Todd M. Bluedorn became chief executive officer and was elected to the Board of Directors of Lennox International in April 2007. Prior to Lennox International, Mr. Bluedorn served in numerous senior management positions for United Technologies since 1995, including President, Americas - Otis Elevator Company; President, North America - Commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning for Carrier Corporation; and President, Hamilton Sundstrand Industrial. He began his professional career with McKinsey & Company in 1992, after receiving an MBA from Harvard University in 1992 and serving in the United States Army as a combat engineer officer and United States Army Ranger from 1985 to 1990. He also holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

David W. Moon was appointed Executive Vice President and President and Chief Operating Officer of LII's Worldwide Refrigeration business in August 2006. Harry J. Bizios was appointed Executive Vice President and President and Chief Operating Officer of LII's Commercial Heating & Cooling segment in October 2006. Jeffrey D. Storey, MD has served as a director of LII since 2006. He is a founding partner and President of Cheyenne Women’s Clinic in Cheyenne, Wyoming, a position he has held since 2004. John W. Norris, III has served as a director of LII since 2001. Mr. Norris currently serves as the Chairman of the Environmental Funders Network.
