David R. Carlucci is chairman and chief executive officer of IMS Health (NYSE: RX), the world's leading provider of market intelligence to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. He is responsible for all IMS operations worldwide. Mr. Carlucci joined IMS as president and chief operating officer in October 2002, and was named CEO and president in January 2005. While at IMS, he has realigned the company’s global marketing function, enhanced global sales account management and built IMS’s consulting and services capabilities across all regions. In addition, Mr. Carlucci has played an important role in the development of market-driven, innovative offerings aligned around the core capabilities and activities common to virtually all pharmaceutical companies. Steven J. Freiberg is Chief Executive Officer of Global Cards for Citi. He has direct responsibility for the cards business in North America and Western Europe and coordinates with regional leadership in Asia Pacific, Mexico and Latin America, and Central and Eastern Europe. In 1997, Mr. Freiberg rejoined the Credit Card Division and assumed responsibility for several major Strategic Business Groups and in 2000, he was appointed Chairman and CEO of Citi Cards. In 2005, he was appointed to the position of Chairman and CEO of the Global Consumer Group NA and Co-Chair of the Global Consumer Group. His North America responsibilities included credit cards, retail banking, consumer finance, Primerica, consumer lending (mortgage, auto, student loans), and small to mid-size commercial banking. Mr. Freiberg serves or has served as a member of Citi's Operating and Management Committees and co-heads Global Consumer's Planning Group.
