Gopal Ramasamy recently took over as the Chief Information Officer of Intelligroup, Inc., headquartered in New Jersey, USA. Based out of Intelligroup's Global headquarters in Edison, NJ, Gopal's key priorities will be to provide strategic direction and roadmap to the Global Technology Solutions group and ensure that Technology Solutions Group perform as an enabler to various business functions within the company as they grow and serve international markets. Gopal joined Intelligroup in 1994 and has had an impressive track record with the company. He has been responsible for taking on multiple initiatives for the company's growth and expansion, and has been closely associated with some of the company's biggest clients including GE, Procter & Gamble, Eastman Chemical, Hitachi, Pearson Publishing and Armstrong World Industries. Prior to his current new role, Gopal served as the Senior Director for the Global Managed Services organization where he led the growth of the Application Outsourcing practice from 300k to 17 million in 2 years. Prior to this, Gopal worked as Senior Systems Analyst at Systime, an IT services firm based in Bombay, from 1992 to1994. Gopal has a Bachelor of Applied Sciences from the Madurai Kamaraj University, India.

Mr. Collins began his career at Andersen Consulting in 1991 after completing a Bachelor Science in Electrical Engineering at Michigan State University. Over the next 5 and years, Mr. Collins progressed from a systems analyst to managing some of Andersen's most complex projects in the Government and Education practice. In addition, he played a significant role in the design and sales of new products and service lines. In October of 1996, Mr. Collins resigned from his position as a Manager at Andersen, and started Empower Solutions. Empower Solutions was founded with the sole purpose of serving public sector and higher education clients. In addition to his personal and professional interest in this area, Mr. Collins felt that this market segment was one often overlooked and under served by the Big 5 and other consulting firms. Empower Solutions produced over 3 million dollars in revenue in its first year, and grew to over $32 million in annual revenues in 1999. In February of 1999, Empower Solutions was acquired by Intelligroup Inc. Mr. Collins remains with Empower Solutions / Intelligroup as a Director. In addition to his work at Empower Solutions, Mr. Collins sits on the boards of internet banking firm, Netzee (recently sold) and remote device management software company Vicar Networks and owns a 50% interest in a small home building company.

Venu has more than 18 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, in both operational and advisory roles. His role includes strategic planning, developing executive client relationships, driving revenue and extending the overall business model through strategic partnerships for the organization. Venu has a successful track record of building sustainable businesses. He last served as the Managing Director with Ness Global Services (NASDAQ: NSTC) and was responsible for the Enterprise Technology business in the US. Previously, Venu was VP at SeraNova Inc, a NASDAQ-listed e-Business Services Company. Venu has strong experience creating and managing a high growth IT services and outsourcing company. Venu's areas of expertise include business strategy development and execution, global organization and development, Sales & Relationship management. Venu has held various leadership roles in Sales and Relationship Management at Intelligroup, Max Avnet - Motorola and E.I.D Parry Group of companies. Venu holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and Bachelors Degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Venu is a Board member and part of the Executive Team of TiE, Arizona - a global networking and mentoring organization dedicated to the exchange of knowledge and entrepreneurship.

Ajit Isaac was elected to the Board of Directors of the Company in September 2004. Mr. Isaac is an industry specialist on Human Capital related issues in India and is the Founder & Managing Director of PeopleOne Consulting (I) Pvt. Ltd., the fastest growing HR services firm in India.PeopleOne Consulting has recently been acquired by Adecco and is now a part of the largest HR services company in the world. Prior to founding PeopleOne Consulting in June 2000, Mr. Isaac worked with Essar Group, one of India's largest business conglomerate, in various leadership roles. Mr. Isaac is a gold medallist in his Post Graduate program in Personnel Management from the Madras School of Social Work. A British Chevening Scholar, he has also completed a Manager's for Leadership Program from Leeds University.

Ravi C Adusumalli is a General Partner and the Head of India operations for SB Asia Infrastructure Fund (SAIF) Partners. In his role, Ravi is responsible for spearheading SAIF Partners' investments in India. Ravi serves on the board of directors of SAIF's investments in Cybernet Software Services (CSS), Sify, SEVEN Networks, IL & FS Investmart, MakeMytrip.com, VisualSoft and Intelligroup. Ravi joined SAIF Partners in early 2002 as a Principal. Prior to joining SAIF, he was an Associate Partner with Mobius Venture Capital,. a $ 1.25 billion early stage venture capital firm in the Silicon Valley. He previously worked at Credit Suisse First Boston as an Associate and was also with Wasatch Funds, a mutual fund with over $9 billion in assets that specialized in small cap and micro cap companies listed on US and international exchanges. Ravi graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelors of Arts in Economics and Government. In his free time, Ravi enjoys traveling, skiing, mountain biking, and backpacking.

Sandeep Reddy is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of iLabs, an India-centric Private Equity investor with investments focused on execution-risk and have spanned Early Stage, Growth and Buy-out opportunities in chosen domains across the sectors of Technology Products & Services, Media & Entertainment and Financial & Consumer services. Sandeep's educational qualifications are a BS in Computer Science and Finance from Utah State University (USA) and an MBA from IMD (Switzerland). He also has 10 years of experience in Strategy consulting with Price Waterhouse in San Francisco and with Andersen Consulting in London. His industry experience covers Entertainment, High Technology and Energy. His responsibilities have included business unit strategy formulation, market entry strategy, performance analysis, mergers & alliances and business process re-engineering. Sandeep is an active participant on the boards of several companies public and private. He is intimately involved in entrepreneurial activities tying opportunities in India to the US & Europe.

Srini Raju was elected to the Board of Directors of the Company in September 2004. Mr. Raju is a founder and Managing Director of ilabs, an India-centric Private Equity investor with investments focused on execution-risk and have spanned Early Stage, Growth and Buy-out opportunities in chosen domains across the sectors of Technology Products & Services, Media & Entertainment and Financial & Consumer services. Prior to ilabs, from 1992 - 2003, Mr. Raju served as a Director on the Board of Satyam Computer Services, Ltd. and as Chief Operating Officer of Satyam Computer Services Ltd. during 1992-2000. Additionally, Mr. Raju was the founding CEO and Director of Satyam Enterprise Solutions Ltd. and on the board of Sify Ltd. From 1994 - 1996, Raju held the position of CEO of Dun & Bradstreet Satyam Software Ltd. (now known as Cognizant Technology Solutions). Mr. Raju graduated with Honors from R.E.C., Kurukshetra with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and from Utah State University with a Masters degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering.
