G. Thomas Graves III: Mr. Graves has over thirty years of management experience in oil and gas exploration and production, currently as Managing Partner of Katy Resources LLC and recently as President and Chief Executive Officer of Toreador Resources Corporation, a NASDAQ-listed oil and gas exploration and development company operating in the United States, France, Turkey, Romania, Hungary and Trinidad. He is the Assistant Treasurer of the Episcopal Diocese of Dallas where is serves on the Board of Trustees of the Corporation of the Diocese; is a member of the Standing Committee; and is an Alternate Deputy to the General Convention. Mr. Graves is a member of the Church of the Incarnation, where he recently chaired the Rector Search Committee and is a former Senior Warden. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Nashotah House and Uganda Christian University Partners. Mr. Graves is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where he received a BA and an MBA.

Mr. Lovett has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Toreador since January 25, 2007. From May 2003 to January 25, 2007, he was the Managing Partner of Horsley Partners, LLC, his own investment and advisory firm. From 1998 until May 2003, he worked on private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions advisory work for RP&C International. From 1986 until 1998, he worked with Lehman Brothers in a number of positions, including head of Lehman Brothers Asian investment banking and a manager of Lehman s global banking business.

Peter Falb is a principal and chief investment officer at Dane, Falb, Stone and Company, a Boston-based investment advisor. He has long been an angel investor in startup companies, and ten such companies have gone public or been acquired - generating over 100-fold returns to the initial investors. Most recently, Epicon, in which Peter made an early-stage investment, was acquired by Nortel Networks for $275 million. He is the managing director of the F-Co Holdings Companies and a Director of Toreador Resources, a public company. Peter is an accomplished academic as well. He has been a Professor of Applied Mathematics at Brown University since 1967. He is the author or co-author of five books on control and systems theory and received his Ph.D. from Harvard in Mathematics in 1961.

Alan D. Bell, age 62, joined our Board of Directors on April 16, 2007. Previously, Mr. Bell worked in various capacities at Ernst & Young LLP from 1973 until his retirement in June 2006, at which time he was the Director of Ernst & Young's Energy Practice in the Southwest United States. Mr. Bell worked in the Dallas office of Ernst & Young from 1973 to 1977 where he performed oil and gas company audits and again, from 1981 to 2006, where he continued his involvement in the energy industry. From 1977 to 1981, he worked in the Paris office of Ernst & Young on the post merger of client Elf Aquitaine from its two predecessor companies. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Mr. Bell was a production engineer with Chevron Oil Company in the Gulf of Mexico from 1969 to 1972. Mr. Bell currently serves on the Board of Directors of Toreador Resources Corporation (NASDAQ: TRGL), where he serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Bell received a degree in Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in 1969 and received an M.B.A. from Tulane University in 1973. He is a current member of the Board of Directors of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Mr. Bell is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, Institute of Certified Management Accountants, Association of Insolvency Accountants and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
