Mr. Crump offers a wealth of experience managing community outreach and support building programs for a wide range of public and private clients. Mr. Crump is currently managing the communications and outreach programs for the State of California's Capitol Westside Projects in Downtown Sacramento. These projects include the development of the West End Office Complex, with a footprint of1.4 million square feet over two city blocks, and the renovation of the state's Central Plant in compliance with California's EPA regulations. As project manager, Mr. Crump conducts scoping meetings, oversees media relations, and prepares community newsletters to facilitate the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) process. As project manager for CPG client Honeywell International, Mr. Crump serves as Honeywell's community liaison with homeowners in Newark, CA. In this capacity, he informed homeowners of the area's soil contamination issues and regularly advises them on Honeywell's soil remediation plans in coordination with the Bay Area Regional Water Quality Control Board. When the Seal Beach-based Olson Company hired CPG in 2004 to conduct community outreach for their 175 condominium development in Marina del Rey, Mr. Crump navigated community relations for this mixed use, urban renewal project. This included organizing scoping meetings for stakeholders to contribute to the EIR process, and conducting local business and community walks. Successful results on this project led to managing a subsequent engagement with the Olson Co -- a mixed use development of 99 town homes and select retail outlets in San Lorenzo, CA.
