"Ian Halifax brings more than twenty years of global finance experience to Wind River. As senior vice president of finance and administration, and chief financial officer, Halifax oversees all aspects of finance and accounting, including strategic financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, investor relations and legal affairs. From January 2005 through February 2006, Halifax was chief financial officer of Micromuse, Inc., a provider of business and service assurance solutions to telecommunications companies, financial organizations and governmental institutions, where he oversaw revenue growth of $50 million in just over two years. Following IBM’s acquisition of Micromuse in February 2006, Halifax served as a transition executive in IBM’s Tivoli Software unit. Prior to his tenure with Micromuse, he spent over five years at Macrovision Corporation. Halifax also has held numerous finance positions at technology companies including Sun Microsystems and OpenTV, Inc. Mr. Halifax is a certified public accountant and a certified management accountant. "

"Jane E. Bone has served as our Chief Accounting Officer since February 2007. Prior to her appointment as CAO, she served as the Company’s Corporate Controller since 2000 and, in addition, as Vice President, Finance, since 2005. Ms. Bone joined Wind River as part of its acquisition in February 2000 of Integrated Systems, Inc., where she spent three years serving as the European and International Controller. She has also held positions in the United States and the United Kingdom at Deloitte Haskins & Sells and Coopers & Lybrand LLP. Ms. Bone earned a BS (Econ.) Hons. in Accounting degree from University of Hull, United Kingdom."

ROSS WHEELER is serial entrepreneur having been involved in technology startups since 1985. He is currently Founder/CEO of Paravirtual, a leader in Embedded Supersystem Virtualization. He previously founded and led RouterWare, the leading network protocol supplier with over 300 networking infrastructure customers, until its acquisition by Wind River Systems, Inc. in 1999. Following the acquisition, he continued as CTO with the Networking Business unit. His prior experience includes positions in software engineering with Fibermux, NewGen Systems, Gateway Communications, and Lockheed Missiles and Space Co. Mr. Wheeler holds a BSCS and BS Computer Engineering from Trinity University.

"Vincent Rerolle joined Wind River in November 2006 as our Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy, where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships and alliances, and he was appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager, Linux Division in February 2008. From 2001 until he joined Wind River, Mr. Rerolle was Vice President of Corporate Development at Mercury Interactive Corporation, where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, business development and technology alliances. Mr. Rerolle has also held various management positions at Citadon, McKinsey, Vivendi and Sagem, in the United States, France and Australia. He holds a BS degree in engineering from ENST Paris and an MBA from INSEAD."

"Jeff Loehr is vice president of human resources at Wind River. In this role, Loehr focuses on driving leading-edge human resources programs worldwide. He works with the management team to ensure Wind River recruits, develops, and retains the best and brightest in the industry. Loehr worked most recently at Mercury Interactive, where he was responsible for global human resources, employee services, real estate, and facilities. He has more than 20 years of human resources experience, primarily in the software industry focused on building worldwide organizations. Prior to Mercury Interactive, he headed up the International Human Resources group at BEA Systems as the company rapidly increased its presence in Europe and Asia. Earlier in his career, he held a number of positions at Informix Software, where he was responsible for corporate HR and HR systems worldwide. He began his career in the technology industry at Price Waterhouse in the Technology Consulting division. Loehr holds a master’s degree in counseling with an emphasis in business from the University of Missouri. "

Mr. Inman became a director of Wind River in June 1999. He is the founder and General Partner of Inman Investment Management, a private venture capital investment company formed in 1998. Prior to 1998, he cofounded and was General Partner of Inman & Bowman, a venture capital firm formed in 1985. Mr. Inman serves as a director of Lam Research Corporation, a semiconductor equipment manufacturer, and Paychex, Inc., a payroll and human resources outsourcing services company; and he is a trustee of the University of California, Berkeley Foundation. Mr. Inman holds a BA in economics from the University of Oregon and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
