Mr. Goodyear joined Navigant Consulting, Inc. as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in May 2000 and has served as a member of the Board of Directors since December 1999. He is the immediate past Chairman and former CEO of Bank of America, Illinois, where he gained experience in challenging environments that demand leadership and strategic direction in order to take advantage of current or potential marketplace opportunities. He served as President of Bank of America's Global Private Bank and was Vice Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors of Continental Bank prior to its 1994 merger with BankAmerica Corporation. While at Bank of America, Illinois, Mr. Goodyear directed the integration of Continental Bank into Bank of America following the companies' merger in 1994. After the 1998 merger between Bank of America and NationsBank, he served as President of the combined companies' Global Private Bank. Currently, Mr. Goodyear serves on the governing boards of numerous professional and civic organizations, including The Chicago Public Library Foundation, the University of Notre Dame, Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center, the Museum of Science and Industry, and Big Shoulders. He is a member of the Financial Council of the Archdiocese of Chicago. He also serves on the corporate board of the Equity Office Properties Trust, where he is Chairman of its Audit Committee. Ms. Julie Howard joined Navigant Consulting Inc. in 1998 and currently serves as its President and Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Howard is responsible for the overall management of company operations, to include business unit operations, strategic planning and human capital development. As President and Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Howard plays an integral role in the development and implementation of strategic objectives and initiatives, and establishes key company-wide operating disciplines. She has responsibility for the day-to-day management of company profitability, operations and infrastructure, to include international practice operations, business development, compensation strategy, professional development, marketing and communications, information technology and administrative operations. Ms. Howard also leads the annual strategic planning and budgeting cycle and actively participates in all quarterly Board meetings. Navigant has experienced dramatic growth (both organic and through acquisition) over the last several years, and Ms. Howard has spearheaded the efforts to build an integrated operational foundation to strategically support the organization’s growth trajectory. Jonathan Berger is a Managing Director and Practice co-head of Navigant Capital Advisors, where he oversees activities for the practice areas Investment Banking, Valuation, and Transaction Advisory. Mr. Berger provides senior level deal experience to middle market clients in executing mergers and acquisitions, raising private equity and other debt instruments, and strategic advisory assignments. He has personally completed over 75 M&A transactions and has executed and acted as financial advisor in over 100 capital raising transactions from large senior debt transactions ($337mm) to numerous private equity transactions in the $10-$40mm range. Mr. Berger also provides sell-side representation, buy-side deal management, capital raising and strategic consulting to clients both domestically and internationally.

Paul Doxey, a forensic accountant at Navigant Consulting, told Channel 4 News 'In the 1980s and the 1990s we saw a lot of property fraud, but what's different in the recent frauds is the explosion of ID fraud. It's now a lot easier for criminals to obtain false IDs through the black market, which they can use as a cover for these frauds.'" The Daily Mail last month reported that Gary Miller, a fraud lawyer with Mishcon de Reya Solicitors, said a lack of police resources meant that property fraud had not been 'anywhere near high enough on the police agenda'.' My experience tells me that what we see is the tip of the iceberg,' he added. Property fraud occurs by criminals obtaining false ID papers of a homeowner and then going to the Land Registry to transfer ownership to a new name. Under the new name they obtain a mortgage and then disappear with the cash, leaving the owner facing repossession.

Peter B. Pond has served as one of our directors since his election by the board in December 1997 and as Chairman of the Board since September 2001. Mr. Pond is a founder of ALTA Equity Partners LLC, a venture capital firm, and has been a General Partner of that firm since June 2000. Prior to that, Mr. Pond was a Principal and Managing Director in the Investment Banking Department at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation in Chicago and was head of that company’s Midwest Investment Banking Group. Sam Skinner was appointed White House Chief of Staff by President George W Bush after holding the position of Secretary of the Department of Transportation. Mr Skinner was President of the Commonwealth Edison Company and its holding company Unicom Corporation, one of the largest electric utilities in the US. He was then Chairman, President and CEO of USF Corporation a leading transportation and logistics company before retiring in May 2003. Mr Skinner has more than 20 years experience in the legal profession, part of which he served in the office of the US Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois and as US Attorney. While practicing law he also served as Chairman of the Regional Transportation Authority of north-eastern Illinois, the second largest mass transportation district in the US. He is a former member of the BHP Limited North American Advisory Board. Mr Skinner currently consults on complex litigation matters, government matters, transportation issues and corporate governance. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois and the DePaul University Law School.

Mr. James was elected to the Board of Directors of Navigant Consulting, Inc. in January 2009. Mr. James became a Partner at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in 1979. During his more than 35 years at Accenture Mr. James held a variety of management roles including Managing Partner for the Central U.S., Managing Partner for the North American Financial Services Practice, and Managing Partner for the Global Financial Services Operating Group. He also held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Accenture from 2000 - 2004, during which time he served on the Accenture Board. Mr. James retired from Accenture in 2004, yet remained involved with the firm on a part-time basis serving for two years as International Chairman. Today he serves on the Board of Directors for Metavante Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: MV).
