David Lewin , a Director of the Company, is the Neil Jacoby Professor of Management, Human Resources and Organizational Behavior as well as Senior Associate Dean for the MBA Program at The John E. Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California at Los Angeles. Mr. Lewin has been a professor at UCLA since 1990.
