Stan Laukhuf, attended the University of Texas where he received a BBA degree in finance in 1973 and a JD in 1975. Upon graduation, he went to work in the legal department of General American Oil Company in Dallas, a position he left in 1981 to join Eagle. Stan functions as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of EagleCorp and Eagle Oil & Gas Co. and as Secretary of Beacon.

Bradley W. Ayres, attended Southern Methodist University where he graduated with a BBA degree in Accounting and Finance in 2001 and a Masters degree in Accounting in 2002. While at SMU, he was employed by Carson Private Capital, a private equity investment firm, where he interacted with his employer's clients and their investments, including numerous investments with Hicks, Muse, Tate and Furst. Upon graduation, Brad went to work for Mercantile Bank and Trust in Dallas as a credit analyst and was later promoted to Assistant Vice President in charge of a commercial loan portfolio. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Michael D. Lockstone, graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1978 with a BS in Accounting and Business Administration. Mike was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Oklahoma in 1980 and in Texas in 1986. His work experience includes positions as a staff accountant with Halliburton and as Controller of both Beck Production Co., Inc. and CRC Carl's, Inc. From 1985 until July, 1996, Mike was affiliated with Mathis, West, Huffines and Co., P.C., the largest public accounting firm in the Wichita Falls region. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in taxation, systems, auditing, financial reporting and staff management. Mike joined Eagle as its Controller in August, 1996.

Allen Bernhardt, has more than thirty-four years of experience in oil and gas field operations. Allen worked on spudders and pulling units for two and one-half years before joining the U.S. Army for an eight year tour of duty. He returned to the Wichita Falls area where he was self-employed for six years in farming and ranching. In January 1974, Allen joined Bolin Oil Company. He has certifications from Well Completion School and Sample and Log Reading School.

Mark Petrosky, graduated with a MBA degree from Chadwick University. Prior to coming to Eagle, Mark had gained twenty-seven years experience in the oil and gas industry. Mark served fifteen years with Schlumberger Well Services where he worked in the Wireline and Testing Division as a Service Technician and Well Site Supervisor. He also has twelve years drilling and completions experience in the Arctic, Middle East, South America and the Gulf Coast Region.

Matthew J. Schroeder, graduated from Midwestern State University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and again in 2006 with a Master of Business Administration degree. He has worked as a staff accountant with Rhodes & Schaffner, CPA's and Southwest Securities, Inc. and as a software consultant with Catalyst Software Evaluation Centers. In 2001, Matt became General Manager of Block Division, Inc., a manufacturing company, where he was responsible for inventory management, accounting and purchasing. He left Block in November, 2004 to join Eagle.

Michael D. Luebke, attended the University of Missouri at Rolla where he graduated with a BS degree in Geological Engineering in 1997. Upon graduation, he went to work for Amoco Production Company as a reservoir engineer. Michael left Amoco in 1998 to work for Marathon, where he served as both a production engineer and as a drilling engineer. Beginning in 2001, Michael worked as a field operations engineer for Discovery Operating, Inc. in Midland, Texas, leaving in March, 2003 to join Eagle. He is a Registered Professional Engineer.

Robert Flanagan is Executive Vice President of Clark Enterprises, Inc., a Bethesda, Maryland-based holding company that is the ownership, investment, and asset management arm of the various Clark entities, which have interests in construction, real estate, and private equities. Through CNF Investments, LLC, the private equity investment division of Clark Enterprises, Inc., he manages investments in start-up and expansion stage companies and other private equity funds. Flanagan is a member of the board of directors of The Clark Construction Group, Inc., ILD Telecommunications, Martek BioSciences, Prestwick Pharmaceutical, Eagle Oil & Gas, and Marc Global Holdings. Prior to joining Clark, Flanagan was the treasurer, secretary, and member of the board of directors of Baltimore Orioles, Inc. and began his career in Washington, D.C., as a member of Arthur Andersen's audit division.

Thomas O. Whitener, Jr. attended the University of Texas where he received BBA and MBA degrees. Tom is a founding partner of Energy Spectrum Capital LP, which manages approximately $335 million of funded and/or committed private equity capital for investment in the midstream oil and gas industry, and a co-founder of Energy Spectrum Advisors Inc., which provides investment banking and financial advisory services to companies engaged primarily in the upstream sector of the oil and gas industry.
