Mr. Goenaga has been Executive Vice President, President and Chief Executive Officer, Europe and North Africa since October 2007. In this role, he leads General Cable’s businesses in Europe and North Africa which have grown by 100% in the last several years through three major acquisitions and internal growth. Prior to that, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of General Cable Europe since 2001. He joined General Cable in 1963. Throughout his service with General Cable, Goenaga has held numerous leadership roles in both finance and general management, including Managing Director of General Cable, Iberia. General Cable Europe is engaged in the production of wire and cable for energy, industrial, construction, and data and telecommunications applications. With manufacturing facilities in Spain, Portugal, France and Germany, General Cable Europe and North Africa provides wire and cable products to a diverse customer base, both directly and through distributors and retailers.

Mr. Kenny has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of General Cable since August 2001. He was President and Chief Operating Officer of General Cable from May 1999 to August 2001. From March 1997 to May 1999, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of General Cable. From June 1994 to March 1997, he was Executive Vice President of the subsidiary of General Cable which was General Cable’s immediate predecessor. He is also a director of Cardinal Health Incorporated and Corn Products International. Mr. Kenny has a diverse career in government and industry. In 1975, through competitive exam, Mr. Kenny entered the U.S. Department of State as a Foreign Service Officer. His diplomatic career focused on international economics and trade, and included tours in Washington DC and South America. In 1982, Mr. Kenny moved to the private sector joining the Penn Central Corporation, then a $3.0 billion revenues, multi-industry conglomerate. As an officer, he held a variety of positions including VP Corporate Development and Group Executive for the Technical Products and Services companies, which included Penn Central’s activities in Rail Services, Satellite Systems and Nuclear/Environmental engineering. Mr. Kenny holds a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University, a Masters of Business Administration from The George Washington University and a Masters of Public Administration from Harvard University (NYSE: CPO).

Executive Vice President, President and Chief Executive Officer for General Cable North America since August 1, 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Lampert was Executive Vice President and Group President, North American Electrical and Communications Infrastructure since October 2007. In this role, he has leadership responsibility for General Cable’s cord, cordsets, electronics, data communications, industrial, specialty wire harnesses and telecommunications business teams. Prior to that, he was Vice President and General Manager of Carol® Brand products for General Cable since January 2004. He joined General Cable in 1998 and has worked in a number of capacities including product management, sales and business team leadership. Prior to joining General Cable, he held engineering and management positions with Dow Chemical Company and Cintas Corporation. Mr. Lampert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Masters degree in Strategy, Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Xtek, Inc, a manufacturer of specialty goods for the steel and aluminum industries. Mr. Lampert is also the former Chairman of the Standing Commission of the International Cablemakers’ Federation.

Mr. Sandoval will continue as President of Phelps Dodge International Corporation (PDIC), and serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of General Cable’s Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa and Mideast/Asia-Pacific Region. He began his 24-year career with PDIC as a process engineer in Costa Rica and has held positions in engineering, operations and management, including General Manager of PDIC’s Honduras-based business, President of their Venezuelan operations, Vice President of their Global Aluminum Business Segment and Vice President of PDIC’s Global Energy Segment. He became President of PDIC in 2001. Mr. Sandoval holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Costa Rica and a Sc. in Industrial Electronics from Montani Institute in Italy. Mathias is fluent in English and Spanish and speaks conversational Italian and Portuguese.

Mr. Macdonald has been Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Business Development since October 2007. In this role, he will continue to lead our Company’s North American Sales Team while working with each of our global sales and business leaders to align our commercial strategies and ensure that we present one face to global customers across all regions and teams as well as identify unmet customer requirements. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President, Sales and Business Development for General Cable since September 2001. He joined the Company as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Electrical Cables in December 1999. He began his career in military and government service. He served 25 years as an officer in the British Armed Services, and ended his distinguished career as Brigadier General, where he led a special engineer brigade and all Army engineer training managing 6,500 people. Mr. Macdonald holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Military College of Science and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers in the UK and a registered (Chartered) engineer in both the UK and Europe.

Mr. Dickerson has been Vice President of Finance, Investor Relations and Corporate Development since October 2007. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations since October 2005. He joined General Cable in March of 2004 as Finance Manager for the North American Communications Group and was promoted to Business Unit Manager of the Communications Group in March 2005. Mr. Dickerson began his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen in 1989. In 1993, he joined Litton Industries assisting the audit staff with merger and acquisition support services. In 1994, Mr. Dickerson joined Belden Inc. where he spent nearly ten years and held a variety of senior financial management positions in both the North American operating units, as well as corporate finance. Mr. Dickerson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Dayton and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Susan has over 20 years of business experience, five of which were dedicated to Sales and Marketing and fifteen years in Human Resources for companies such as General Cable, Fisher Scientific, and Nabisco in the position of Human Resources Development Manager. Her education includes an A.S. degree in Marketing and a B.S degree in Business Management and Industrial Relations from Seton Hall University. Susan's expertise in increasing productivity through effective programs and policies and her work ethic is an asset to developing client programs and promotions. Susan brings a wealth of knowledge to B to B Promotions in both Marketing and Human Resources which is significant to building effective Incentive, Premium, and Sales Promotion programs.
