Kingsley, 45, was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer as well as to the company's Board of Directors in March 2005, having served as Chief Operating Officer since 2004. In April 2006, he was named Chairman of the Board. Prior to joining IDEX, he progressed through a series of increasingly responsible operating positions at Danaher Corporation, including Corporate Vice President and Group Executive for the combined industrial controls and sensors businesses; President of the Industrial Controls group; and President, Motion group - Special Purpose Systems. Kingsley is a member of the Board of Directors of Cooper Industries

Kamath, 57, joined IDEX in January of 2004. Prior to joining IDEX, Kamath was the Vice President and Chief Information Officer at IMC Global Inc, a global manufacturer with annual revenues over 2.0 billion. Before IMC Global, he served as the VP-IS at SunSource Industrial Services company and VP-Materials/Logistics Planning at one of its subsidiaries after having progressed through increasingly responsible operational positions.

Romeo, 48, joined IDEX in January 2004. He previously served as vice president - chief financial officer for Honeywell Aerospace. Prior to Honeywell, Romeo served as vice president - finance for AAR Trading, an aircraft and parts aftermarket and trading organization; in financial planning and analysis with GE Aircraft Engines; and in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Salliotte, 42, joined IDEX in October 2004 from his most recent position as a vice president with Oxford Investment Group, a middle market private equity firm. Prior to the Oxford Investment Group, Salliotte served as a group vice president, business development for the fluid & material handling group within SPX Corporation.

Notaro, 44, joined IDEX in March 1998. Before that, he was a partner in the law firm Hodgson Russ LLP

Carter, 44, was appointed to his current position in April 2006, having served as director of worldwide tax and assistant treasurer since April 2005. Prior to joining IDEX, Carter served as director of worldwide tax and assistant treasurer for BorgWarner Inc. Prior to BorgWarner, he was vice president of tax with Jones Lang LaSalle. He began his career in public accounting with KPMG.

Morgan, 51, joined IDEX in June, 2008. Prior to IDEX, Morgan worked for Bally Total Fitness Corporation where he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. He has over twenty eight years of increasingly responsible positions in human resources with Bally Total Fitness, Bally Entertainment Corporation, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Morgan has a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Labor Economics from Cornell University.

Mitts, 36, joined IDEX in September 2005. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of PerkinElmer's Asia operations, based out of Singapore. Prior to PerkinElmer, Mitts served as Director of Finance for Honeywell Aerospace's Business & General Aviation avionics division.

McMurray, 56, has been in his current position since October 2000. He previously served as vice president - group executive from November 1998 through September 2000, and a president of Viking Pump from January 1997 through September 2000. McMurray has worked with IDEX for 13 years.

Sloan, 47, joined IDEX in July 1995. He most recently served as Vice President - Operations for Micropump, a unit of IDEX Corporation. Prior to joining IDEX, Sloan served as Director - Operations for Oklahoma Aerospace, an aerospace subcontract consulting firm; and in a series of increasingly responsible roles in operations and materials management in a variety of manufacturing organizations.

Yates, 43, joined IDEX in October 2005. Prior to joining IDEX, Mike spent 18 years in public accounting with KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Chicago. During his public accounting career he provided audit services to multinational manufacturing and technology clients, including such clients as Motorola, AM General Corporation, SPSS, Cabot Microelectronics and CCC Information Services.

Fisher, 45, joined IDEX in September 2003 to lead its investor relations and public relations initiatives. Prior to IDEX, she most recently served as vice president - investor relations for Wallace Computer Services. She has more than 20 years of investor relations and corporate communications experience spanning a variety of industries from manufacturing to information technology to financial services.

Mr. Kenny has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of General Cable since August 2001. He was President and Chief Operating Officer of General Cable from May 1999 to August 2001. From March 1997 to May 1999, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of General Cable. From June 1994 to March 1997, he was Executive Vice President of the subsidiary of General Cable which was General Cable’s immediate predecessor. He is also a director of Cardinal Health Incorporated and Corn Products International. Mr. Kenny has a diverse career in government and industry. In 1975, through competitive exam, Mr. Kenny entered the U.S. Department of State as a Foreign Service Officer. His diplomatic career focused on international economics and trade, and included tours in Washington DC and South America. In 1982, Mr. Kenny moved to the private sector joining the Penn Central Corporation, then a $3.0 billion revenues, multi-industry conglomerate. As an officer, he held a variety of positions including VP Corporate Development and Group Executive for the Technical Products and Services companies, which included Penn Central’s activities in Rail Services, Satellite Systems and Nuclear/Environmental engineering. Mr. Kenny holds a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University, a Masters of Business Administration from The George Washington University and a Masters of Public Administration from Harvard University (NYSE: CPO).

On February 20, 2008, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Milzcik as a director of the Company, effective April 8, 2008. He has beeb President and Chief Executive Officer of Barnes Group Inc. since October 2006. In 2006, prior to his appointment as President, Mr. Milzcik served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Barnes Group Inc. He served as President, Associated Spring Group, Barnes Group Inc., from 2004 to 2006, and President, Barnes Aerospace, Barnes Group Inc., from 2003 until 2004. Mr. Milzcik is a director of Barnes Group Inc. Mr. Milzcik will become a member of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors on April 8, 2008.

Mr. Tokarz currently serves as Chairman and Portfolio Manager of the Fund and as Manager of The Tokarz Group Advisers LLC ("TTGA"), the investment adviser to the Fund (the "Adviser"). Mr. Tokarz also is Chairman of The Tokarz Group, a private merchant bank, since 2002. Prior to this, Mr. Tokarz was a senior General Partner and Administrative Partner at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., a private equity firm specializing in management buyouts. He also currently serves on the corporate boards of Conseco, Inc., Walter Industries, Inc. (Chairman of the board), Mueller Water Products, Inc., IDEX Corporation, Stonewater Control Systems, Lomonosov, Athleta, Inc. and Apertio Ltd. Mr. Tokarz is an active member of the endowment committee and Board of Trustees of YMCA in Westchester County. He is also a member of the Board of the Warwick Business School in England. He is Chairman elect and is a member of the Board of the University of Illinois Foundation, and serves on its executive committee, investment policy committee and is Chairman of the budget and finance committee; he is also a member of the Venture Capital Subcommittee and serves as a member of the Board of Managers for Illinois Ventures, LLC. Mr. Tokarz also serves as the Chairman of the Illinois Emerging Technology Fund LLC. Mr. Tokarz serves as a director for the following portfolio companies of the Fund: Baltic Motors Corporation, Dakota Growers Pasta Company, Ohio Medical Corporation, Timberland Machines & Irrigation, Inc., Harmony Pharmacy & Health Centers, Inc., and previously served on the Board of Vestal Manufacturing Enterprises, Inc. from April 2004 until July 2005.

Ms. Chandy has been Vice President Chief Marketing Officer of Rohm and Haas Company since 2007. Ms. Chandy served as Vice President of Marketing and Commercial Excellence, Thermo Fisher Scientific, from prior to 2004 to 2007. She is a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Cook has been Chairman since August 2005, and President and Chief Executive Officer since August 2004, of Donaldson Company, Incorporated. He served as Senior Vice President, International and Chief Financial Officer, Donaldson Company, Incorporated, from prior to 2004 to August 2004. Mr. Cook is a director of Donaldson Company, Incorporated. He is a member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
