Leonard A. Damron has been our Senior Vice President—Southeast Region since June 2003 and our Vice President—Southeast Region since July 1998 when we acquired Damron Auto Parts, Inc. and its affiliated entities, an automotive recycling business operating primarily in Florida and Georgia. Mr. Damron had owned and operated that business since 1976.

Walter P. Hanley joined us in December 2002 as our Vice President of Development, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. In December 2005, he became our Senior Vice President of Development. Mr. Hanley served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Emerald Casino, Inc., an owner of a license to operate a riverboat casino in the State of Illinois, from June 1999 until August 2002. In July 2002, certain creditors filed an involuntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition against Emerald, which was converted by Emerald to a voluntary Chapter 11 case. The bankruptcy court confirmed a plan of reorganization in July 2004. In May 2005, the Illinois Gaming Board reversed its decision to support the plan of reorganization and revoked Emerald’s license. The Emerald matter is subject to several pending appeals and court cases. Mr. Hanley served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Blue Chip Casino, Inc., an owner and operator of a riverboat gaming vessel in Michigan City, Indiana, from July 1996 until November 1999. Mr. Hanley served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Flynn Enterprises, Inc., a venture capital, hedging and consulting firm based in Chicago, Illinois, from May 1995 until February 1998 and as Associate General Counsel of Discovery Zone, Inc., an operator and franchisor of family entertainment centers, from March 1993 until May 1995. Prior to March 1993, Mr. Hanley practiced corporate and securities law with the law firm of Bell, Boyd & Lloyd.

H. Bradley Willen has been our Vice President—Midwest Region since December 2005. Prior thereto, he was our Vice President—Procurment and Product Pricing starting June 2003. He managed procurement and pricing for us since January 2001. He was in charge of procurement, pricing, and inventory management for Triplett from August 1988 until December 2000. Prior thereto, from September 1986 until July 1988, Mr. Willen was an Assistant Vice President of Operations for Thomson McKinnon, a brokerage firm.

Steven H. Jones has been an employee of the Company in various positions of increasing responsibility since March 1999 until he was elected Vice President Central Region and Core Operations in February 2002; in January 2005 the West Region was added to his responsibilities. In March 1999, we acquired Mid-America Auto Parts, Inc., a recycled automotive parts company of which Mr. Jones was a co-owner. He owned and operated Mid-America Auto Parts from 1979 to March 1999.

Mr Allen currently is the Lead Director of Steinway Musical Instruments, (LVB:NYSE), one of the world's largest manufacturer of musical instruments and is a director and Chairman of Collectors Universe (CLCT:NASDAQ), the leading provider of value added services to dealers and collectors of high-end collectibles. He serves as a director of Brooks Automation, Inc. (BRKS:NASDAQ), that provides integrated tool and factory automation solutions for the global semiconductor and related industries. Additionally, he serves as a director and member of the Executive Committee of LKQ Corporation (LKQX:NASDAQ), the largest nationwide provider of recycled OEM automotive parts and a director of Avantair Corporation, the only publicly-traded pure play fractional aircraft company. Mr. Allen was Vice Chairman and a director of The DeWolfe Companies until it was acquired by Cendant Corporation in September of 2002. Additionally, he was a director and member of the Executive Committee of Swiss Army Brands until it was acquired by Victorinox Corporation in August of 2002. He provided the original financing for Blockbuster Entertainment, was their founding director and served on the Board until the company was acquired by Viacom/Paramount in September of 1994. Mr. Allen is a Director of the Massachusetts General Hospital and the President's Council. He served on the Board of Trustees of Miss Porter's School in Farmington, Connecticut and is a member of the Board of Advisors of Vespoli, USA and Starvest, LLC. Mr. Allen is the Founder and President of the Corporate Directors Club, an organization for directors of publicly held companies, dedicated to educating and informing its members on important and relevant board of director issues and The Executive Life Club, an affinity group company for corporate executives and senior partners of service firms. A graduate of Harvard University Class of 1967, he serves on the Executive Committee of the Friends of Harvard Football and is a member of the Harvard University Visiting Committee on University Resources as well as the Harvard Major Gifts Committee.

Robert Devlin joined the America's Promise board of directors in November 1998. He is presently chairman of Curragh Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Mr. Devlin's career in the financial services business spans 41 years, and includes serving as chairman, president and chief executive officer of American General, one of the nation's largest diversified financial services organizations. Mr. Devlin is a member of the board of directors of Cooper Industries, Houston and LKQ Corporation, Chicago. He is also a trustee of both Boston College and Tulane University and also serves on the executive council for the American Irish Historical Society. Mr. Devlin is also a member of the board of directors and serves on the executive committee for the International Insurance Society, Inc.
