Richard T. O Brien has been a member of Inergy Holdings GP, LLC s board of directors since May 2006. Mr. O Brien currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Newmont Mining Corporation, one of the world s largest gold producers, based in Denver, Colorado. From April 2001 until September 2005, Mr. O Brien served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AGL Resources, a natural gas distributor headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.

David Donaldson is director of Community Relations and vice president of the Vulcan Foundation at Vulcan Materials Company, where he is responsible for the community and governmental relations programs of the company's corporate office and eight operating divisions. Donaldson graduated from the University of the South, Sewanee, Tennessee, with a B.A. in English literature and holds a master's degree in public and private management from Birmingham-Southern College. He currently serves as chairman of the board of trustees of the Nature Conservancy, Alabama Chapter. He is also on the board of directors of the Salvation Army Advisory Board, Birmingham, and serves on Leadership Birmingham's Members' Council, where he is co-chairman of the council's program committee.

Harri Haikala serves as Assistant General Counsel at Vulcan Materials Company. Before receiving his law degree from Tulane University where he served as Editor in Chief of the Law Review, Harri received undergraduate degrees in chemical engineering and in pulp and paper science from North Carolina State University. Harri practiced law with the Birmingham law firm of Burr & Forman, specializing in environmental law, before joining Vulcan. Harri has been with Vulcan for eight years and his practice has broadened to include many general commercial aspects of Vulcan's chemicals and construction materials businesses. For the last four years Harri has been responsible for overseeing and managing all legal matters of Vulcan's chemicals business. Harri and his wife Madeline live in the Altadena Valley area of Jefferson County and have four children ages seven through 12. When he is not coaching soccer or basketball, Harri enjoys triathlons, canoeing, fishing, camping, and other outdoor activities.

Jerry is Corporate Secretary and Senior Attorney for Vulcan Materials Company. As part of his duties, he oversees legal and compliance matters for Vulcan's limestone facility in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. He is married to the former Suzanne Smitherman and they have two children, Jackson and Drue
