Mr. Stonecipher has been the Chairman of our Board of Directors since its organization in 1976 and served as Chief Executive Officer until March 1996 and since February 1997. Mr. Stonecipher also served as our President at various times through January 1995 and since December 2002. Mr. Stonecipher also serves as an executive officer of several of our subsidiaries and served as a director of AMS Health Sciences, Inc. until December 5, 2005.
Mr. Brown was named Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer in October 2006. Prior to his appointment to the new position, Mr. Brown was our National Sales Director for Group Marketing and Senior Regional Vice President for most of the State of Texas and has been one of our independent associates for more than eleven years. Prior to his association with us, Mr. Brown owned his own printing business for 18 years.
Steve Williamson joined the Company in March 2000. From April 1997, until March 2000, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for Peripheral Enhancements, Inc. From November of 1983 to April 1997, he served as Director in Charge of Banking Practice for Horne & Company, a public accounting firm. After graduating from East Central University in 1982, he began his accounting career with the international public accounting firm KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Williamson is a Certified Public Accountant and is a past board member and banking committee chair of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs.
With Pre-Paid Legal since 1986, Ms. Fisher is given much of the credit for developing the Provider Law Firm system the Company has in place today. As head of the Company's Attorney Resources department, she is responsible for provider firm selection, training, member resolution, and quality control.
Coming on board with Pre-Paid Legal in 1979, Ms. Mapp is credited with building company technology operations into the state-of-the-art system it is today. IT is responsible for the Company's network operations, telecommunications, web development, and providing support to over 700 corporate users and over 2,000 users located in our Provider Law Firms across North America.

Ronald Wolfinger, Trustee, is a Regional Sales Manager and Executive Director for Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. For more than 10 years he has been has been a Member of the Board of Directors of Teen Challenge Columbus, a Christian drug and alcohol rehabilitation service, and currently serves as the Chairman of its Board of Directors. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of many trade and civic associations, including the Gahanna Chamber of Commerce and the Gahanna Rotary.
Stan Adell is recognized as a computer graphics pioneer and innovator in the Kansas City area. He also provides a unique service helping businesses and families deal with the rapidly growing crisis of Identity Theft. Stan began his communications career in 1980 at Bendix/King Radio Corporation as Art Department Supervisor and established a successful corporate art department which is widely regarded as a computer graphics success story. In 1986, Stan created On-Line Design, a successful design studio and service bureau which was eventually acquired by DST Output, a subsidiary of DST Systems. Stan's technical knowledge and extensive experience have enabled him to conduct training sessions and seminars for many computer user groups and companies. Industry honors include articles published in various computer publications and the selection of a design project for inclusion with a major software vendor. Stan has used his unique organizational, technical and artistic skills to design and manage extensive on-line and technical communications. He currently manages the DST Output Internet and Intranet sites. He has also taught Computer Graphics and Web Design courses at MidAmerica Nazarene University. Stan is an Executive Director with Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. and strategic partners. He provides business consultation services and markets the IdentityTheft Shield and comprehensive legal plans for families and businesses. He also helps companies offer these innovative plans as a group benefit to their employees. Stan is a Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist (CITRMS) and offers a special program called the Affirmative Defense Response System (ADRS) that helps businesses reduce their risk from civil and criminal liabilities of Identity Theft security breaches. He conducts Identity Theft Awareness Seminars for various organizations and educates businesses on actions needed to protect the non-public information of their clients and employees.

With over 15 years of service at Pre-Paid Legal, Ms. Anderson oversees Associate Licensing, Application Processing and Retention, and Group Billing. From Data Entry and Quality Control to Billing Support and Collections, she is responsible for ensuring the Company's documentation and membership payment collections are as efficient as possible.
Overseeing approximately 200 employees in Pre-Paid Legal's Customer Care division, Ms. Brown and her team are on the front lines with Members every day handling over 1.5 million incoming calls and approximately 200,000 emails each year. With over ten years of service to Pre-Paid, Ms. Brown leads the Company's efforts as a service-driven organization to continually raise the bar on customer service standards.
As head of Marketing Services, Ms. Burris oversees 130 staff who field on average 5,000 calls daily from Independent Associates across North America. From providing account information, commission details, marketing guidelines, verifying business, and much more, Marketing Services provides vital support for the Company's sales force. She joined the Pre-Paid Legal team in 1985.
Ms. Lazarus focuses her practice primarily on litigating Municipal offenses and minor Criminal offenses, such as DUI, motor vehicle violations, disorderly persons offenses, and expungements. She is also an attorney for Pre-Paid Legal Services in New Jersey.
Fernan Elacio Kalaw is the CEO & President of Furnone, Inc. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Saint Mary's College of California. Fernan is a Licensed Notary Public for the State of California, a Certified Loan Signing Agent and an active member of the National Notary Association. In addition, he is an Independent Associate for the Pre-paid Legal Services and recently a Real Estate Mortgage Loan Consultant under the Atlantic Bancorp of America. Fernan oversees every aspect of acquisitions, asset management, dispositions, company strategy and direction of Furnone, Inc. He began his entrepreneural career in 1997 when he conceptualized and founded YOFIMPCI (Young Filipino Multi-Purpose Cooperative Inc.) The first and only youth cooperative in Central Luzon in the Philippines.

John Denney, Jr. primarily practices in the areas of Family Law and Criminal Defense. He is also an attorney for Pre-Paid Legal Services in Delaware and is a provider attorney for the Legal Access Program. Mr. Denney handles a variety of Family Law issues, including by not limited to divorce, custody, child support, adoptions and guardianships. In addition, Mr. Denney defends clients with Criminal Law issues such as DUI, motor vehicle violations, assault and battery, and other felonies and misdemeanors. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Denney served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Delaware, a U.S. Assistant District Attorney for the District of Delaware, and was the managing attorney for UAW Legal Services Plan in Delaware. He is also a retired Commander of the U.S. Naval Reserve. As an active member of the Delaware community, Mr. Denney belonged to the Brandywine Council of Civic Organization from 1975 to 1995. He also served as the Councila s President in 1978 and 1979.
Julianne has been active in WBN since 1995 and has served on the board for 3 years, 2004-2006 as programs chair, 2007 as vice president. In addition to her primary role of managing the Company's corporate legal matters, including litigation and oversight of outside counsel, Ms. Prince is a respected advisor to the Company's executive management team and serves on the corporate marketing team. She is involved in the development of company business strategies, regulatory affairs, and corporate governance issues. Ms. Prince joined the Company in 2003.
As the owner of Feneke Unlimited, LLC, LaNesha R. Creeks manages and oversees the daily business affairs of the multi-faceted company, its clientele, and its holdings including but not limited to Feneke Music (ASCAP) and 2 Feneke 4 U Publishing (BMI). She is a graduate of Lincoln University of Missouri where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree and is also certified to teach in the State of Texas. She returned to the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex in 1997 to shadow experts in her field, form a viable network and referral system with other entertainment industry professionals who share her goals, and to give back to her own community in positive ways. An entrepreneur at heart, she started with Feneke Management as a business manager representing and developing recording artists/songwriters and she established Melodic Imagery Publishing (BMI) for her personal songwriting ventures. Since then, her involvement and credits in multi-media projects has grown to also include the following supervisory roles: music publishing administrator, music producer, production coordinator, project manager, consultant, mediator, and film/two-act play music supervisor.
