Gene Goodson joined Southwall's board of directors in April 2006 and has held leadership positions in industry, government and universities. Most recently, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Williams Controls Inc., a manufacturer of electronic throttle controls, where he remains Chairman of the Board. Prior to Williams Controls, Gene was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Oshkosh Truck Corporation, a developer and producer of heavy-duty on and off road trucks. After retiring from Oshkosh in 1998, he became an Adjunct Professor at the University of Michigan Business School, teaching operations management. Gene was also a director of the Executive Officer Association of American Industrial Partners, a private equity firm, from 1998 to 2005.

Gerard Herlihy is Chief Financial Officer of Ener1, Inc. and Interim Chief Financial Officer of NanoEner Inc.He is a financial and operating executive with more than 30 years of management experience. Prior to joining Ener1, Herlihy served as President and Chief Operating Officer, as well as Chief Financial Officer of Splinex Technology Inc., a majority owned subsidiary of Ener1 Group. His previous experience includes serving as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Williams Controls Inc. (OTC:WMCO), and president and COO of CliniCorp, Inc. He worked on Wall Street as an investment banker at Thomson McKinnon Securities, and began his career as a CPA with Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co in New York City. Mr. Herlihy received his MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Gary A. Hafner was appointed Vice President, Manufacturing in July 2006. From February 2006 to July 2006, he was manufacturing manager for the Company and from 1999 until February 2006 he was manufacturing manager for the Company s Portland operations. Prior to joining Williams, he held the position of production manager at Warn Industries in Milwaukie, Oregon, a company that designs, manufactures and markets off-road equipment and accessories for four-wheel-drive vehicles, ATV s and utility vehicles. Mr. Hafner earned a bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering from Oregon Institute of Technology. There are no family relationships among the executive officers of the Company.

Mr. Greenawalt served as a director and a member of the Audit Committee from March 1994 to July 1, 2002 when he resigned in conjunction with the 2002 recapitalization transaction. Mr. Greenawalt was re-elected as a director at the Company's Annual Meeting on September 19, 2002. Mr. Greenawalt is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Governance and Nominating Committee. Mr. Greenawalt is a vice-president with LaSalle Bank. Mr. Greenawalt received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Banking School. Mr. Greenawalt is a member of the board of directors of Valley Commerce Bank.

Mr. Viola has been a director since December 2002 and is Chairman of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Viola served as Chief Operating Officer of Donnelly Corporation, an automotive parts supplier, from 1996 until his retirement in 2002. From 1990 to 1996, Mr. Viola held positions as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer with Mack Trucks, a heavy truck manufacturer. Mr. Viola has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.

Peter E. Salas is ACT's Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. He was appointed Principal Executive Officer by the Board in March 2007 and as Chairman in August 2005. Mr. Salas has served as President of Dolphin Asset Management Corporation and its related companies since their founding in 1988. Dolphin Direct is a New York-based private equity fund that invests in micro-cap opportunities. He served as the lead investor in ACT's August 2005 Series AA Convertible Preferred Stock offering. Prior to establishing the Dolphin entities, Mr. Salas served in various capacities for ten years at J.P. Morgan Investment Management, Inc. He received an A.B. degree in Economics from Harvard in 1978. Mr. Salas also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tengasco, Inc., and on the Boards of Directors of Williams Controls, Inc. and Southwall Technologies Inc.
