Keith C. Hill is currently President of Lundin Russia, Chairman of Pearl Exploration and Production and a Board Member of Tanganyika Oil. Mr. Hill was also the former Founder and President of Valkyries Petroleum Corp. He has also been the General Manager for Lundin Malaysia and Lundin Sudan. He has over 17 years of experience in the oil industry including a geologist position with Occidental Petroleum Corporation and Shell Oil Company. His educational background includes a B.Sc. in Geophysics and M.Sc. in Geology from Michigan State University and a M.B.A. in International Business and Finance from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX.
Casey Olson is President, Middle East of Occidental Petroleum Corporation and currently manages Occidental's extensive E&P interests in the Middle East, in addition to being a board member of Dolphin Energy Limited, He was earlier Executive Vice President of Business Development for Occidental Oil and Gas Company, responsible for all business development for the company. Prior to joining Occidental, Mr Olson was an investment banker, holding the position of Managing Director, Global Energy for CIBC Wood Gundy Securities Corp. He also spent seven years as Vice President Energy Ventures for Hunt Oil Company, where he was responsible for evaluating new exploration projects, as well as the management of operating partnerships with U.S., French, Kuwaiti, Russian and Korean oil companies.

Mr. Stevens has over 35 years experience in technical and managerial positions involving all phases of hydrocarbon exploration, production, operations, and contract negotiations for both domestic and international operations. While in his senior positions with Southwestern and Occidental, Mr. Stevens managed staffs of 85-100 people and annual capital budgets of US$150 MM. He also has held a management position with Tenneco Oil Company. Mr. Stevens currently devotes 15% of his time on the affairs of Derek.

Neil Malpiede is a mechanical engineer with 36 years experience in international drilling and production operations. He was formally with Occidental Petroleum in charge of production engineering for the development of the Piper and Claymore Fields in the North Sea and petroleum engineering manager for the development of the Idd el Shargi Field in Qatar and numerous other fields in Latin America and Asia. Most recently Mr. Malpiede was manager of business development for enhanced oil recovery (EOR) projects with Occidental Petroleum. He has broad experience with offshore operations, subsea completions, long reach horizontal drilling and multilateral completions.
Bob has recently joined the Derek Management Team after spending the past seven years with Occidental Petroleum Corporation ("Oxy") as a Production and Drilling Engineer with their successful Elk Hills project and newly acquired Mukhaizna heavy oil field project. He has over 37 years experience in the oil industry and specializes in improving the drilling/production economics of tertiary recovery projects (with an emphasis on steam soak/flood technology) such as Derek's LAK Ranch project. Bob has worked on thermal projects in California (Midway Sunset, Belridge/McKittrick, Cymric, Kern River/Kern Front, Santa Maria/Cat Canyon, Arroyo Grande and the Brea/Yorba Linda). He was on a thermal horizontal drilling/completion team for Shell Oil Co and drilled over 150 wells in California. Bob designed and drilled/completed the first thermal horizontal producer for Oxy USA that resulted in more than doubling the production as compared to the best vertical producer. He was instrumental in reducing drilling costs and overall capital and operating costs on the Midway Sunset project by up to 30%. He won the ARCO Award for reducing drilling costs at Midway Sunset, the Shell Oil Company Award for coil tubing/slimhole drilling at Belridge/McKittrick and was a finalist for the Occidental Engineering Excellence Award in 2001 and 2003 for applying large HF/HCl acid treatments on horizontal wells at Elk Hills, California.
Shayne has been a Glenpool resident since1996. In 1998, he was appointed to serve on the Glenpool Planning Commission and Board of Adjustments. In 2003, Shayne was elected to the Glenpool City Council. In April of 2005, Mayor Shayne Buchanan members of the Council voted him as Mayor of Glenpool. One of Shayne?s priorities as Mayor is to ensure communication between the City and its residents. In that respect, Shayne invites you to attend the City Council meetings. They meet the first and third Mondays of each month in the City Hall building at 141 st and Hwy 75 at 6:30 p.m. Agendas of each meeting are posted on the Glenpool website at least two days before each meeting. On a personal note, Shayne was born in 1971 and graduated from Edmond Memorial High School. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1995. Shayne holds a Master of Taxation from the University of Tulsa and he is a Certified Public Accountant. He is married to his wife Marta. He has two sons Blayne and Bryce and works for Occidental Petroleum. In his free time he enjoys playing with his sons, fishing, and volunteering at his church.

William P. Cox is a sophisticated global finance executive with over fifteen years of experience that includes eight years as the CFO of a privately held management buyout, four of those years as Co-COO, and ten years of progressive experience in public accounting. Bill has consulted with multinational organizations for KPMG Peat Marwick in the areas of acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Cox directed audit projects in the Peoples Republic of China, the Middle East, the United Kingdom and the United States, including on-site supervision and overall engagement management. From 1990 through 1992 he was on international assignment in London, England, consulting with Satchi & Satchi and Enterprise Oil. Successful acquisitions encompass nearly a dozen leveraged buyouts including SMG from Chiquita Brands International, Elf Enterprise from Occidental Petroleum (GB), and the spin-off of TAI from E.I. DuPont de Nemours. Bill has extensive experience in manufacturing, retail / wholesale distribution, leisure / entertainment, oil & gas, and specialty chemicals. With KPMG Peat Marwick, his SEC experience included six initial public offerings (IPO s) including Cambrex Corp. and BP Prudhoe Bay Royalty Trust. In 1994 Bill joined SMG as part of the team that executed a leverage buyout of the Beef division of Chiquita. As the CEO and CFO, he led all finance and treasury operations, accounting and tax, MIS / IT. His leadership role in the exit process encompassed establishing a strategic sale to Premium Foods Group in 2000, and generating an outstanding IRR over a six-year period for this leverage buyout investment. Bill earned his BS in Accounting from the University of Kentucky in 1983. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Kentucky. Bill is married and has two children and enjoys an active lifestyle that includes physical fitness, golf, horse racing / breeding, and white water rafting.
Mr. Syriani has served since 2002 as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Olayan Group, a diversified trading, services and investment organization with activities and interests in the Middle East and elsewhere. From 1978 until 2002, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of The Olayan Group. Mr. Syriani is also a director of The Credit Suisse Group. He was Chairman of the Audit Committee of The Credit Suisse Group from April 2002 until April 2004, and since April 2004, has been Chairman of its Compensation Committee.

From 1992 until his retirement in 1998, Mr. Maloney was President and Chief Executive Officer of Dataproducts Corporation, which designs, manufactures and markets printers and supplies for computers.
Formerly President and Chief Operating Officer of NOVA Chemicals and Senior Vice-President of NOVA Corporation, John was responsible for all of NOVA's investments and operations in hydrocarbon feedstock supply, petrochemicals and thermoplastics products.
