Gary W. Schwartz, Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer for Kimball International, Inc. joined Kimball in 1974 and has served in various financial, information systems, and executive capacities. Mr. Schwartz graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 1973 with a B.S. in Accounting. In addition, he completed the Indiana University Executive Education Program in 1990.

Robert F. Schneider, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Kimball International, Inc., joined Kimball in 1987 and has served in various financial and executive capacities. Before joining Kimball, Mr. Schneider was with the public accounting firm of Deloitte Haskins and Sells in Cincinnati. Mr. Schneider received his bachelor's degree in accounting with "High Distinction" from Indiana University in 1983 and is a CPA and CMA.

Donald D. Charron, Executive Vice President, President, Kimball Electronics Group, joined Kimball in May of 1999. Before joining Kimball, Mr Charron was General Manager of Rockwell Automation - Allen Bradley Electronic Operator Interface. Mr. Charron has managed operations in both the United States and Mexico. Mr. Charron graduated from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology with a degree in Electrical Engineering.

John H. Kahle is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Kimball International, Inc. Mr. Kahle's responsibilities include executive leadership of the corporate, legal, human resources, public relations and natural resources management functions on behalf of Kimball International. Prior to joining Kimball, Mr. Kahle was a Certified Public Accountant and in private legal practice in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mr. Kahle received a BS in Accounting from Indiana University and his JD from Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington. He is also a Certified Management Accountant.

P. Daniel Miller, Executive Vice President, President, Furniture Brands Group, assumed his duties with Kimball International in August 2000. His prior experience includes executive management positions, sales and marketing, manufacturing operations and multi-billion dollar branded sales and distribution strategies, both domestically and internationally. During Mr. Miller's tenure with Whirlpool Corporation, he served as President and CEO of the Latin American Appliance Group in Brazil, as well as holding senior marketing assignments worldwide. Mr. Miller is a graduate of the University of Evansville with a degree in Business Administration; he completed the Harvard University Advanced Management Program in 1991.

Douglas A. Habig, Chairman of the Board, Kimball International Inc., joined Kimball in 1975 and has served in various financial and executive capacities, including chief financial and administrative officer and treasurer. He served as CEO from 1990 until 2004, and became Chairman of the Board in 1997. Mr. Habig holds a B.S. degree from St. Louis University and an M.B.A. degree in finance from Indiana University.

Mrs. Kawalek retired in 2004 after serving for 25 years in various capacities at Quaker Oats, Inc., a consumer goods company and, since 2001, a business unit of PepsiCo. From 2002 until her retirement, she served as President of PepsiCo’s Quaker Foods division. In 2001, Mrs. Kawalek served as President of Quaker Oats’ U.S. Foods division and from 1997 through 2000, she served as President of the Hot Breakfast division. Mrs. Kawalek also serves as director for Kimball International, Inc. Mrs. Kawalek has been a director of Martek since January 2006. Her term expires in 2009.
