Peter joined the Company in 1992. Mr. Burlage was promoted to Chief Executive Officer and President on July 1, 2006. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since October 2005. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of the Environmental Systems business segment since January 2001. Mr. Burlage has also served as Vice President of Engineering from 2000 to 2001 and was the Company's SCR Division Manager from 1997 to 2000. Mr. Burlage earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas, Arlington and his MBA from Baylor University.

Hank joined the Company in October 2005 as the Company's Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Schopfer served from 2001 to 2005, as Chief Financial Officer of T-Netix, Inc., a telecommunications company, from 1996 to 2000, as Chief Financial Officer of Wireless One, Inc., a communications company, from 1988 to 1996, as Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer of Daniel Industries, Inc., a manufacturer of fluid measurement products and systems for the energy industry. Mr. Schopfer earned a B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

During his successful 20 year career, Mogged held progressively senior executive positions in a number of large-scale, global corporations in the U.S. and Europe. Prior to joining Peerless, Mogged served as Senior Vice President Operations -- North America with Manitowoc Crane Group from 2005 through 2006. Prior to that, he was the Vice President of Engineering for the Overhead Door Corporation from 2002 to 2005. Mogged began his career with Deere & Company, serving over 20 years in a variety of manufacturing and engineering capacities both domestically and overseas from 1977 to 2001. He earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from M.I.T. and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
David joined the Company in 1988. He has served as Vice President since 1999 and was appointed the head of our Separation & Filtration Systems business unit in July 2002. Prior to his current position, Mr. Taylor served as the Vice President of our nuclear/marine product line and Director of Sales and Engineering for our Asia-Pacific operations.

Jon joined Peerless in August 2006 as General Manager - Pressure Products. Jon was with Corning Cable Systems from 1996 to 2006 where he most recently managed Corning's surge protection and DSL product lines. Prior to joining Corning, he worked for Ethicon, a division of Johnson and Johnson. Jon holds several US Patents related to fiber optic hardware. He has a BSME degree from University of Texas at Austin and a MBA from Baylor University.

R. Clayton Mulford, age 52, has been a director since January 2002. Since March 2007, he has served as the Chief Operating Officer of the National Math and Science Initiative, Inc., a non-profit educational foundation. An attorney, Mr. Mulford was a partner in the Dallas office of Jones Day from January 2004 until February 2007. Before he joined Jones Day, Mr. Mulford was a partner and member of the Executive Committee of Hughes & Luce, LLP. He previously served as lead corporate legal counsel to us for a number of years.
Sean joined the Company in 2001. He has served in the environmental and power business 9 of the last 11 years. Between 1999 and 2001 Sean worked as a project manager for Telcordic Technologies, a telecommunications software company under SAIC. Prior to joining Foster Wheeler in 1994 he served eight years in the Navy nuclear submarine program.
Barry joined the Company’s Peerless Europe Limited subsidiary (PEL) in 1992 as the Director of Sales & Engineering. He was promoted to Managing Director and has served in that capacity since 1995. Prior to employment at PEL, Barry spent thirteen years as an engineer and later as engineering manager for the Company’s European licensee. Barry is a registered Mechanical Engineer.
Donald A. Sillers, Jr. is the Company's former Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, and has served as a director of the Company since 1970.

Kenneth R. Hanks was elected Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer in August 2002 and has served as Executive Vice President since June 1996. He served as Chief Operating Officer from August 1998 to August 2002. Mr. Hanks was the Chief Financial Officer from June 1996 to August 1998 and has been a Director of Southwest Securities since June 1997. Mr. Hanks served in various executive capacities at Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, Inc., a financial services company, from 1981 to 1996, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He serves as an arbitrator with FINRA and formerly served as a member of the NASD’s District 6 Business Conduct Committee. Mr. Hanks also currently serves on the Board of Directors of PMFG, Inc., which designs and manufactures a wide range of separation filtration equipment and environmental systems for the reduction of air pollution.
R. Clayton Mulford has been a director of the Company since 2002. Mr. Mulford is a partner in the Jones Day law firm. Mr. Mulford served as lead outside corporate legal counsel to the Company for a number of years.
