William C. Weldon is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Johnson & Johnson, the world's most comprehensive and broadly based health care products company. Mr. Weldon assumed his current responsibilities in April, 2002. Previously Mr. Weldon served as Worldwide Chairman, Pharmaceuticals Group, and a Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. He was elected to the Board in February, 2001. Mr. Weldon joined Johnson & Johnson in 1971 in the sales and marketing department of its McNeil Pharmaceutical subsidiary. In 1982 he was named manager, ICOM Regional Development Center in Southeast Asia. Mr. Weldon was appointed executive vice president and managing director of Korea McNeil, Ltd., in 1984 and managing director of Ortho-Cilag Pharmaceutical, Ltd., in the U.K. in 1986. In 1989, he was named vice president of sales and marketing at Janssen Pharmaceutica in the U.S., and in 1992 he was appointed president of Ethicon Endo-Surgery. In 1995 Mr. Weldon was named a company group chairman of Johnson & Johnson and Worldwide Franchise Chairman of Ethicon Endo-Surgery, the Johnson & Johnson affiliate that develops new procedures for minimally-invasive surgery and designs related products. In 1998 Mr. Weldon was promoted to the Executive Committee and named Worldwide Chairman, Pharmaceuticals Group. Among his outside activities, Mr. Weldon is a member of the Board of Directors of JPMorgan Chase & Co. He is also Chairman of the CEO Roundtable on Cancer, Vice Chair of The Business Council and a member of The Sullivan Commission on Diversity in the Health Professions Workforce. Mr. Weldon also serves on the Liberty Science Center Chairman's Advisory Council and as a member of the Board of Trustees for Quinnipiac University. He previously served as Chairman of the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA).

Colleen Goggins, is a member of Johnson & Johnson's Executive Committee and has served as Worldwide Chairman, Consumer Group since June, 2001. Ms. Goggins joined J&J in 1981. After a series of assignments, she transferred to J&J GmbH in Germany, as Director of Marketing. In 1992, she became President of J&J Canada; in 1994, President, Personal Products Company, U.S.; in 1995, President, Consumer Products Company; she was promoted to Company Group Chairman in 1998. Ms. Goggins earned a B.S. in food chemistry from the University of Wisconsin and an M.M. from Northwestern University's Business School. Ms. Goggins is a member of the Board of Trustees for Historic Morven, Inc. and The Nature Conservancy in New Jersey.

Dominic J. Caruso is Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Johnson & Johnson. Mr. Caruso serves as a member of the Company's Executive Committee and has responsibility for financial and investor relations activities. He assumed his current position in January, 2007. Mr. Caruso joined the Corporation in October 1999 as Chief Financial Officer for Centocor, Inc., with the completion of the merger of Centocor and Johnson & Johnson. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, he had been with Centocor since 1985 with responsibilities for finance, information management, investor relations, procurement and facility services. He also served as general manager of Centocor's Diagnostic Division. Prior to joining Centocor, he had varied industry experiences with the audit and tax services firm KPMG. In 2001, Mr. Caruso was named Vice President of Finance for Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical and a member of its management board. He was named Vice President, Group Finance for Medical Devices & Diagnostics, and a member of the Medical Devices & Diagnostics Group Operating Committee in May, 2003. Mr. Caruso assumed responsibility for the Group Finance organization in December, 2005, the position he held until being named to his present position. Mr. Caruso graduated from Drexel University with a B.S. degree in business administration. Mr. Caruso resides in New Hope, Pennsylvania.

Russell C. Deyo is Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Johnson & Johnson and a member of the Executive Committee, the principal management group responsible for the Company's operations. In addition to the Law Department, the corporate groups supporting quality, health care compliance, privacy, and health, safety and environmental affairs report to him. In January, 2007, he assumed responsibility for Government Affairs. Prior to his appointment as General Counsel in April 2004, Mr. Deyo was Corporate Vice President, Administration, for Johnson & Johnson. He was named to this post and to the Executive Committee in October 1996. Mr. Deyo was Associate General Counsel of Johnson & Johnson for five years and served as a member of the management boards of Personal Products Company, Advanced Care Products and Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical. Mr. Deyo joined Johnson & Johnson as a general attorney in 1985, after a federal judicial clerkship, two years of private practice with a New York law firm and eight years as an Assistant United States Attorney in New Jersey. In his last three years with that office, he was Chief of the Special Prosecutions (Public Corruption) unit, and received a Special Commendation for Outstanding Service from the Attorney General of the United States. Mr. Deyo serves on the Board of Overseers of the Council for Aid to Education, and on the Business Council of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. He is chair of the Corporate Board of Advisors of the National Council of LaRaza, and a member of the Association of General Counsel.

Kaye Foster-Cheek is Vice President, Human Resources, Johnson & Johnson, and a member of the Executive Committee. Ms. Foster-Cheek is responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources and Talent Management functions, including worldwide management succession and organization development, compensation and benefits, education and training, recruiting, equal opportunity, affirmative action, human resources policies and employee & labor relations. She was named to this position in January, 2005. Ms. Foster-Cheek is a member of the Management Compensation Committee and the Pension Committee. In January, 2007, she assumed responsibility for Disability Management, Employee Assistance, Health & Wellness and Corporate Medical. Ms. Foster-Cheek began her Johnson & Johnson career in May, 2003, as Vice President, Human Resources, for the Johnson & Johnson North American Consumer Products Companies. In March, 2004, she was promoted to the position of Vice President, Human Resources, for the Consumer & Personal Care Group, and she became a member of the Human Resources Leadership Team and the Consumer & Personal Care Group Operating Committee, the position she held until assuming her present responsibilities. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Ms. Foster-Cheek held several senior Human Resources executive positions with Pfizer Inc. supporting its pharmaceutical business in Japan, Asia, Africa, Middle East and Latin America, and she led the integration of both the Warner-Lambert and Pharmacia mergers for these countries. She worked for 10 years at The Yellow Pages in operational roles managing customer service for the Northeast region. Among her community and professional associations, Ms. Foster-Cheek is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, a Certified Diversity Trainer/Certified Facilitator for the National Training Lab (NTL) and a Certified Compensation Professional with World at Work. She currently serves as a member of The Executive Leadership Council, an organization that provides African-American executives of Fortune 500 companies with a network and leadership forum that offers perspective and direction for the African-American community and their corporations. She is a past board member of Harlem YMCA Black Achievers in Industry. Ms. Foster-Cheek is an Advisory Board Member of the John J. Heldrich Center for Workforce Development, a member of the Advisory Council on Human Resources Management of The Conference Board and a Board Member of The Francis E. Parker Memorial Home. Ms. Foster-Cheek was an award winner from Black Achievers in Industry and she was named 2004 Woman of the Year by the Corporate Women's Network. Born in Bridgetown, Barbados, Ms. Foster-Cheek earned her undergraduate degree at Baruch College of the City University of New York and received an M.B.A. from Columbia University, Graduate School of Business.

I joined Johnson & Johnson back in 2003 after working at Pfizer for 17 years. As Corporate Vice President, Public Affairs and Corporate Communication, I’m responsible for public relations and corporate communication for the corporation, overseeing the public affairs responsibilities and activities of our widely decentralized family of operating companies. In addition to my responsibilities at Johnson & Johnson, I’m also a member of the Board of Directors for the Foundation for American Communications, the Arthur W. Page Society and am Trustee of the Institute for Public Relations.

Drew Boyd is Director, Marketing Mastery for Johnson & Johnson (Ethicon Endo-Surgery division) in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. He is head of the company's new "marketing university" that is responsible for raising competencies in the areas of strategic marketing, market management, and new product innovation. Of particular focus is teaching employees how to systematically invent new medical products and integrate the inventions into long-range strategic plans. In his eleven years with Johnson & Johnson, Drew has served in marketing, mergers and acquisitions, and international development. Before Johnson & Johnson, he was with United Airlines. In ten years with United, Drew served in sales management, market management, market development, and international marketing. Prior to the airline industry, he spent six years as an Air Force officer in nuclear missile operations and testing. Drew received a bachelor of sciences degree in management from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA from The University of Chicago. Drew is Senior Faculty at Keller Graduate School of Management. He teaches marketing, strategic management, sales management, and international business as an adjunct faculty in both the live and online programs. He is a frequent guest lecturer on the topics of strategic planning, market segmentation, and new product innovation.

Jim Irving joined Johnson & Johnson in 1981. Currently, Jim is Director of Government Relations and Strategic Affairs. His role with the federal government and Ontario provincial government is to develop business relationships with the politicians and bureaucrats to understand and influence healthcare funding towards the health and welfare of Canadians, and to support the adoption of J&J's innovative new healthcare technologies. Jim is also the Canadian J&J liaison for nursing and nursing leadership support. He co-ordinates all major support programs such as the Canadian Nursing Foundation/JJMP education scholarship, the Dorothy M. Wylie Institute, the OHA Nursing Leadership Award, and the J&J/Wharton Fellows Program in Leadership for Nurse Executives to name but a few. Jim is a graduate of Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada. He is a faculty member of Seneca College, Toronto, having taught marketing and sales courses in the Continuing Education Division. He also has been actively involved with the Foundation Boards of The Scarborough Hospital, Markham Stouffville Hospital and The Bob Rumball Association for the Deaf.

Donald M. Casey Jr. is Worldwide Chairman, Comprehensive Care Group and a member of the Executive Committee of Johnson & Johnson. Don was appointed to this newly created position in January 2008, giving him oversight responsibility for the Diabetes, Cordis, Vision Care and Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics franchises. The Comprehensive Care Group is focused on creating end-to-end portfolios of patient-centric solutions that address some of the world's chronic and most pervasive conditions, such as metabolic and cardiovascular disorders. Don is a proven leader with a broad view of the opportunities presented by the convergence of technologies and business disciplines. This orientation is key in his new role as he brings together diverse business interests and partnerships to address the comprehensive needs of people with chronic conditions. Most recently, Don was Company Group Chairman, LifeScan and Animas Corp., a position to which he was appointed in October 2006. Under his leadership, these businesses broadened their approach to diabetes management, including the notable establishment of the Johnson & Johnson Diabetes Institute in 2007. Previously, he was Company Group Chairman for the Vision Care franchise, where his leadership team accelerated Vistakon's focus on innovation and expanded the franchise's global leadership in the contact lens business. He also led the team that created new professional education platforms, including the innovative Vision Care Institute. Don began his career with Johnson & Johnson in 1985 at McNeil Consumer Products Company where he held a variety of positions in Sales and Marketing. He later served as President of the Johnson & Johnson*Merck Joint Venture, President of eJNJ, and Group President, Vistakon. Don is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he earned a B.A. in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration degree.

Sheri S. McCoy is worldwide chairman, Pharmaceuticals Group, since January 1, 2009. Ms. McCoy is also a member of Johnson & Johnson's Executive Committee. Ms. McCoy began her Johnson & Johnson career with Personal Products Company in 1982 as an associate scientist in research & development. She advanced through positions of increasing responsibility within the research & development organization. In April 1996, Ms. McCoy was named vice president, research & development, Personal Products Worldwide. She became vice president, marketing, for the skin care franchise within Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies, Inc., in January 2000. In June 2002, Ms. McCoy was promoted to global president for the baby and wound franchise within Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies, Inc., the position she held until being named as company group chairman and worldwide franchise chairman of Ethicon, Inc. in July, 2005. In her role as company group chairman, Ms. McCoy was also senior executive in charge of Johnson & Johnson medical devices and diagnostic products for Latin America and a member of the Medical Devices & Diagnostics Group Operating Committee. In 2008 Ms. McCoy was appointed worldwide chairman, Surgical Care Group, with responsibility for the surgical care franchises, including Ethicon, Inc., Ethicon Endo-Surgery, and DePuy, as well as the medical devices and diagnostics organizations in the Latin America, Europe/Middle East/Africa and Asia Pacific regions, and Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. and Independence Technology, L.L.C. She was also a member of the Executive Committee. Among her community and professional associations, Ms. McCoy serves as a board member of FIRST, a non-profit organization created to inspire young people's interest and participation in science and technology; a member of Rutgers University President's Business Leaders Cabinet; and vice president of the Montgomery Township Education Foundation. Ms. McCoy holds four U.S. patents. Born in Quincy, MA, Ms. McCoy received a B.S. degree in textile chemistry from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. She also holds a masters' degree in chemical engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from Rutgers University.

ARNOLD G. LANGBO, age 71, retired in 2000 as Chairman of Kellogg Company, Battle Creek, Michigan, a producer of cereal and convenience foods. He held that position from January 1992 and also served as Chief Executive Officer from January 1992 until May 1999. He is a director of Johnson & Johnson, Whirlpool Corporation and Weyerhaeuser Company. A Hershey director since 2007, he chairs the Compensation and Executive Organization Committee and is a member of the Executive Committee. He was elected by the holders of the Common Stock voting separately as a class.

Dr. Mary Sue Coleman was elected to the Board of Directors in 2003 and is a member of the Audit Committee and the Science & Technology Advisory Committee. She has served as President of the University of Michigan since August 2002, after having served as President of the University of Iowa from 1995 to July 2002. In addition to her current position as President, Dr. Coleman is a professor of biological chemistry in the University of Michigan Medical School and a professor of chemistry in the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science and the Arts. Prior to 1995, Dr. Coleman served as Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at the University of New Mexico, Vice Chancellor for Graduate Studies & Research and Associate Provost and Dean of Research at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a member of the biochemistry faculty and an administrator at the Cancer Center of the University of Kentucky in Lexington. Elected to the National Academy of Sciences' Institute of Medicine in 1997, Dr. Coleman is a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and the American Association for the Advancement of Science. Dr. Coleman is a Director of Meredith Corporation and a Trustee of the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation and the Gerald R. Ford Foundation.

Susan Lindquist is a member of the Whitehead Institute, a non-profit, independent research and educational institution, a Professor of Biology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an Investigator of the Howard Hughes Medical Institute. Dr. Lindquist served as Director of the Whitehead Institute from 2001 to 2004. Previously she was affiliated with the University of Chicago where she was the Albert D. Lasker Professor of Medical Science in the Department of Molecular Genetics and Cell Biology. Dr. Lindquist was elected to the American Academy of Arts and Sciences in 1996, the National Academy of Sciences in 1997, the American Philosophical Society in 2003, and the Institute of Medicine in 2006. She received the Genetics Society of America Medal in 2008, the Nevada Silver Medal for Scientific Achievement in 2007, the Sigma Xi William Procter Prize for Academic Achievement in 2006, the Dickson Prize in Medicine in 2002, and the Novartis/Drew Award for Biomedical Research in 2000. In 2006 she was named by Scientific American as one of the country's top 50 leaders in business, policy, and research. She is a member of the Science Advisory Council for the MacArthur Foundation and the Scientific Advisory Board for the Stowers Institute for Medical Research. She is also a co-founder of FoldRx, a private biotechnology start-up company.

William D. Perez President and Chief Executive Officer and Director Mr. Perez was elected President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Company s Board of Directors in 2006. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Perez spent 34 years with S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc., including eight years as President and Chief Executive Officer of the multi-billion dollar privately held global consumer products company. In 2004, Mr. Perez joined Nike, Inc., where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer until 2006.

Mr. Scheer, President of Scheer & Company, Inc., has 25 years of experience in the life sciences with activities in venture capital, corporate strategy, and transactional advisory services. In venture capital, Mr. Scheer has been involved in the founding and has been a member of the Boards of Directors of ViroPharma, Inc., OraPharma, Inc.,(now a unit of Johnson & Johnson), Esperion Therapeutics, Inc., (of which he was Chairman, and now a unit of Pfizer, Inc.), Sopherion Therapeutics, Inc (of which he was Chairman), Tengion, Inc. (of which he is Chairman), and Aegerion Pharmaceuticals (of which he is Chairman). He has led engagement teams from Scheer providing corporate strategic advisory services to a broad range of publicly- and privately-held companies. Mr. Scheer has also led or played a significant role in a series of transactions involving corporate alliances, licensing arrangements, divestments, acquisitions and mergers in the life sciences. He is also a member of the Advisory Board to the Harvard Malaria Initiative and of the Leadership Council for the Harvard School of Public Health. He received his A.B. cum laude from Harvard College, and an M.S. from Yale University.
