"Mr. Lee has been Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since April 10, 2002. In this role, Mr. Lee has overseen the recruitment and hiring of a new senior management team and has successfully led the management team in expanding the Belterra resort and developing the company’s newest casino resort in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Mr. Lee is a Wall Street and gaming industry veteran with years of proven experience. He began his career in 1980 at Drexel Burnham Lambert where he held positions up to Managing Director. From 1990 to 1992, Mr. Lee served as the Director of Equity Research for CS First Boston. From 1992 to 1999, Mr. Lee served as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Senior Vice President of Finance and Development for Mirage Resorts, where he oversaw the financing of such projects as the Bellagio resort and Treasure Island at The Mirage. In 1999, Mr. Lee took on the role of Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at HomeGrocer.Com, Inc. (internet grocery service), where he served until the sale of the company in 2000. From 2001 to 2002, Mr. Lee was the owner of LVMR, LLC, (a gaming development company). Mr. Lee earned his B.S. degree in Hotel Administration in 1977 and his MBA degree in 1980, both from Cornell University. "

"Mr. Uboldi originally joined Pinnacle Entertainment in 2001 as Vice President and General Manager of Belterra. In January 2004, Mr. Uboldi assumed the position of Regional V.P. and General Manager for L’Auberge du Lac in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He became Chief Operating Officer of the Company in February 2004. Born in Monte Carlo, Mr. Uboldi began his career with Peat Marwick Mitchell in Paris from 1969 to 1973, returning to Monaco to take on executive gaming management duties for hotel chain Societe des Bains de Mer (SBM Group) from 1973 to 1980, with responsibility for essentially all of the gaming operations at the famed Monte Carlo casino. He became Executive Vice President of the Playboy Casino Hotel in Atlantic City in 1981 and then Controller for the Regine's nightclub chain in 1982. From 1983 to 1992, he was General Manager of the Lady Luck Casino Hotel in Las Vegas and then created Lady Luck Gaming Corporation, serving as its President and COO from 1992 until the sale of that company in 2000. At Lady Luck, he was instrumental at developing and opening several casinos in Mississippi, Iowa and Colorado. "Mr. Capp joined the Company in January 2003 from the investment banking firm Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. in New York where he was a Managing Director focused on the U.S. leveraged finance market. In that capacity he worked in numerous industry sectors, including gaming, and was involved in advising clients and devising execution strategies for various corporate finance transactions. Mr. Capp’s career in the financial services industry extends from 1989. Prior to joining Bear, Stearns in 1999, Mr. Capp was Group Head of the Latin America floating-rate debt structuring and distribution business for BancAmerica Securities in New York. From 1992 to 1997 he was a Managing Director for BancAmerica Securities in San Francisco, where he focused on debt financing transactions for gaming companies principally, but was also responsible for client transactions in the broadcasting, film production, theatrical exhibition, high technology and project finance sectors. Mr. Capp was with Security Pacific Merchant Bank in Los Angeles as a Vice President from 1989 to 1992. Mr. Capp earned his B.S. degree in 1985 from the University of Arizona and his MBA degree in 1989 from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. "

"Mr. Godfrey joined Pinnacle Entertainment in August 2002. Previously, he was a partner of the Las Vegas-based law firm Schreck Brignone Godfrey where he served as a member of the Executive Committee. His practice was devoted to gaming law with an emphasis on publicly traded corporations, financing, compliance, and licensing investigations. Mr. Godfrey had served as an outside gaming counsel to Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. In addition to representing numerous gaming clients, Mr. Godfrey had served as counsel to the Nevada Resort Association. Prior to entering private practice in 1984, he served as Deputy State Industrial Attorney for the State of Nevada from 1977-1980, as Deputy Attorney General, Nevada Attorney General's Office, Gaming Division from 1980-1983, and as Chief Deputy Attorney General, Gaming Division from 1983-1984. Mr. Godfrey is a Trustee of the International Association of Gaming Attorneys and served as that organization's President for the 1996-1997 term. In August 2002, he was appointed for a three-year term on the Executive Committee of the Nevada State Bar's Gaming Law Section. Mr. Godfrey received his B.A. degree in 1973 from the University of South Florida and his J.D. degree in 1976 from the University of San Diego, School of Law. "

Jim Barich was elected president and Peggy Haidl was elected vice president of the Orange County Fair & Exposition Center's Board of Directors on Thursday, August 26, 2004. Irvine resident Barich is the Senior Vice President of Public Affairs at Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. He has served on the board of directors for the California Taxpayers Association, California Business Properties Association, Orange County Public Affairs Association and the California Chamber of Commerce (Public Affairs Council). He has served on the OCFEC Board since 1998.
