Brian was appointed Genera Manager of FranklinCovey Japan in June 2008. He has worked for Japanese companies since 1994 and has lived in Japan for the past 10 years working in the fields of sales and marketing in communications and IT industries. Most recently, he worked as Regional Director of Human Resources and Sales Training for NCH, a specialty chemical company with 5,000 salespeople. Brian was in charge of sales and management development in 10 countries in Asia Pacific, affecting a sales force of 600. Brian developed the advanced sales training and development programs, recruited top managers, and assisted the CEO with developing business strategies for Japan and Korea. The programs he developed were used in Japan, China, and Korea, and are now being implemented worldwide. Through Brian's leadership, the Asia Pacific region of NCH grew sales by over 15%. Prior to NCH, Brian was a consultant at Mercuri International where he specialized in sales training and sales management programs. His role involved designing customized sales programs for clients, maintaining client relationships, and working with salespeople in the field.

Kevin Vaughan-Smith has a high-level understanding of strategic business issues, gained through a successful career in sales, marketing and business development, primarily in the IT industry. His track record includes experience with major companies such as IBM and Digital, and he has held board-level roles as Sales and Marketing Director of productivity hardware company Psion and Managing Director of Corporate Software Ltd. Kevin began his relationship with FranklinCovey as a facilitator but was soon recognized as a key part of the team in moving the organization forward at a strategic level. Kevin is now the Managing Director for FranklinCovey and is transforming its level of growth and team spirit. Kevin's key strengths include creating and managing relationships, developing value propositions and team building, as well as an in-depth understanding of business. These strengths are being clearly demonstrated through FranklinCovey's continuing and rapid development. His primary objective as Managing Director is to use his leadership skills and experience within FranklinCovey to build a company that can help others, to develop their organizations and their people skills to make them more effective – whatever their competitive environment. Kevin lives in Buckinghamshire with his wife and three daughters. Kevin is the Chairman of a local charity, and lists among his other interests' amateur theatre and gliding, in which he is a qualified instructor.

Scott joined FranklinCovey in 2004 as the Controller of the Consumer Solutions Business Unit. Later Scott transferred to the Organizational Solutions Business Unit where he was later appointed to be the Divisional Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company Scott was an Assurance Manager at KPMG where he specialized in publically traded companies. Scott has over ten years of accounting and management experience. He is a CPA and holds of Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University and has his MBA from the University of Utah.

Sean Covey is Senior VP of Innovations and Product Development at FranklinCovey and has led the development of most of FranklinCovey's current organizational offerings, including: Focus; The 7 Habits curriculum; xQ; The 4 Disciplines of Execution; and Leadership. Sean is also the author of several books, including The 6 Most Important Decisions You'll Ever Make, The 7 Habits of Happy Kids, and the international bestseller The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens, which has been translated into 20 languages and has sold over 4 million copies. Sean graduated with honors from BYU with a Bachelor's degree in English and later earned his MBA from Harvard Business School. As the starting quarterback for BYU, he led his team to two bowl games, was named honorable mention All WAC, and was twice selected the ESPN Most Valuable Player of the Game. Sean's favorite activities include going to movies, working out, riding his dirt bike, and writing poor poetry. Sean and his wife Rebecca live with their children in Alpine, Utah.

David M.R. Covey is Senior Vice President of US Sales, an $82 million dollar business. In this capacity, David is responsible for the success of five regional sales offices and 100 sales people located throughout the United States. He has been in this role since September 2004. In the last four years, David has grown revenue from $45 million to $82 million and profits from $13.5 million to $25 million. David was the President and General Manager of International, a $60 million dollar business, for three years—September 01-August 04. In this role, David led six direct Offices (company-owned operations) in Japan, Australia, UK, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil and 40 licensees (franchise-owned operations) who conduct business in 119 countries and 50 offices worldwide. During his tenure in this role, David expanded the company operations throughout central and Eastern Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and India. Previously David was Area Vice President (AVP) for Asia-Pacific and General Manager of licensees worldwide for three-and-a-half years. In this role, David oversaw the turn-around of the Japan office as the President of FranklinCovey Japan while leading the expansion of the business into Latin America and Asia. Prior to this, David was the Managing Director for FranklinCovey Australia, a company-owned operation located in Brisbane, Australia. David lived and worked extensively throughout Australia for 30 months. During his tenure as MD, David more than doubled the overall business, added sales offices in Sydney and Melbourne, and personally managed many of the largest client accounts. Prior to this, David began his career with FranklinCovey as a Client Partner for two-and-a-half years. David earned his MBA from Harvard University. Prior to receiving his MBA, David worked for two years for Procter & Gamble in Phoenix, Arizona as a Sales Representative.

Stephan Mardyks, President of FranklinCovey International, leads the global strategy, sales, delivery and operations for FranklinCovey in 128 countries. With a rich background in international business, and training and sales, Stephan's passion is partnering with talented global partners to fulfill FranklinCovey's mission to enable greatness in people and organizations everywhere. Stephan's past experiences include serving as: * Senior Vice President, Global Operations for Frontline Group, a leading private equity investment firm with over $4 billion in capital under management. He was responsible for the company's global strategy and delivery. * Worldwide Managing Director for DOOR Training International, a General Motors/Hughes Aircraft Company acquired by Raytheon Training LLC. At DOOR Training International, led and managed the day-to-day operations of a training network, operating in over 60 countries throughout The Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. Stephan also engineered the implementation of Training Operation Centers for General Motors in various countries throughout the world. * Vice President of Raytheon Training LLC, where he contributed to forming the global business strategy and management of its Corporate University. Colleen Dom started with FranklinCovey in November, 1985. She was originally an assistant to Hyrum Smith and other key Company executives. In assisting Hyrum, she also served as the first “Client Service Coordinator” in the Company, providing service to Hyrum's clients and supporting the seminars he conducted. Since that time, Colleen has been involved in client support and operations in one way or another. Colleen oversees Domestic (U.S.) Operations which includes Client Support, Feedback Operations, and Supply Chain. The Client Support Team is responsible for coordinating the logistics for the products and services the sales force sells. Feedback Operations is responsible for managing our 360 degree assessment and Net Promoter Score (NPS) processes. Supply Chain is responsible for ensuring product availability and quality while keeping our inventory costs low. On a personal note, Colleen loves spending time with her husband and four children.

Jennifer Colosimo is the Vice President of Sales and Delivery Effectiveness at FranklinCovey. She brings 17 years of values-based change management, organizational and leadership development, and global sales experience to her consulting work. By concentrating on behavior and results, Jennifer's clients increase their personal and organizational focus and execution. Jennifer has influenced over 20,000 clients, in 48 states and 12 countries, through her teaching, facilitation, and keynotes. She is an active contributor to product innovation at FranklinCovey and partners well with all levels, from front-line to CEO. Previous to joining FranklinCovey in 1996, Jennifer was a Change Management Consultant with Accenture. Jennifer has bachelors and master's degrees in organizational communication and business administration. She co-facilitated FranklinCovey's audio program, The4Disciplines of Execution, with Stephen R. Covey, author of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. In 2006, Jennifer co-presented with Jack Welch, the former CEO of GE, at four conferences attended by 4,000+ people. She enjoys outdoor activities in sunny Colorado where she lives with her husband and daughters.

Todd Davis has over 25 years of experience in training, training development, executive recruiting, sales, and marketing. He has been with FranklinCovey for the past 12 years and is currently the Vice President of People Services. Prior to this role, Todd was a Director for FranklinCovey's Innovation Group where he led the development of core offerings including The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People – Signature Program and The 4 Disciplines of Execution. He also worked for several years as FranklinCovey's Director of Recruitment—attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent for the organization. Prior to FranklinCovey, Todd worked in the medical industry for 9 years where he recruited physicians and medical executives along with marketing physician services to hospitals and clinics throughout the country. Todd is extremely passionate about teaching and living the principles and concepts contained in FranklinCovey content. He believes strongly that to become a true leader you must first “be the change”. He diligently strives to be a model of what he teaches.

This April marks Marianne's 20th year with FranklinCovey. She first joined the company as the Vice President of Sales for the Western Region through Franklin Quest's acquisition of Time Systems. When FranklinCovey decided to open regional offices throughout the U.S. eight years ago, Marianne resumed a management and leadership role as the Western Region was formed. She now works with eight client partners, serving more than 1100 companies throughout the Western United States, along with consultants, inside sales associates and the Western Region office staff. Prior to becoming the General Manager of the Region Marianne took a sabbatical from her role as a sales leader in order to be face to face with FranklinCovey's clients in the classroom. Having a passion for enabling greatness in people and organizations everywhere she served as a consultant for three years and views the experience as one of the highlight of her career. Prior to her tenure with the company Marianne was a residential and commercial Realtor in Arizona, receiving the award of Central Arizona Realtor of the Year in 1988. For 10 years Marianne served on the Board of Education in Payson, Arizona. She also served on educational boards and committees at the State and Federal level. During her tenure on the Board of Education she had the unique honor of testifying before the House of Representatives and the Senate sub-committees on behalf of children's issues. She was also one of four delegates to the American Council of Young Political Leaders conferences to a Nato Study Tour in Norway. Marianne's educational background is from Biola University, La Mirada, California - in Organizational Leadership. Marianne lives in San Clemente, California and enjoys the ocean, gardening, reading , and playing with any of her 10 grandchildren. Her recent trip to Rwanda has furthered Marianne's passion to work with and support the women and children of Rwanda and Kenya.

Entering his tenth year with FranklinCovey, Scott Miller has recently been promoted to General Manager of Global Client Facilitators. This new role for Scott caps his 10 years on the front line working with thousands of client facilitators across many markets and countries. Previous to his promotion, Scott served as the General Manager of our Central Region based in Chicago for the past six years. Prior to the role in Chicago, Scott served as the Director of FranklinCovey's Education Division and the Director of Leadership Integration for the United Kingdom. Scott started his career with Covey Leadership Center as a Client Partner in 1996.

Shawn has been with Franklin Covey for 17 years, and is currently the General Manager of Government Services and Education. Prior to this, he was Vice President of Business Development for the Training Process Outsourcing group, and before this, he presided over nine business units, including Franklin Covey's vertical market sales, targeting Federal Government, Law Enforcement, Healthcare, Automotive, Direct Sales, Education, and Technology. He also had responsibility for Franklin Covey's internal learning university. Prior to this, Shawn was responsible for leading Covey Leadership Center's Eastern Region and Federal Programs business. In addition to his sales and marketing roles, he has conducted numerous training courses and keynote addresses to a broad base of clients across the globe, and has worked with leading organizations across the world, including, British Petroleum, Exxon Corp, Accenture, EDS, the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy. Shawn Moon has also been a Principal with the Mellon Financial Corporation, where he had responsibility for business development of Mellon's comprehensive Human Resources Outsourcing offering. In addition to his business development activities, he coordinated activities within the consulting and advisory community for Mellon Human Resources and Investor Solutions.

Paul Walker is an eight year veteran of FranklinCovey Co. Today, he serves as one of five general managers in FranklinCovey U.S. operations. He oversees the Central Region, an 11 state area that also includes Ontario, CN, in the capacity of General Manager. As such, he and his team are responsible for the sales, marketing, business development client, relations and financial revenue in the region. Paul began his career with FranklinCovey in 2000 in the role of business developer, and was responsible for creating business with existing clients and new client opportunities in Kansas, Iowa and Nebraska. He exceeded his sales goal by 16% and increased territory lead flow by 20% in his first year. Paul was then hired and served in the position of client partner in Chicago for five years. He consistently exceeded his sales goals each year, growing the business by 216% during this stretch. In 2006, because of his success in building the business, he was promoted to be the area director for the Chicagoland area of the Central Region. He successfully led a five-member team to achieve a 44% increase in revenue over the prior year while managing some of the company's largest corporate clients. Prior to working for FranklinCovey, Paul was a senior sales partner for Alexander's Digital Printing, where he was responsible for the sales and management of the company's two largest accounts. Previous to that position, Paul was a middle-market pilot coordinator with New York Life, where he worked closely with field-based agents between New York and Utah, coordinating the sales effort, managing program lead-flow and outbound prospecting activities. Paul graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. He and his wife, Melissa, have four children and currently reside in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois.

Sandy Rogers serves as Managing Director and Practice Leader of FranklinCovey's Customer Loyalty Practice which is focused on helping large multi-unit operators in retail, grocery, food service, lodging, and financial services to accelerate growth through increased customer loyalty. Prior to this he spent 14 years with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, most recently as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy. During his time at Enterprise, Sandy led the turn-around of the Enterprise's London, England Operation, and before this he served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. He led the teams that developed Enterprise's consumer marketing strategy including the "Pick Enterprise...We'll Pick You Up" television campaign and ESQi, Enterprise's comprehensive system for measuring and improving customer service across their 7,000 branch network. Before Enterprise, Sandy held marketing positions at Apple Computer, and began his career in brand management at Procter & Gamble. Sandy serves as an advisor to the Board of Advance Auto Parts. He is Chairman of the Board of Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri, and President of the Board of Trustees for Community School. Sandy holds a bachelor's degree from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Stephen R. Covey, 76, has been Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors since June 1999. He served as Co- Chairman of the Board of Directors from May 1997 to June 1999. Dr. Covey founded Covey Leadership Center and served as its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board from 1980 to 1997. Dr. Covey received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his doctorate from Brigham Young University, where he was a professor of organizational behavior and business management from 1957 to 1983, except for periods in which he was on leave from teaching, and served as Assistant to the President and Director of University Relations. Dr. Covey is the author of several acclaimed books, including The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Principle-Centered Leadership, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Families, Living the 7 Habits: Stories of Courage and Inspiration, The 8th Habit: From Effectiveness to Greatness, The Nature of Leadership, Everyday Greatness and The Leader in Me. Dr. Covey is also the co-author of First Things First.

Debra Lund is a 17 year veteran of the FranklinCovey Co. She currently serves as the Director of Corporate Public Relations and the Publicist for Stephen R. Covey. She oversees the domestic public relations effort, including the strategy and implementation of all campaigns and media relations. Debra has built lasting relationships with national, regional and local media for nearly 20 years, obtaining interviews and placements with such media outlets as USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Fortune, The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Today Show, Larry King Live, People magazine and Time magazine. Prior to joining FranklinCovey, Debra was a Resident Branch Manager for Kelly Temporary Services in Utah, managing the sales, business development, operations, human resources, marketing and public relations. She managed client relationships with more than 400 companies, and the hiring and placement of more than 600 temporaries. She attended both the University of Utah and Brigham Young University, where she pursued a degree in Communications, with an emphasis in Public Relations. Debra has served on various boards of directors including, The Human Resources Association of Central Utah, The Provo/Orem Chamber of Commerce, The March of Dimes, Operation Smile, The Gathering Place, Women in Business, First Hope and The Gal to Gal Foundation. Debra resides in Utah and enjoys water-skiing, reading, tennis, traveling, current events, community service and spending quality time with family.

Travis Peters is currently the IT Director at FranklinCovey. He oversees all of FranklinCovey's deployment and support of enterprise applications, infrastructure, telecom and IT outsourcing relationships. Before coming to FranklinCovey in January of 1998, Travis attended Brigham Young University where he received a degree in Business Administration and Information Systems. He also was a Spanish Teacher, Teacher Supervisor and Training Coordinator for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at The Missionary Training Center in Provo, Utah for three years. He began his career at FranklinCovey as a Technical Writer and Trainer. Before taking his current role as IT Director, he was as a Software Engineer and the International IT Manager. Travis and his wife, Kimberlee, have five wonderful girls and currently reside in South Jordan Utah. His passions include spending time with his family and friends, and participating, attending and observing almost all sports.

Derek joined Franklin Covey as Assistant Controller in August 1996 and was named Corporate Controller in September 2003. Prior to joining Franklin Covey, he served as Director of Financial Reporting at Marker International and as a Senior Accountant with Deloitte & Touche, LLP in Salt Lake City, Utah. He has over 17 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting. Derek is a licensed CPA in the state of Utah and received his Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science (Accounting) Degrees from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah in 1991.

Dave brings over 20 years of entrepreneurial and business management experience to Futura. Dave has a primary responsibility for day-to-day operations, contract negotiations, and initial HR responsibilities. Dave has strong hands-on experience in business and marketing communications and has specific experience in developing, negotiating and executing contracts with local, regional and national business and governmental groups. Dave has experience in team and consensus building and is certified as a professional business coach with Coach Labs International and as a trainer by The Franklin Covey Company and Decision Analysis. Dave has a degree in advertising from the University of Missouri , Columbia School of Journalism.

Mr. Green joined Hotchkis and Wiley in 1997 as an equity portfolio manager. He served as the Director of Research at Hotchkis and Wiley from 1999 to 2000. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Green worked as a senior equity analyst with Goldman Sachs Asset Management on the Broad Market Value team. Before joining Goldman Sachs, he worked as an equity analyst with Prudential Investment Corporation where he began his investment career in 1990. Mr. Green's investment experience is focused primarily on analysis of publicly traded equities. Mr. Green, a CFA charterholder, is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his BA in economics with honors from the University of California, Berkeley.

Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah. Doug has thirteen years of experience with FranklinCovey as a managing consultant. He has also been instrumental in establishing and servicing many significant client relationships with Fortune 500 companies, including AT&T, Accenture, Citibank, MCI, Shell Oil, Merrill Lynch, and Beverly Enterprises. He has spent much of his time in senior level consulting and executive coaching. In addition to his work in the U.S. and Canada, Doug has conducted numerous training courses and workshops throughout Asia, Australia and Europe. His emphasis is to align vision, mission and core values with short-term strategic goals. In short, he helps organizations and individuals more fully tap their creative energies for increased sales, market position and profits. An intense competitor and sports enthusiast, Doug is an avid skier, golfer and competes regularly at the national level in handball. He and his family currently reside in Utah where he is active in a number of civic and church responsibilities. Doug grew up in California, where he was a member of the varsity football and track teams at Arcadia High School. He was an American Field Service Exchange student to Germany in the summer of 1964, and was elected student body president for his senior year of high school. Doug has also earned the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America. Doug recieved a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University with minors in both Political Science and German. He recieved an MBA from the University of Utah with an emphasis in finance. Doug also served as a full-time missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints to both Switzerland and Lebanon. He has been married to his wife Barbara for 34 years, and they are the parents of 5 children and 3 grandchildren. Doug has presented training workshops and done consulting in 24 different countries. He is deeply committed to living the values and principles taught in consulting work.

Karen Fox has focused on delivery and facilitation of leadership, management, interpersonal, and presentation skills, as well as trainer development since graduating in 1990 from Georgetown University's training and development program. Ms Kim Yeong is a Consultant and Corporate Trainer with FranklinCovey Malaysia. Her expertise as a Consultant and Corporate Trainer is built on a solid foundation of more than 20 years of rich corporate and business exposure. Mark L. McConkie is a Professor of Public Management at the Graduate School of Public Affairs (GSPA) at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Formerly the Resident Dean of the Graduate School of Public Affairs, he obtained his Doctors Degree in Public Administration from the University of Georgia. His disciplinary focus has been the study of organization development and change, management development, and leadership. He is also a Part Time Associate of the Franklin Covey Company, with whom he has taught leadership and management skills to Fortune 500 Companies and their clients for over a decade. At the same time he has been active in church and civic service, though his central affections are reserved for his wife, his nine children and their children.

Morgan Raj David holds a Masters degree in Political Science from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and a Bachelors degree in Social Science from University of Malaya. He has more than 15 years of working experience, predominantly in training and development arena. Morgan has developed vast experience in the full spectrum of Human Resources Development. This includes designing, developing, and delivering training programs. He has been in the Human Resources in various industries, ranging from security, retail, foreign bank and multinational insurance company. In addition to training, he was also involved in the recruitment & selection of Management Trainees, monitoring career progression and succession planning. He also lectures and supervises Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration degree programs run by KLC University of Wales. He is a certified trainer for The 7 Habits of Highly Effective program, and obtained certification from Development Dimensions International (DDI) as Skills for an Empowered Instructor, Thomas International DISC Profiling and The 6 Seconds certification for Emotional Intelligence. For the past ten over years he has been facilitating behavioral, leadership, motivational and managing change. Norrizah has served as an Information Technology professional in IBM for close to eleven years. During her tenure, she provided consultancy services to diverse business operations, whilst being entrusted with the stewardship of one of IBM’s top three clients. She took it upon herself to be involved with the clients’ business challenges, to appreciate their concerns and to work with them to formulate strategic I.T. plans. Norrizah has had the privilege of attending numerous “Hundred Percent Clubs”, a prestigious recognition event for qualifiers who over-achieved their performance and evaluation targets. Prior to this, she pursued the academic profession in a leading local university in the faculty of Computer Science. She is currently on the list of course leaders for the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM). Upon her completion at IBM, she has also been invited back by her clients to lead them in their planning and strategy sessions. Over the last three years, she has also been engaged by a number of multinational companies as an external consultant to assist them in their executive placement strategies. Norrizah has been exposed to Stephen Covey’s Seven Habits of Highly Effective People concepts and implementation strategies since early 1993. She was fundamentally involved in the company-wide transformation which led to IBM being honored with the Malcolm Baldridge award as well as the Prime Minister’s Quality Award. She holds an M.Sc (Statistics) from the University of Kentucky, Lexington (1981). Norrizah is a Certified Licensed Facilitator of FranklinCovey’s Seven Habits™ and What Matters Most® time management programs.

Prior to working with FranklinCovey Ralph worked for ten years in private legal practice, as an experienced commercial lawyer specialising in litigation and dispute resolution. He has detailed knowledge of many business challenges having worked closely with a variety of organisations including banks, contractors, limited companies and professional partnerships. Ralph's facilitation is informative, energetic, practical and fun. He has the ability to inspire and challenge delegates to improve personal capacity and professional performance through the application of fundamental principles. Ralph provides a flexible, enthusiastic and engaging learning environment that encourages confidence as well as the courage and commitment to contribute more effectively. Ralph is a director of a virtual building materials supply company and works as an executive secretary to the board of an international voluntary group. He lives in South Wales with his wife and four children.

Tim is a skilled facilitator and performance consultant with more than 17 years experience in general management and training and development on projects involving a diverse client base across all sectors. Prior to working with FranklinCovey he was a Business Development Manager, initiating and managing strategic alliances and partnerships within the UK. Among the projects he worked on were the BT Global Challenge Sailing Race with The Challenge Business and Sir Chay Blyth, an Emotional Intelligence Validation Project and Business Forums with Henley Management College, a project with Clive Woodward and the England Rugby Squad, and global relationship marketing with BT. Since 1999 Tim has worked with FranklinCovey's curricula both in the UK and overseas. He is experienced across all of FranklinCovey solutions, and works with clients to diagnose performance needs (both individual and organisational) and to establish impact measures. Thus, both in the formal learning environment and subsequently, Tim's approach brings the principles to life within the relevant context for the participants.

Boyd Craig is executive director of FranklinCovey's Stephen R. Covey Group and a senior consultant. For nearly two decades, he has been Stephen R. Covey's partner in spreading the influence of principle-centered leadership throughout the world. Boyd assisted Dr. Covey in the research, development, writing, and/or editing of his bestselling books Principle-Centered Leadership, First Things First, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Families, Living the 7 Habits, The 8th Habit: From Effectiveness to Greatness, and Everyday Greatness. Boyd graduated with distinction from Brigham Young University with a Masters of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy. He is very involved in community service and youth leadership development and serves on the executive board of America's Freedom Foundation. He enjoys reading great literature (classics, historical biographies, political philosophy, business/leadership), singing, playing tennis, skiing, hiking, and most of all, being with his family. He and his wife, Michelle Daines Craig, have three children and live at the foot of the Rocky Mountains of Utah.

Mr. McNamara is the founder and chairman of the Hampstead Group, a real estate-oriented private equity firm. Earlier he was a senior executive with the Bass family of Forth Worth, Texas. He is board chairman of the FelCor Lodging Trust, one of the nation's largest hotel real estate investment trusts, and also serves on the boards of Omega Healthcare Investors and Fanklin Covey. He is a trustee of the Virginia Tech Foundation and the St. Mark's School of Texas.

From 1994 to 2002, Ms. Stepp was principal and owner of Executive Solutions, a management consulting firm in Portland, Oregon. From 1989 to 1992, Ms. Stepp was President and Chief Operating Officer of Portland General Electric, an electric utility. Ms. Stepp is Chair of the Corporate Board of Providence Health System and also serves as a director of Planar Systems, Inc. and Franklin Covey Co. Ms. Stepp is Chair of the Organization & Compensation Committee and serves on the Finance & Operations Committee.

Mr. Peterson has been a Director of the company since its founding. Mr. Peterson is currently on the Board of well-known companies such as JetBlue and Franklin Covey. He is Managing Partner of Peterson Ventures, Inc. and a lecturer at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University. He is the former National Managing Partner of Trammell Crow Company, a position he held from 1988 to 1991. Between 1973 and 1988, he held a variety of other management positions with Trammell Crow. Mr. Peterson serves on the boards of numerous companies, foundations, organizations and schools. He holds an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science (summa cum laude) from Brigham Young University.

Neal Moszkowski has been a director of the Company since 2006. He previously served as a director of the Company from March 1999 to May 2005. He has been the Co-Chief Executive Officer of TowerBrook Capital Partners, LP, a private equity investment firm, since 2005. Prior to joining TowerBrook, Mr. Moszkowski was Managing Director and Co-Head of Soros Private Equity, the private equity investment business of Soros Fund Management LLC, where he served since August 1998. From August 1993 to August 1998, Mr. Moszkowski worked for Goldman, Sachs & Co. and affiliates, where he served as Vice President and Executive Director in the Principal Investment Area. Mr. Moszkowski also currently serves as a director of Wellcare Health Plans, Inc., Bluefly, Inc. and Spheris, Inc. as well as several privately-owned companies.

Mr. Wheelwright recently retired from his position as the Edsel Bryant Ford Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School. Professor Wheelwright first taught at Harvard from 1971-79 and was the Thomas Henry Carroll-Ford Foundation Visiting Professor from 1985-86. He rejoined the Harvard faculty in 1988. In his years away from Harvard, he was the Kleiner, Perkins, Caufield and Byers Professor of Management at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Professor Wheelwright has a B.S. degree in Mathematics from the University of Utah and an M.B.A. and Ph.D. from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. In addition to his Harvard and Stanford positions, Professor Wheelwright served on the faculty of INSEAD (European Institute of Management) in Fontainebleau, France. He was Vice President of Sales in a family-owned printing company and has consulted in the areas of business/operations strategy and improving product development capabilities. Professor Wheelwright currently serves as Chairman of the Board of HBS Publishing, and as a Board member at O.C. Tanner Company (service awards) Quantum Corporation (data storage), at Zions Bank (banking), and at CheckSum (circuit board testing equipment).
