Goodrich Petroleum Corp.

Walter G. Gil Goodrich became Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors in February 2003. He has served as the Company s Chief Executive Officer since August 1995. Mr. Goodrich was Goodrich Oil Company s Vice President of Exploration from 1985 to 1989 and its President from 1989 to August 1995. He joined Goodrich Oil Company, which held interests in and served as operator of various properties owned by a predecessor of the Company, as an exploration geologist in 1980. Gil Goodrich is the son of Henry Goodrich. He has served as one of the Company s directors since August 1995.

Robert C. Turnham, Jr. has served as our Chief Operating Officer since August 1995 and became President and Chief Operating Officer in February 2003. He has held various positions in the oil and natural gas business since 1981. From 1981 to 1984, Mr. Turnham served as a financial analyst for Pennzoil. In 1984, he formed Turnham Interests, Inc. to pursue oil and natural gas investment opportunities. From 1993 to August 1995, he was a partner in and served as President of Liberty Production Company, an oil and natural gas exploration and production company. He has served as a director since December 2006.

Mr. Watler joined the company in his current capacity in March 2003. He is a former partner of Price Waterhouse LLP in their Houston and Tulsa offices, and was the Chief Financial Officer of Texoil, Inc. a public exploration and production company from 1992 to 1995, as well as XPRONET a private international energy company from 1998-2002. From 1995 to 1998 Mr. Watler served as corporate controller for TPC Corp., a mid-stream natural gas company.

Mr. Ferchau became Executive Vice President of the Company in April 2004. From February 2003 to April 2004, he served as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Engineering and Operations, after initially joining the Company as a Vice President in September 2001. Mr. Ferchau previously served as Production Manager for Forcenergy Inc. from 1997 to 2001 and as Vice President, Engineering of Convest Energy Corporation from 1993 to 1997. Prior thereto, Mr. Ferchau held various positions with Wagner & Brown, Ltd. and other independent oil and gas companies.

Mr. Marston has been the Company's Vice President Land since August 1995. From 1977 to 1995, he served as Vice President Land of Goodrich Oil Company, which held interests in and served as operator of various properties owned by a predecessor of the Company. Prior to joining Goodrich Oil Company, he was a landman with Crystal Oil Company. Mr. Marston is a Certified Petroleum Landman and is based in the Company's Shreveport office.

Geraldine A. Ferraro, of New York City, is executive vice president and head of public affairs practice of The Global Consulting Group, a leading international investor relations and corporate communications firm. She made history as the first woman to be nominated for vice-president on a national party ticket when she ran with Democrat Walter Mondale in 1984. She was first elected to Congress from New York's 9th Congressional District (in Queens) in 1978 and served three terms as a strong voice against the Reagan administration economic policies. Ferraro was the alternate U.S.

Mr. Bagot joined the Company as Vice President – Geology in July 2004. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Senior Staff Geologist with Peoples Energy Production Company for 2-1/2 years where he evaluated acquisitions and developed assets in East Texas, Louisiana and the Upper Gulf Coast. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Bagot was the Exploration Manager for Bridas Energy USA, the domestic affiliate of a diversified South American energy conglomerate. Previously, he served as a geological consultant and as a staff geologist for several independent oil and gas companies for nearly 20 years. Mr. Bagot has had extensive experience with a variety of oil and gas basins in the U.S. as well as in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.

Mr. Seeligson is currently engaged in the management of his personal investments in Houston, Texas. From 1991 to 1993 Mr. Seeligson was a Vice President, Energy Corporate Finance at Schroder Wertheim & Company, Inc. From 1993 to 1995, Mr. Seeligson was a Principal, Corporate Finance, at Wasserstein, Perella & Co. He was a managing director with the investment banking firm of Harris, Webb & Garrison from 1997 to June 2000. He is currently engaged in the management of his personal investments. He has served as one of the Company’s directors since August 1995.

Gene Washington is the Director of Football Operations with the National Football League (NFL) in New York. He previously served as a professional sportscaster and as Assistant Athletic Director for Stanford University prior to assuming his present position with the NFL in 1994. Mr. Washington serves and has served on numerous corporate and civic boards, including serving as a director for Delia s, a NYSE-listed company as well as a director of the former New York Bancorp, Inc., a NYSE-listed company. He was elected to our Board of Directors in June 2003.

Mr. Callaghan is the Managing Partner of Callaghan & Nawrocki, L.L.P, an audit, tax and consulting firm located on Long Island, New York. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He was employed by a major accounting firm from 1979 until 1986, at which time he formed his present firm. Mr. Callaghan also serves as a director and chairman of the Finance Committee of both Andrea Systems, Inc. and the Friends of Long Island Heritage. He was elected to the Company's Board of Directors in June 2003.

Mr. Austin is the managing member of El Coronado Holdings, L.L.C., a privately owned investment holding company. He and his family own and operate agricultural properties in the state of Arizona and northern Sonora, Mexico through El Coronado Ranch & Cattle Company, L.L.C. and other entities. Mr. Austin previously served on the Board of Directors of Monterey Bay Bancorp of Watsonville, California, and is a prior board member of New York Bancorp, Inc., which merged with North Fork Bancorporation in early 1998. He is an active investor in publicly traded financial institutions. He became one of the Company’s directors in August 2002.

Steven A. Webster has served as a director since May 2005. Mr. Webster has been President and Co-Managing Partner of Avista Capital Partners LP, a partnership focusing on private equity investments in energy, media, healthcare and other industries, since June 2005. Since 2000, he has been a consultant to Global Energy Partners, an affiliate of Credit Suisse First Boston LLC, which has specialized in private equity investments in the energy industry. From 2000 to June 2005, he served as Chairman of Global Energy Partners. From 1998 to 1999, he served as President and CEO of R&B Falcon Corporation, a marine contract drilling company. From 1988 through 1997, Mr. Webster was Chairman and CEO of Falcon Drilling Company Inc., a company he founded. Mr. Webster has been a financial intermediary since 1979 and an active investor since 1984 in the energy sector. He currently serves as Chairman of Basic Energy Services, Carrizo, Pinnacle Gas Resources and Solitario Resources He remains a Trust Manager of Camden and is a Director of Encore Bancshares, Frontier Drilling, Geokinetics, Grey Wolf, Laramie Energy, MedServe, Peregrine Oil & Gas and Seacor Holdings.
