Allen Bernhardt, has more than thirty-four years of experience in oil and gas field operations. Allen worked on spudders and pulling units for two and one-half years before joining the U.S. Army for an eight year tour of duty. He returned to the Wichita Falls area where he was self-employed for six years in farming and ranching. In January 1974, Allen joined Bolin Oil Company.
