Mr. Batrack joined our predecessor in 1980 and was named Chairman in January 2008. Mr. Batrack was named Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a director in November 2005. Mr. Christensen joined us in 1998 through the acquisition of our Tetra Tech NUS, Inc. operating unit and was named Vice President in November 2002. Mr. Smith was named Senior Vice President and President of the Infrastructure Group on November 18, 2005. He has nearly 35 years of infrastructure industry experience focused on water infrastructure engineering. Mr. Smith joined us from MWH Global, Inc., where he was Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning. He spent the previous 24 years, from 1980 to 2004, at Black & Veatch, where he was promoted to President of the Europe Water Division. Mr. Walsh was named President of the Technical Environmental Services Group on December 1, 2005. He was named Senior Vice President in November 2002 and joined us in 1995 through the acquisition of our Tetra Tech EM Inc. (EMI) operating unit. Mr. Walsh joined EMI in 1987, and has served as information systems manager, office manager, and Vice President. He currently serves as the President of both EMI and our Tetra Tech NUS, Inc. operating unit. From 1985 to 1987, Mr. Walsh served as an environmental consultant to government agencies with Booz, Allen and Hamilton, Inc. Mr. Haun joined EMC in 1985 and has supported major federal clients including the U.S. Navy and other branches of the U.S. Department of Defense. Mr. Lemmon joined our predecessor in 1981 in a technical capacity, and became a member of its corporate staff in a management position in 1985. In 1988, at the time of our predecessor's divestiture from Honeywell Inc., Mr. Lemmon structured and managed many of our corporate functions. In 1990, he was promoted to Director of Administration. Mr. Chu was named Senior Vice President and President of Technical Support Services (formerly Technical Environmental Services) in June 2007. He has more than 13 years of experience with us and has served in various technical and management capacities, including project and program manager, office manager, regional manager, and most recently, chief operating officer for the Technical Environmental Services Group. Mr. Chu was named a Vice President in 2001. He began his career as a civil/sanitary engineer in 1981 and entered the environmental consulting field in 1984. Dr. Brownlie was named Senior Vice President and President of the Environmental Engineering and Consulting Group on December 1, 2005. He joined our predecessor in 1981 and was named a Senior Vice President in December 1993. He has been a Vice President since 1988. For the past year, Dr. Brownlie managed one of our water consulting business units. Previously Dr. Brownlie managed various business units and programs focusing on water resources and environmental services, including work with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Department of the Interior's Bureau of Reclamation, and the U.S. Department of Energy. Ms. Salin joined us in February 2002 and was named Vice President and General Counsel in November 2002. She was elected Secretary in November 2003. For the prior 17 years, Ms. Salin was a Principal with the law firm of Riordan & McKinzie (which was acquired by Bingham McCutchen LLP in July 2003), and served as Managing Principal of that firm from 1990 to 1992. Dr. Shoemaker joined us in 1991 and was named Vice President, Strategic Initiatives in August 2007. Mr. Bieber joined us in 1996, and was named Vice President, Business and Corporate Development in November 2005. Kellie DuBay is an environmental scientist with Tetra Tech, Inc. Ms. DuBay has supported the U.S. EPA in its efforts to promote watershed-based permitting and water quality trading, including the development of technical assistance tools such as the Watershed-Based Permitting NPDES Implementation Guidance and the toolkit entitled Implementing Water Quality Trading Through NPDES Permitting. Hernandez has taken leadership roles in several professional organizations such as the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and the local Engineers Week committee, affording her the opportunity to encourage students to pursue careers in engineering by mentoring, teaching, and giving presentations. She has just completed a two-year term as the president of the Central Florida Professional Chapter of SHPE. Her research has been published in peer reviewed technical journals and has been presented at three conferences. Hernandez is currently employed by Tetra Tech as a Water Resources Engineer. As project engineer, she was responsible for developing FEMA floodplain zones in the city of Deltona, Florida. There she contributed to the design and permitting of a $2 million emergency system that provides an outfall to 31 lakes and flooding relief to 57,000 residents in Deltona, in response to the 2002-2003 flooding emergency. She has also designed and permitted several other stormwater projects in Central Florida. Hernandez recently transferred to Tetra Tech's office in Chicago.

Toni recently completed her PhD in Environmental Sciences and Resources at Portland State University. For her dissertation research, Toni examined factors that influenced the photosynthetic rates and carbohydrate content of Egeria densa (Brazilian elodea), a highly invasive freshwater plant. Currently, she works as an Aquatic Biologist for Tetra Tech, Inc. in Portland, Oregon. Toni has been a member of OLA since arriving in Oregon in 2000. In addition to being Treasurer for OLA, she is a member of the North American Lake Management Society, the Western Aquatic Plant Management Society (Scholarship Chair), and the Aquatic Plant Management Society.
