Dr. Gioacchino DeChirico was elected Chief Executive Officer in September 2006 and had served as Chief Executive Officer for six months in 2004. Dr. DeChirico was promoted to President in July 2003. Previous to that he had served as the Company's Director of European Operations before he was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer in 2003. Before joining the Company in 1994 he was employed by Ortho Diagnostic Systems, Inc. beginning in 1979 as General Manager, Immunocytometry, with worldwide responsibility. Ortho Diagnostics is a diagnostics subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson that, among other things, produces and distributes blood banking reagents.
Ralph Eatz joined Immucor as Senior Vice President of Operations in 1982. A 28-year veteran of the blood banking reagent industry, Mr. Eatz's responsibilities include overseeing manufacturing and research. Prior to Immucor, Mr. Eatz served as Vice President of manufacturing at Biological Corporation of America. His career also includes positions working with Schering Plough Corporation and American Hoeschst Corporation. Mr. Eatz is actively involved with the American Blood Resources Association. A graduate of C.W. Post College in biology, Mr. Eatz received a master's degree in biology from Long Island University.
Mr. Flynt is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 25 years of financial management experience. He has most recently served as Vice President - Finance with McKesson Corporation in Alpharetta, Georgia. From July 2004 through January 2007, he was Senior Vice President - Corporate Controller & Chief Accounting Officer with Per-Se Technologies, Inc., which was acquired by McKesson Corporation in January 2007. From 1997 through 2004, he served in a variety of senior financial management positions with GNB Technologies, Inc., Exide Technologies, Inc. and GTS Energy. Prior to that he had 15 years of public accounting experience with Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. De Jaegher joined Immucor in May 2007 as Vice President International. Mr. De Jaegher has 30 years experience in the health care industry. He has worked for the Diagnostics Division of Abbott Laboratories for 25 years where he has held a variety of general management positions both in Europe and the United States. Before joining Immucor, he was CEO of Applied NanoSystems, a Dutch venture capital financed company focusing on drug delivery applications, and Vice President Commercial Operations EMEA for Chiron. Mr. De Jaegher holds an engineering degree from the Nuclear Physics Institute in Brussels, Belgium.

Joseph E. Rosen has been a director of the Company since 1982 except for a three-year hiatus in 1995-1998. With the appointment of Mr. Rosen in November of 2006, the position of Chairman of the Board will be filled by an independent outside director for the first time in the Company's history.
Mr. Rosen is currently Director Business Development and Planning for BioLife Plasma Services. Mr. Rosen was previously an owner of Sera-Tec Biologicals from its inception in 1969, where he served in various capabilities including President from 1986 until 2001. Mr. Rosen is currently serving as Chairman of the Board of the PPTA Source, the plasma collection industry trade group, and has been a member of the board of directors of several public and private health care companies. He has over 39 years of experience in the plasma and blood banking industry.

Ed Gallup was a founder of the Company in 1982 and was Chairman of the Board of Directors until his recent retirement. Mr. Gallup retired as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board in September 2006 after serving almost continually since the Company's founding. Mr. Gallup is a 35-year industry veteran previously serving as Vice President and General Manager of the Biological Corporation of America and as President of Clinical Services, Inc.
Mr. Gallup was recently appointed as Chairman, Emeritus and will continue to serve as a consultant for the Company.

Jim Clouser, currently a consultant, served for many years as President, CEO and a board member of
SteriGenics International, the global leader in medical device sterilization services, where he led the initial
public offering of SteriGenics shares. He has also served as CEO, COO or CFO of several public and private
healthcare and technology companies, including Ion Beam Applications, S.A., Attain Inc. and Diasonics Inc.
Mr. Clouser holds an MBA in Finance and a Masters of Accounting and is a member of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants
Paul Holland, M.D., currently Scientific Director of Delta Blood Bank in Stockton, California, has been
involved in blood banking and transfusion medicine for over 40 years including service as Chief of the Blood
Bank Department of the Clinical Center of the National Institutes of Health, Medical Director and CEO of the
Sacramento Medical Foundation Blood Center, currently doing business as BloodSource, and as a Clinical
Professor of Medicine and Pathology in the Division of Hematology/Oncology at UC Davis Medical Center.
Dr. Holland has also advised biotech companies, U.S. and foreign governments, agencies and
non-governmental organizations, including the World Health Organization; and he has served as President of
the International Society of Blood Transfusion, and as a member of the nominating committee for the Nobel
Prize in Medicine and Physiology

Philip H Moise was appointed Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in April 2007, and serves as the Company s first general counsel. Before joining the Company, Mr. Moise was in the private practice of law, most recently as a partner and Co-Chair of Life Sciences at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP in Atlanta. During a 30-year career in private practice, he represented over 35 public and private companies in the life sciences and medical products industries, and he had represented the Company for over 20 years. Ronny B. Lancaster is Senior Vice President, Federal Government Relations for Assurant, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to joining Assurant, Mr. Lancaster was the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the Morehouse School of Medicine. Mr. Lancaster was previously the Executive Assistant to the Secretary and Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services ("HHS"), where his responsibilities included a wide range of policy, program and management matters. Mr. Lancaster has also served as General Counsel of Hamilton Enterprises, Inc., Senior Washington Representative for Blue Cross/Blue Shield Association, Chief of the Division of Fee-For-Service Plans at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management and Executive Assistant to the Chairman at the National Institute for Advanced Studies.
Mr. Lancaster earned a B.A. in Economics from the Catholic University of America, an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center. He is also admitted to the Bars of Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia, serves as a Board member for the Morehouse College Research Institute and is a past president for the Minority Health Professions Schools as well as the Minority Health Professions Foundation.
