Jeffrey S. Olson serves as a Director and Chief Executive Officer of Equity One. Prior to joining the organization in 2006, Olson served as President of the Eastern and Western shopping center regions of Kimco Realty Corporation, one of the nation's largest shopping center development and management companies. As President, he served in a variety of capacities including directing the asset management, leasing, property management, construction, and redevelopment activities for Kimco's 500-property shopping center portfolio totaling 54 million square feet. While leading Kimco's West coast acquisitions program he expanded the region from $700 million in assets to $7 billion. Olson has over twenty years of real estate experience including serving as Senior Vice President, Co-Head of Real Estate Research for UBS, Vice President, and Head of Real Estate Research for CIBC World Markets and Vice President of Salomon Smith Barney. Olson received both his Masters of Science in Real Estate from The John's Hopkins University and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland.

Thomas Caputo serves as President of Equity One. He is responsible for acquisitions and dispositions as well as our investment management program. He joined the Company in 2008. Prior to joining Equity One, Caputo was an Executive Vice President at Kimco Realty Corporation. In this capacity he headed Kimco’s portfolio management and acquisitions groups and was responsible for new investments in excess of $10 billion dollars, including three mergers with public companies (Mid-Atlantic Realty Trust, Price Legacy and Pan Pacific). In addition, he was responsible for Kimco’s portfolio management group which oversees Kimco’s numerous joint ventures with institutional partners (assets under management $14 billion). Previously, he was a principal with RREEF, a pension fund advisor, overseeing nationwide retail acquisitions and dispositions, and was a member of its investment committee. Caputo received a Bachelor of Arts from Randolph Macon College.

Mark Langer serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for Equity One, Inc. He is responsible for all accounting and finance functions and also oversees the Company’s human resources, information technology, marketing and organizational initiatives. Langer joined Equity One in January 2008 and was named CFO in March 2009. He had been with Johnson Capital Management since 2000 serving as the Chief Operating Officer overseeing the infrastructure and administrative functions and worked with third party broker dealers to assess investment opportunities. Previously Mark was an audit partner at KPMG LLP in Washington, DC where he was also responsible for recruiting, employee training and practice development programs. Langer graduated from James Madison University with a BBA degree, majoring in accounting.

Tom McDonough serves as the Chief Investment Officer of Equity One and is a member of its Investment Committee. He is responsible for acquisitions and dispositions of existing properties, as well as redevelopment of existing properties and new ground-up development. McDonough joined the Company in 2007 and established and runs the Company's West Coast office, in Irvine, CA. Prior to joining Equity One, he was in a private development partnership and served as the national director of acquisitions and dispositions for Regency Centers, a publicly traded real estate investment trust that owns approximately 400 shopping centers in major markets located throughout the United States. Previously, McDonough developed and acquired shopping centers for Regency Centers and its predecessor Pacific Retail Trust. McDonough received his Bachelor of Science from Stanford University and his Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Lauren Holden serves as Equity One's Vice President of Portfolio Management where she is responsible for joint ventures and for sourcing new acquisitions and joint venture partners regarding retail properties. Holden's responsibilities include all financing and disposition activity for retail properties and the leasing oversight of Equity One's Northeast portfolio. Prior to joining Equity One, Lauren Holden served as the Senior Portfolio Manager at Kimco Realty Corporation. In this capacity she lead a number of joint ventures with institutional partners including Prudential ($5 billion), The Kimco Income REIT ($1.7 billion), GE Capital ($1 billion) and SEB Immobilien ($280 million). Prior to joining Kimco, she was part of the investment banking group at Banc of America Investment Securities. Lauren attended Vanderbilt University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development and Business Administration.

Chaim Katzman founded Equity One in 1992 and serves as the Chairman of our Board of Directors. Mr. Katzman served as our Chief Executive Officer until 2006 and as our President until November 2000. He has been involved in the purchase, development and management of commercial and residential real estate in the United States since 1980. Mr. Katzman purchased the controlling interest of Gazit Inc., a publicly-traded company listed on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange, and one of our principal, indirect stockholders, in May 1991, has served as the Chairman of its Board and Chief Executive Officer since that time, and remains its largest stockholder. Shulamit Katzman, Mr. Katzman’s wife, is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gazit, Inc. Mr. Katzman has served as a director of Gazit-Globe, Ltd., a publicly-traded real estate investment company listed on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange and one of our principal, direct and indirect stockholders, since 1994 and as its Chairman since 1998. Mr. Katzman also serves as non-executive Chairman of the Board of First Capital Realty Inc., an Ontario real estate company the common stock of which is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and which is one of our principal, indirect stockholders. Mr. Katzman received an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University Law School in 1973.

Noam Ben-Ozer was first elected as a director in 1996. Since 2002, Mr. Ben-Ozer has served as founder and principal of Focal Advisory, a consulting and M&A firm based in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to that, Mr. Ben-Ozer served as co-founder of iPhrase Technologies, Inc., a privately-held software company, from 1999 to 2002. He is also a director of Delta Three Inc., a publicly-traded telecommunications company. Mr. Ben-Ozer is a certified public accountant in Israel and received an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.

Dori J. Segal was elected as a director in November 2000 and was appointed as as our Vice Chairman in May 2006 . Mr. Segal has served since October 1998 as President of Gazit-Globe Ltd., one of our principal, direct and indirect stockholders. Since August 2000, Mr. Segal has served as Chief Executive Officer, President and as Vice Chairman of the Board of First Capital Realty Inc., a principal and indirect stockholder of ours. Mr. Segal has served since 1997 as the President of Gazit Canada Inc., a principal, indirect stockholder of ours. Since 1995, Mr. Segal has also served as the President of Gazit Israel Ltd., a real estate investment holding company.

James S. Cassel was elected as a director in April 2005. In 1998, Mr. Cassel founded, and since that time has served as president of, Capitalink, L.C., a South Florida based investment banking company. From 1996 to 1998, he served as president of Catalyst Financial, an investment banking company. Mr. Cassel received a B.S. from American University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami.
