketball fundraisers for Cancer Research and Multiple Sclerosis. He currently is Chair of Easter Seals Board of Directors for Delaware and Maryland's Eastern Shore.

Mary E. Bowler is secretary of the company and corporate counsel. Ms. Bowler joined DuPont in 1981 as an attorney in the company's Legal Department. From 1981 through 1986, Ms. Bowler served in a number of commercial law assignments, counseling the company's purchasing function and several business units. In 1987, she transferred to the External Affairs Department and was appointed area manager, state government affairs. In this role, Ms. Bowler represented the company in Dover, Del., and other eastern state capitals. In 1988, she rejoined the Legal Department in the labor and benefits area, providing legal services to the human resources function. In 1990, Ms. Bowler transferred to the general legal division where she served as counsel to the Textile Fibers Department. She was promoted to senior counsel in 1991. In 1992, Ms. Bowler rejoined the labor and benefits group, representing the company in arbitration proceedings and before the National Labor Relations Board. In 1995, she transferred to the corporate, securities and tax group and was named an assistant secretary of the company. She became the group's practice leader in 1998 and was promoted to corporate counsel in 1999. She was appointed to her current position in June 2004. Ms. Bowler is active in a variety of educational, community and philanthropic organizations. She is a member of the Cornell University Council, a vice president of the board of the Ronald McDonald House of Delaware and a member of the board of Friends of Brandywine Hundred Library. Ms. Bowler is a graduate of Cornell University, and Boston University School of Law, where she was managing editor of The American Journal of Law and Medicine . She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.

W. D. (Don) Johnson is senior vice president - DuPont Human Resources. He joined DuPont in 1974 at the Kinston plant in North Carolina. He held a variety of technical and manufacturing assignments in Dacron® polyester fibers. From there he moved to the DuPont Richmond, Va., site with manufacturing responsibility for Tyvek® spunbonded polyethylene. In 1984, Mr. Johnson went to the nylon facility in Seaford, Del., as assistant site manager. Later he held corporate strategy and composites business developmental assignments at corporate headquarters in Wilmington, Del., before relocating to Geneva, Switzerland, in 1992 where he had responsibility for the European Nonwovens (Tyvek®, Sontara®, Typar®) and Advanced Fiber Systems (Kevlar®, Nomex® and Teflon®) businesses. In 1994 he became global business director for Kevlar® and relocated to Richmond, Va. In 1996, Mr. Johnson became managing director and general manager for DuPont Advanced Fiber Systems, and in 1997 he became vice president and general manager of this same unit. In December 1997, he became vice president and general manager for DuPont Nylon in North America with responsibility for all of the DuPont nylon fiber and intermediates business in North America and for the DuPont Flooring business worldwide. In 1999, he became group vice president - Nylon Worldwide. In October 2001 he was named group vice president - DuPont Operations & Services. In January 2004, he was named group vice president - DuPont Global Operations & Engineering with the consolidation of all global operations and engineering into one unit. He was named chairman and representative director - DuPont K.K. (Japan) in April 2006. He was named to his current position in February 2008. Mr. Johnson was born in North Carolina. He was graduated from North Carolina State University in 1974 with degrees in applied mathematics and engineering.

Mr. Holliday became chair of the board on January 1, 1999. He retired from DuPont as CEO on January 1, 2009. He is a member of the National Academy of Engineering, and he is past chairman of: the Business Roundtable's Task Force for Environment, Technology and Economy; the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD); The Business Council; and the Society of Chemical Industry – American Section. Mr. Holliday serves on the board of directors of Deere & Co. and is chair emeritus of the board of directors of Catalyst. In addition, he is chairman of the U.S. Council on Competitiveness and is a founding member of the International Business Council. He co-authored Walking the Talk book which details the business case for sustainable development and corporate responsibility.

Alexander M. Cutler is chairman and chief executive officer of Eaton Corporation, a $15.4 billion global diversified power management company. Cutler assumed his current position in August 2000, after serving as Eaton’s president and chief operating officer since 1995. Cutler began his career with Cutler-Hammer in 1975 as a financial analyst and became business group controller in 1977. After Eaton acquired Cutler-Hammer, he was made a division controller in 1979, and in 1980, was appointed plant manager of the Atlanta Assembly Plant. In 1982, he became division manager of the Power Distribution Division, and in April 1985, was appointed general manager of Industrial Control and Power Distribution Operations in the United States. In 1986, he was elected president of the Industrial Group, and in 1989, was promoted to president of Eaton's Controls Group. He was elected executive vice president—Operations in 1991 and executive vice president and chief operating officer—Controls in 1993 before assuming the position of Eaton’s president and chief operating officer. Cutler is a board member of DuPont, KeyCorp, the Greater Cleveland Partnership, United Way Services of Greater Cleveland, the Electrical Manufacturers Club and the Musical Arts Association. Previously, he served as chairman of the Greater Cleveland Partnership, the United Way of Greater Cleveland and the National Electrical Manufacturers Association. He has also served as president of the Yale Alumni Association of Cleveland. He is a past member of the board of the Yale University Alumni Fund, the Yale University Development Board, the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College and the Loomis Chaffee School. Cutler also served on the executive committees of the Northeast Ohio Council on Higher Education (formerly the Cleveland Commission on Higher Education), the Visiting Committee of the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, the Cleveland Play House, the Greater Cleveland Growth Association and the Museum of Natural History. He is a past co-chairman of the Cleveland Commission on Economic Partnerships and Inclusion. Cutler was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and attended the Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor, Connecticut. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.

A director since 2006, Mr. du Pont is president, Longwood Foundation, Inc. He formerly served as senior vice president, operations and chief financial officer of drugstore.com, a leading online provider of health, beauty, vision and pharmacy products; and president and chief financial officer of Wawa, Inc., a chain of food markets in the mid-Atlantic region.

Ms. Juliber, age 60, was a Vice Chairman of the Colgate-Palmolive Company from July 2004 until March 2005. She served as Colgate-Palmolive s Chief Operating Officer from March 2000 to September 2004, as its Executive Vice President North America and Europe from 1997 until March 2000 and as President of Colgate North America from 1994 to 1997. Ms. Juliber is on the board of the following public companies in addition to Goldman Sachs: E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company and Kraft Foods Inc. She is affiliated with certain non-profit organizations, including as Chairman of The MasterCard Foundation, and a trustee of Wellesley College and Women s World Banking.

Rich joined the Aurora Funds, Inc. in April of 2000 as a Principal and served as a General Partner to Aurora from 2002-2006 where he focused on investment opportunities in the information technology sector, including Internet infrastructure, software and semiconductor companies. Rich is currently a Venture Partner with Aurora. Prior to joining Aurora, Rich was senior associate at Safeguard Scientifics, a public venture capital holding company, where he was actively involved in all aspects of making new investments and working closely with portfolio companies in the areas of IT services, enterprise software and communications. Before entering the venture capital business in 1997, Rich spent 10 years in various management and operating roles in the technology industry. He was Director of Business Development and Senior Product Manager of fiber optic products at General Instrument, a broadband communications equipment company. Rich also held marketing, engineering and management positions at Sony, Westinghouse and DuPont. Rich led investments in and served on the Boards of several of Aurora's portfolio companies including: Covelight, Foresight, GadgetSpace (acquired by InPhonic; NASDAQ: INPC), Nextreme, Synchris, Unitrends and WiDeFi. He also was a Board observer at Blackboard (NASDAQ: BBBB) and InPhonic (NASDAQ: INPC) until their IPOs. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Duke University and a MBA from The Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He is a member of the Engineering Alumni Council at Duke University's Pratt School of Engineering.
