Andrew S.C. Smith is Senior Vice President of Northern Trust Global Advisors (NTGA). He is Chief Investment Officer with responsibility for manager research and portfolio construction processes across NTGA's market segments. Mr. Smith joined NTGA's Toronto office in 2000, where he has been responsible for manager research and portfolio construction. He has extensive experience in asset allocation and portfolio construction, and has been a key member of the management team that is developing portfolio optimization processes for Northern Trust's clients. Prior to joining NTGA, Mr. Smith was Manager of Investments and Portfolio Series at Spectrum Investments responsible for strategic asset allocation funds and structured portfolios with $800 million in assets. He has 20 years experience in the investment industry. Mr. Smith is a Director of NT Global Advisors, Inc. and is a past member of the Canadian Advisory Board of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA). He received a B.A. degree from the University of Western Ontario, and is a CFA charterholder.

Asha Bangalore is Vice President and Economist at The Northern Trust Company, Chicago. Prior to joining the bank in 1994, she was Consultant to savings and loan institutions and commercial banks at Financial & Economic Strategies Corporation, Chicago. Ms. Bangalore was a faculty member of the Department of Economics, Trinity College, Connecticut, during 1990-1992. She was graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bangalore University, India. She received Master of Arts and Ph.D degrees in Economics from the University of Connecticut. Ms. Bangalore is a member of the National Association of Business Economists and the American Economic Association.

Stephen G. Atkins, Vice President of Northern Trust, co-manages the Northern Large Cap Value Fund. In 2000, Mr. Atkins came to Northern Trust in conjunction with the acquisition of Carl Domino Associates, where he served as Portfolio Manager for two years. Prior to working at the predecessor firm, he worked for Cantor Fitzgerald Securities in New York. His work in portfolio management encompasses his study of corporate finance, security analysis and accounting. He also has experience trading U.S. equities and fixed income for institutions and high net worth individuals. Mr. Atkins graduated from Georgetown University and is a CFA charterholder.
