LMI Aerospace Inc.

Mr. Keesling was appointed the Chief Operating Officer on January 2, 2007. Prior to joining LMI, Mr. Keesling had been the Vice President and General Manager- Metal Structures of GKN Aerospace, Inc., since August, 2004 and prior thereto had served in other managerial capacities with GKN Aerospace, Inc., including Senior Director of Engineering and Director of Operations, since January, 2001.

Mr. Dickinson has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Company since 1993. He served as a Financial Analyst and Controller for LaBarge, Inc. from 1984 to 1993 and as a Cost Accountant with Monsanto from 1981 to 1984.

Mr. Biffignani has served as the Chief Information Officer of the Company since 1999. Mr. Biffignani has also served as the Director of Supplier Management and Procurement since 2002. In 2005 and 2006, Mr. Biffignani has led the effort to open LMI’s Mexicali, Mexico, plant. The 23,000 square foot manufacturing plant will support LMI’s U.S. facilities.

Mr. Grah has served as Vice President — Central Region since December 2002. Mr. Grah joined the Company in 1984 as Production Control Manager. Mr. Grah has held various management positions with the Company, including Purchasing and Contracts Manager, Maintenance Manager, Facilities Manager and General Manager of LMI Finishing, Inc. until December 2002. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Grah was a supervisor for Associated Transports, Inc. and a manager for Beneficial Finance.

Ryan P. Bogan. Mr. Bogan has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of D3 Technologies since 2001. Mr. Bogan had served in various management positions with D3 Technologies since 1998, including Director of Business Development and Chief Operations Officer.

Mr. Hemann is the Corporate Controller at LMI AeroSpace. Before his tenure at LMI AeroSpace, Mr. Hemann worked for Telescan as the Director of Operations, Finance and Human Resources and prior to that, twenty years at the Hussmann Corporation, an international manufacturing company of refrigeration systems. From 1997-2001, Mr. Hemann served as Hussmann Corporation's Vice President of Finance-North America and supervised operations in both the United States and Canada. Mr. Hemann earned his Bachelor's degree at the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from the John M. Olin School of Business, Washington University.

Mr. Roeder has served as a director since 2003. Mr. Roeder has acted as a financial consultant since 1999. Prior thereto, he was an Office Managing Partner of Arthur Anderson, LLP, an international accounting firm. Mr. Roeder is also the Director in Residence at The Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance of The University of Texas at Dallas — School of Management. Mr. Roeder is a member of the board of directors and the audit committee of Fiduciary/ Claymore MLP Opportunity Fund and Fiduciary/ Claymore Dynamic Equity Fund, which are traded on the New York Stock Exchange.

Mr. Burstein has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since 1984. From 1984 through January of 1989, Mr. Burstein served as Vice President of the Company.

Brian D. Geary. Mr. Geary has served as a director of the Company since June 3, 2002. Mr. Geary served as President of Versaform Corporation from July 1978 to May 2002.

Judith W. Northup was elected to the board of directors in April 2006 after retiring from Vought Aircraft Industries, Inc., after a twenty-six year career with the company and its predecessors. She was named Vice President, Office of the President in February 2005; responsible for the South Carolina site activation project. Ms. Northup had served as Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer since April 2004. Previously she was Vice President, Human Resources, Administration and Information Services as well as Vice President, Materiel. In 1999, Ms. Northup was Sector Vice President Materiel for Northrop Grumman's Integrated Systems and Aerostructures Sector. In 1997, she was appointed Vice President Materiel for Northrop Grumman's Commercial Aircraft Division. Ms. Northup currently serves as a Director on the Board of Exostar, provider of secure collaboration and integrated supply-chain solutions to the aerospace and defense (A&D) industry.

Mr. Unger has served as a director since 1999. Mr. Unger has also been a director of Fife Fabrication, Inc., a manufacturer of sheet metal parts and assemblies, since early 1998. Mr. Unger was the Chief Executive Officer of Tyee Aircraft from 1982 to 1998.
