Saturnino (Nino) S. Fanlo brings more than 25 years of investment, trading, and derivatives experience to his position as a Founding Partner and CEO of KKR Fixed Income and KKR Financial Holdings LLC ("KFN"). He also serves on KFN's investment committee, and is a member of its Board of Directors. Prior to founding KKR Fixed Income, Nino was Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Wells Fargo & Company, where he was responsible for its Securities and Investment Division, including high yield securities, investment grade securities, structured products, franchise real estate, and derivative products and sales, and also for its Treasury Division, including short- and long-term funding, the investment portfolio, and membership on the asset-liability committee. During his nearly decade-long tenure at Wells Fargo, Nino founded the High Yield and Structured Products Investments Groups, and was Founder and President of Sutter Advisors LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wells Fargo & Company, and a registered investment advisor. He was also instrumental in developing Wells Fargo's derivative units where he oversaw the firm's marketing efforts as well as formed Wells Fargo's interest rate trading, equity derivatives, and commodity derivatives groups. In addition, he oversaw the firm's wholesale funding, its investment portfolio, and as Treasurer, he also oversaw Treasury regulatory matters, distribution policies, and rating agency interaction and directed the firm's discretionary equity and Foundation portfolios. Before joining Wells Fargo, Nino was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs for four years, where he ran the mortgage syndicate desk. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President at ACE (USA), the U.S. division of Kerry Stokes ACE group. He also held positions at the First Boston Corporation and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.

Ross J. Kari, 50. Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Bancorp since November 2008. Previously, Mr. Kari was CFO of Safeco Corp. since June 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Kari was the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco since March 2002.

Mr. Licht has been a director since April 2005. Mr. Licht is currently an Executive Vice President and Chairman of Credit Policy for Capmark Financial Group Inc. Prior to joining Capmark in March 2007, Mr. Licht was in retirement. From January 2002 to December 2002, Mr. Licht was semi-retired, serving as a consultant to Wells Fargo on a part-time basis. Prior to his semi-retirement, Mr. Licht was employed at Wells Fargo for 18 years, including as Chief Credit Officer from November 1998 to December 2001, and Executive Vice President for Credit Administration from February 1990 to November 1998.

Scott C. Nuttall joined KKR in 1996, is a Member of the general partner of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., and heads KKR's Global Capital and Asset Management Group which includes the Client and Partner Group, KKR Capital Markets and KKR Asset Management. He has played a significant role in the investments of Alea Group Holdings, Amphenol, Bristol West Holdings, Capmark Financial (formerly GMAC Commercial Holdings), First Data Corporation, KinderCare Learning Centers, Legg Mason, Masonite International, Walter Industries and Willis Group. He is currently a member of the board of directors of Capmark Financial, First Data Corporation, KKR Financial Holdings and Legg Mason. He is also actively involved in funds affiliated with the Firm, including KKR Private Equity Investors and KKR Financial Holdings, and is a member of the Other Business Committee. Prior to joining KKR, he was with the Blackstone Group where he was involved in numerous merchant banking and merger and acquisition transactions. He received a B.S. Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania.??

Mr. Ryles has been a director since November 2008. He has been Vice Chairman of Cowen and Company since February 2007. Prior to joining Cowen and Company, Mr. Ryles served as the CEO of Procinea Management LLC and was the founder, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Epoch Partners, Inc. Mr. Ryles also spent 18 years at Merrill Lynch in various investment banking positions including Co-Head of West Coast Investment Banking, Co-Head of Corporate Finance, Global Head of Natural Resources and Global Head of Technology. Mr. Ryles is a Director of ArcSight, Inc. and Fortify Software, Inc.

Mr. Aldinger has been a director since June 2005. He has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Capmark's Financial Group Inc since June 2006. He has been Chairman and CEO of HSBC North America Holdings, Inc. since January 2004. Mr. Aldinger served as Chairman and CEO of HSBC Finance Corporation, formerly known as Household International Inc., a consumer finance company, from May 1996 to January 2004. Mr. Aldinger served as President and CEO of Household International, Inc. from September 1994 to May 1996. Prior to joining Household International, Mr. Aldinger served in various positions at Wells Fargo Bank, including Vice Chairman. Mr. Aldinger is a director of AT&T, Inc., Charles Schwab Co. and Illinois Tool Works, Inc. He is a member of the boards of Children's Memorial Medical Center/Children's Memorial Hospital and the Children's Memorial Foundation.

Ms. Collins was elected to serve on the Company's Board of Directors in August 2006. During her career in financial services, Ms. Collins has worked as a Senior Managing Director and Head of Asset-Backed Securities Research at Bear Stearns & Co., Inc. and as a Managing Director and Head of Asset-Backed Securities Research at Credit Suisse Group (formerly known as Credit Suisse First Boston).

Mr. Finigan has been a director since February 2006. He is with the firm of Snyder Miller & Orton LLP. He was a Partner of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from 2003 to 2007 and was with Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP from 1972 to 2003.
