Mr. Goodyear joined Navigant Consulting, Inc. as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in May 2000 and has served as a member of the Board of Directors since December 1999. He is the immediate past Chairman and former CEO of Bank of America, Illinois, where he gained experience in challenging environments that demand leadership and strategic direction in order to take advantage of current or potential marketplace opportunities. He served as President of Bank of America's Global Private Bank and was Vice Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors of Continental Bank prior to its 1994 merger with BankAmerica Corporation. While at Bank of America, Illinois, Mr. Goodyear directed the integration of Continental Bank into Bank of America following the companies' merger in 1994. After the 1998 merger between Bank of America and NationsBank, he served as President of the combined companies' Global Private Bank. Currently, Mr. Goodyear serves on the governing boards of numerous professional and civic organizations, including The Chicago Public Library Foundation, the University of Notre Dame, Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center, the Museum of Science and Industry, and Big Shoulders. He is a member of the Financial Council of the Archdiocese of Chicago. He also serves on the corporate board of the Equity Office Properties Trust, where he is Chairman of its Audit Committee. Mr. Goodyear received his Masters in Business Administration, with Honors, from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with Honors, from the University of Notre Dame. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Julie Howard joined Navigant Consulting Inc. in 1998 and currently serves as its President and Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Howard is responsible for the overall management of company operations, to include business unit operations, strategic planning and human capital development. As President and Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Howard plays an integral role in the development and implementation of strategic objectives and initiatives, and establishes key company-wide operating disciplines. She has responsibility for the day-to-day management of company profitability, operations and infrastructure, to include international practice operations, business development, compensation strategy, professional development, marketing and communications, information technology and administrative operations. Ms. Howard also leads the annual strategic planning and budgeting cycle and actively participates in all quarterly Board meetings. Navigant has experienced dramatic growth (both organic and through acquisition) over the last several years, and Ms. Howard has spearheaded the efforts to build an integrated operational foundation to strategically support the organization’s growth trajectory. She has developed and instituted major programs to support the development of a growth-oriented organization, including strategic compensation and retention programs, practice profitability and business mix enhancements, organizational re-alignments, integrated brand management, and women’s leadership development. Ms. Howard’s role in the Company’s external matters includes interaction with clients and the shareholders community. She briefs analysts and institutional investors, and represents the Company in industry and client forums. Ms. Howard is leading Navigant’s initiative to increase awareness and participation in Chicago’s civic, non-profit and corporate community. Ms. Howard is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. She has also completed several Harvard Business School Executive Education programs with a focus in Finance and Management. Ms. Howard serves on the Board of Governors at the Metropolitan Planning Council and serves as a member on their Audit & Finance Committee.

As Vice President and Controller, Mr. Wartner is responsible for leading and directing the corporate accounting and financial reporting functions, including the day-to-day accounting, internal and external financial reporting, tax and payroll functions. Responsibilities also include overseeing the Company's Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance, working with NCI business units to monitor and manage practice business metrics, and address and maintain the Company's working capital needs. Mr. Wartner joined Navigant Consulting from Packaging Dynamics Corporation, where he served as Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller. Prior to his position at Packaging Dynamics Corporation, Mr. Wartner held several other senior financial roles, including Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at SEI Information Technology. Mr. Wartner also worked for six years in the audit and financial consulting practice at Price Waterhouse, LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP).

Mr. Nardi joined Navigant Consulting in November 2008. He has more than 30 years of accounting, operating and financial management expertise. Prior to joining Navigant Consulting, Mr. Nardi served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Peoples Energy.

Mr. Green has more than 18 years of experience in the professional services industry and was most recently a Managing Director in the Disputes and Investigations practice. Mr. Green has the responsibility of leading the Company's Dispute, Investigative and Regulatory Advisory business segment. Based in Washington D.C., Mr. Green has focused much of his career advising clients on the financial, economic, accounting and information management aspects of their commercial disputes and investigations. Mr. Green received his Bachelor of Science degree, with a concentration in Finance, from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. He is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and the Licensing Executives Society.

Mr. Stoecklein joined Navigant Consulting in February 2000 and has since managed numerous transactions and investments for the company. His responsibilities include acquisitions and divestitures as well as other strategic company investments. Mr. Stoecklein has over twenty years of experience in corporate development and business transactions. Directly prior to joining Navigant Consulting, he was a partner at The Saranow Group, a private investment and investment advisory firm which focused on certain manufacturing and service business sectors. Prior to that, Mr. Stoecklein was Vice President of Corporate Development at Fluid Management LLC, a world-leading manufacturer of equipment for the paint, ink and food industries, which was successfully sold to a NYSE company in 1996. Previously, he spent over fifteen years with a consulting firm, the last ten years as Vice President. The firm specialized in developing and implementing international technology licensing and acquisition strategies. Mr. Stoecklein worked primarily with clients in the United States, Europe and the Pacific Rim, on assignments in a wide range of industries. He is a graduate of Western Illinois University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and belongs to various organizations, including the Association for Corporate Growth.

Michael is a Vice President with Navigant Consulting (Bermuda) Ltd. and a Director within Navigant Consulting's Insurance and Reinsurance Consulting Practice. He has over 15 years of insurance, reinsurance, risk management, automation and financial services experience. He has managed an extensive range of projects in these area within the U.S. and internationally.

Monica M. Weed , 48, has served as our Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since November 2008. Previously, Ms. Weed served as Associate General Counsel for Baxter Healthcare Corporation from March 2006 to October 2008. From March 2004 to March 2006, Ms. Weed served as Special Counsel, Rights Agent and Litigation Trustee to Information Resources, Inc. Litigation Contingent Payment Rights Trust, a publicly traded litigation trust. From 1991 through 2004, Ms. Weed served in a variety of legal roles, including Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, for Information Resources, Inc., an international market research provider to the consumer packaged goods industry. She started her legal career at the law firm of Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal. Ms. Weed received her BA in Classics from Northwestern University, her JD from Northwestern University School of Law and her MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.

Prior to joining Navigant Consulting, he was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer for Sears Holdings Corporation. He has also worked for prominent national law firms, including Sidley Austin and Foley & Lardner.

Ms. Siegel Voelzke has nearly 20 years of consulting experience and was most recently a Managing Director and Practice Leader for the Company's Financial Services practice. In her role as Vice President, Ms. Siegel Voelzke has overall management responsibilities for the Company’s Business, Financial & Operations Advisory business unit. Based in Princeton, NJ, Ms. Siegel Voelzke began her career at Peterson Consulting in 1988, and over the past 18 years has played an integral role in the growth and development of the Company's business advisory solutions. Her specific expertise relates to assisting large corporations in addressing operational changes as a result of regulation, reorganization, and other management directives. Ms. Siegel Voelzke received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University in 1988 and studied at the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology.

Mr. Allen has more than 30 years of management experience in Global Professional Service firms and is responsible for providing overall strategic vision, business development and leadership to Navigant Consulting Europe. Previously, Mr. Allen served as European Managing Director for Acxiom where he had responsibility for managing Acxiom's operations in the UK, France, Germany, Poland, the Netherlands and Portugal.

Paul Levine joined Navigant Consulting in 2006 as a managing director, having spent the last 20 years of his practice in a major national and international accounting firm in the fields of forensic accounting, damage quantification and business valuation. He has a wealth of experience testifying before the Canadian Courts as an expert witness and in conducting major fraud investigations and litigation support mandates throughout Quebec, Canada and overseas. Mr. Levine is the current Chair of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants/Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators Liaison Committee and has served on the Bureau of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Quebec.

Ron Nichols is a Managing Director in the Energy practice has over 30 years of experience in utility asset and enterprise financing, utility mergers and acquisition, and power supply portfolio planning and procurement. Mr. Nichols was the lead business and regulatory advisor on the two largest revenue bond issues ever completed and has advised public power, investor-owned utilities, governmental agencies and non-regulated energy suppliers on over $30 billion of value of transactions.

Ruthann Russo is a Managing Director in Navigant Consulting’s healthcare practice with more than 20 years of experience working in and advising healthcare organizations. Ms. Russo is a nationally recognized expert in the healthcare reimbursement process with a focus on clinical documentation improvement and coding. She has authored numerous academic articles and several books, including "A Compelling Case for Clinical Documentation" (2008), "Outpatient Documentation Improvement: the First Step in Revenue Cycle Management" (2003) and "Inpatient Documentation Improvement Processes". She has designed a clinical documentation improvement educational interventional program for residents that has been used to improve hospital documentation quality and comply with ACGME requirements in academic medical centers.

Mr. Dickenson joined Navigant Consulting in 2006 as head of the Company's energy practice, and assumed the role of Executive Managing Director of North American Consulting Operations in 2007. He has management responsibility for the Company's North American Business, Financial & Operations Advisory & Dispute, Investigative & Regulatory segments. Prior to joining Navigant Consulting, Mr. Dickenson served as CEO of several professional service firms, including Putnam, Hayes & Bartlett and Hagler Bailly, Inc.

Scott Evans is a litigation & bankruptcy support specialist and a licensed CPA in Arizona and California. Scott has extensive experience in calculating lost profit damages, forensic accounting investigations and bankruptcy consulting, among other areas. Scott also has expert witness testimony experience. Scott is an Associate Director with Navigant Consulting Inc. and has worked for two of the 'Big 4' accounting firms in the audit and dispute and investigation departments. Scott Evans - is a litigation & bankruptcy support specialist and a licensed CPA in Arizona and California. Scott has extensive experience in calculating lost profit damages, forensic accounting investigations and bankruptcy consulting, among other areas. Scott also has expert witness testimony experience. Scott is an Associate Director with Navigant Consulting Inc. and has worked for two of the "Big 4" accounting firms in the audit and dispute and investigation departments.

Shannon Prown is a Marketing Director for Navigant Consulting. Ms. Prown is the global marketing director for Naviganta s disputes and investigation practice. She is responsible for all marketing outreach to the legal industry. Ms. Prown's past experience includes being a part of the working group of the Childrena Rights Litigation Committee of the ABA Section of Litigation. Ms. Prown is a graduate of Boston College.

David Adams joined ScottMadden in 2007. His background includes energy, utilities, and consumer packaged goods. He has consulted extensively with clients across North America and has also worked as a line manager in the utility industry. Mr. Adams has led numerous consulting engagements, provided program management for several multi-year technology implementations, advised clients on business process and IT outsourcing transactions, and managed the meter-to-cash functions for a retail electric provider in Texas' competitive electric market. Mr. Adams has extensive experience leading outsourcing engagements and has worked closely with several of the largest India-based offshore service providers. Prior to joining ScottMadden, Mr. Adams served as a vice president for Alliance Data and as a consultant with Xansa and Navigant Consulting, specializing in technology implementation and business change management. He spent the early part of his career with FirstEnergy. Mr. Adams earned a B.B.A. in marketing from Eastern Michigan University and an M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University.

Fran brings over 20 years of experience developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition and recruitment strategies for global clients. She brings extensive cross-industry knowledge in serving early stage to large companies within the consulting, technology, healthcare, biotechnology, medical device, insurance, and retail sectors. Fran's client roster features CRA International, AltiComm, Micrologic, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, MOREPACE Pharma Group, Navigant Consulting, Arthur D. Little, Accenture, Delta Dental, Life Plans, Inceptor, Timberland, Comp USA, Leapfrogrx, DDU Express, Chadwick Martin Bailey and Corporate Technologies. She is well known for her abilities to source, recruit and hire key players through creative and state of the art recruitment techniques. She consults with executive teams to define human resource requirements and business objectives. Her knowledge of the marketplace, her acumen in defining business priorities and her skill in targeting highly qualified candidates combine to assure consistently successful results for each client. Jonathan Berger is a Managing Director and Practice co-head of Navigant Capital Advisors, where he oversees activities for the practice areas Investment Banking, Valuation, and Transaction Advisory. Mr. Berger provides senior level deal experience to middle market clients in executing mergers and acquisitions, raising private equity and other debt instruments, and strategic advisory assignments. He has personally completed over 75 M&A transactions and has executed and acted as financial advisor in over 100 capital raising transactions from large senior debt transactions ($337mm) to numerous private equity transactions in the $10-$40mm range. Mr. Berger also provides sell-side representation, buy-side deal management, capital raising and strategic consulting to clients both domestically and internationally.

Paul Doxey, a forensic accountant at Navigant Consulting, told Channel 4 News 'In the 1980s and the 1990s we saw a lot of property fraud, but what's different in the recent frauds is the explosion of ID fraud. It's now a lot easier for criminals to obtain false IDs through the black market, which they can use as a cover for these frauds.'" The Daily Mail last month reported that Gary Miller, a fraud lawyer with Mishcon de Reya Solicitors, said a lack of police resources meant that property fraud had not been 'anywhere near high enough on the police agenda'.' My experience tells me that what we see is the tip of the iceberg,' he added. Property fraud occurs by criminals obtaining false ID papers of a homeowner and then going to the Land Registry to transfer ownership to a new name. Under the new name they obtain a mortgage and then disappear with the cash, leaving the owner facing repossession.

Bob Carlstrom is a Principal at Navigant Consulting, Inc., a NYSE traded independent consulting firm providing professional services to assist clients, which are in highly regulated industry sectors undergoing significant change, to address the challenges of risk, uncertainty, and market distress with practical solutions to enable them to protect their market cap. Previously, he co-founded and built two businesses, the first of which became, during his tenure as CEO, one of the largest independent diversified government, international and public relations and federal marketing consulting firm in Washington, DC. Second, he also rebuilt a management investment team to undertake a series of acquisitions to form a national company in the metals finishing industry, acquiring six operation companies in 5 states, and serving as interim COO. In addition, he served as a senior executive in the White House Office of Management and Budget. Carlstrom earned his B.A. in Political Science from Augustana College (IL) and has studied general management, public administration, and law at American University (DC) and Wayne State University (MI). Carlstrom is serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Second Genesis.

Peter B. Pond has served as one of our directors since his election by the board in December 1997 and as Chairman of the Board since September 2001. Mr. Pond is a founder of ALTA Equity Partners LLC, a venture capital firm, and has been a General Partner of that firm since June 2000. Prior to that, Mr. Pond was a Principal and Managing Director in the Investment Banking Department at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation in Chicago and was head of that company’s Midwest Investment Banking Group. Mr. Pond holds a B.S. in Economics from Williams College and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago. He is also a director of Navigant Consulting, Inc.

Sam Skinner was appointed White House Chief of Staff by President George W Bush after holding the position of Secretary of the Department of Transportation. Mr Skinner was President of the Commonwealth Edison Company and its holding company Unicom Corporation, one of the largest electric utilities in the US. He was then Chairman, President and CEO of USF Corporation a leading transportation and logistics company before retiring in May 2003. Mr Skinner has more than 20 years experience in the legal profession, part of which he served in the office of the US Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois and as US Attorney. While practicing law he also served as Chairman of the Regional Transportation Authority of north-eastern Illinois, the second largest mass transportation district in the US. He is a former member of the BHP Limited North American Advisory Board. Mr Skinner currently consults on complex litigation matters, government matters, transportation issues and corporate governance. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois and the DePaul University Law School.

Mr. James was elected to the Board of Directors of Navigant Consulting, Inc. in January 2009. Mr. James became a Partner at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in 1979. During his more than 35 years at Accenture Mr. James held a variety of management roles including Managing Partner for the Central U.S., Managing Partner for the North American Financial Services Practice, and Managing Partner for the Global Financial Services Operating Group. He also held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Accenture from 2000 - 2004, during which time he served on the Accenture Board. Mr. James retired from Accenture in 2004, yet remained involved with the firm on a part-time basis serving for two years as International Chairman. Today he serves on the Board of Directors for Metavante Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: MV).

Mr. Gildehaus joined the Board of Directors for Navigant Consulting, Inc. in October of 2000. In recent years, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of Southwest Supermarkets LLC, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Northwestern Steel and Wire Company of Sterling, Illinois, and President and Chief Executive Officer of UNR Industries, Inc. of Chicago. Prior to 1992, Mr. Gildehaus served as Executive Vice President of Deere & Company in Moline, Illinois. In the 1970s, Mr. Gildehaus was Vice President of Temple, Barker & Sloan, a consulting firm in Lexington, Massachusetts. Mr. Gildehaus is a graduate of Yale University and received a Masters of Business Administration, with distinction, from Harvard University.
