Ned W. Bennett has served as the Company's Executive Vice Chairman since March 2007 and as Chief Executive Officer of optionsXpress, Inc., the Company's broker-dealer, since August 2000. Previously, Mr. Bennett was the Company's Chief Operating Officer from its inception. Prior to joining optionsXpress, Mr. Bennett held various positions at Dreyfus Brokerage Services, Inc. (Pacific Brokerage Services) from July 1997 to May 1999. Mr. Bennett's additional experiences include: Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of publicly-traded ED&F Man International Securities Inc. (December 1994 to July 1997) and President and Chief Executive Officer of Geldermann Securities, a ConAgra company that he developed into a major clearing firm (from November 1987 to December 1994, when the firm was purchased by ED&F Man International Inc.).

Thomas E. Stern has served as our Chief Administrative Officer since inception and has served as Chief Financial Officer of optionsXpress, Inc. since December 2001. Mr. Stern also serves as Chief Financial Officer of brokersXpress LLC. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of EZ Stocks, Inc., a NASD member firm, from February 2000 to November 2001 and as Senior Managing Director of Regal Discount Securities from January 1999 to January 2000.

James Gray became president of G-Bar in 1996. He has 13 years in the options industry and holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from the University of Iowa. Mr. Gray is a member of Young Presidents Organization and a member of the Junior Board of the Shedd Aquarium.

Mr. Wald is currently the founder and President of Romar Services, L.L.C., a private investment firm. Mr. Wald is also the founder, and former President and Chief Executive Officer of ASAP Software Express. Prior to founding ASAP, Wald was in product management for Hewlett-Packard Laser Printer operations. He is currently on the board of SurePayroll, a Web-based payroll system, which he launched in 2000 and McDonough Medical, a leading provider of dental imaging equipment.. Wald was named one of "America's Hot Young Entrepreneurs" by Fortune and an "Entrepreneur of the Year" by INC. Magazine. He received a B.S. and an M.B.A. from Arizona State University.
