Vincent Janssen is chief executive officer of Sara Lee International’s Household and Body Care division and an executive vice president of Sara Lee Corporation. Janssen joined Sara Lee in 1992 as director of marketing and sales for Douwe Egberts, the Netherlands. Since that time, he has held positions of increasing responsibility, including president of Douwe Egberts, the Netherlands, and regional vice president of coffee and tea with responsibility for all coffee and tea activities in the Netherlands, the U.K., Australia and Poland as well as the worldwide out-of-home coffee systems business. Janssen was promoted to his current position in 2003. Prior to joining Sara Lee, he held marketing and sales positions at Unilever and Campina in the Netherlands. Christopher J. (CJ) Fraleigh is chief executive officer, North American Retail and Foodservice, and an executive vice president of Sara Lee Corporation. Fraleigh joined Sara Lee in January 2005 as chief executive officer of Sara Lee Food & Beverage. He was appointed to chief operating officer – North America in November, 2007 and his current position in January, 2009. Stephen J. Cerrone is executive vice president of human resources of Sara Lee Corporation and is responsible for the company’s global human resources and communications organizations. He was elected an officer of the corporation in 2007. In January 2007, Cerrone joined Sara Lee in his current position. Previously, he was at JPMorgan Chase, where he served as executive vice president, human resources, for the retail financial services division of the bank, and where he played an active role in leading the integration of the Bank One and JPMorgan Chase cultures when the two banks merged in 2004. Prior to the merger, Cerrone was the head of human resources for Bank One. Before joining Bank One in 2003, Cerrone was with Burger King Corporation for 14 years where his last role was executive vice president, worldwide human resources. He also held human resources positions of increasing responsibility at the Maxwell House division of General Foods before joining Burger King. Cerrone earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Providence College in Rhode Island, and his master’s and Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Houston. He also has served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Houston and, most recently, at the University of Miami. Since relocating to Chicago in 2003, Stephen has been elected to serve as a member of the board of trustees for Roosevelt University and on the board of directors for Hubbard Street Dance Chicago. B. Thomas Hansson is senior vice president, strategic planning and corporate development at Sara Lee Corporation, and was elected an officer of the corporation in 2007. In this position, he is responsible for the company’s strategy, long-range planning, competitive intelligence and corporate development functions. Steven P. Happ, a resident of Memphis, Tennessee, is a senior advisor to HP Management Decisions Ltd. Since 1980, his professional experience includes senior management positions with leaders in the consumer goods industry. Mr. Happ is experienced in all facets of managing information and administrative services, both domestically and internationally. His areas of expertise include information services, management, general administrative management, computer operations, customer service, technical consulting, and both software and hardware development. Before joining HPMD, he was Senior Director of MIS for a $3 billion group of the Sara Lee Corporation. Working under the CIO of Sara Lee, he was responsible for the strategic MIS direction of the eight divisions within the group, coordination of inter-divisional projects, and MIS development and management for the group corporate office. Prior to his MIS position he was Sara Lee's Corporate Director of Systems Support, an internal consulting position guiding and assisting Sara Lee divisions in MIS direction world-wide. He worked with over a dozen divisions, including The Hanes Companies, Hillshire Farm, and Sara Lee Bakery, UK. During the preceding six years, he held the positions of Vice President of Administration, Vice President of MIS, MIS Director, and Data Processing Manager for a $200 million meat products division of the Sara Lee Corporation. Mr. Happ is a graduate of Lambuth College.

Chuck Campbell brings to The Everest Group twenty-two years of senior line management experience as well as eight years of serving clients of a "Big 6" accounting firm. His line experience was gained in domestic and international businesses, within industrial and consumer product industries. His expertise is concentrated in strategic planning, financial management and control systems, organizational development, and acquisition/divesting activities. Prior to joining The Everest Group, Chuck was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Federal Signal Corporation, a public (NYSE) growth-oriented manufacturer of industrial products serving diverse worldwide markets. Federal Signal grew from $250 million in 1985, when Chuck joined Federal, to current revenues of approximately $1 billion through international expansion, acquisitions, and internal growth. Earlier, Chuck was Chief Financial Officer of publicly held (NYSE) Masonite Corporation prior to it being acquired by another building materials concern. His experience also includes work as Chief Financial Officer of various divisions/operating groups of Sara Lee Corporation and Esmark Corporation. In addition to his financial and administrative responsibilities at Sara Lee, he managed the purchasing and physical distribution functions. Chuck also enjoyed an entrepreneurial experience as Chief Financial Officer of American Louver Corporation, a private manufacturer of plastic molded products. Chuck began his business career with Arthur Andersen & Co. on the audit staff of the manufacturing division. His last four years were spent as an audit manager serving various public and private clients. Chuck has an MBA in Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University.

Mr. Boschert is responsible for project management and maintains several key accounts. He has acquired a thorough knowledge of refrigeration, air conditioning, heating theory and practice. He is trained in system design, load calculations, drafting, estimating, piping, process piping, ductwork and temperature controls. He has achieved thorough knowledge in project managing with extensive experience in this area. He can successfully troubleshoot and install commercial refrigerating systems, residential and commercial heating and central air conditioning systems and heat pumps. Mr. Boschert began his career in the HVAC industry in 1988 when he became employed by Jerry Kelly Heating and Cooling as a Heating and Cooling Technician. He received his initial experience in installing commercial and residential HVAC equipment and in the fabrication of sheet metal. After furthering his education at Ranken Technical Institute, he became employed by C. E. Jarrell Contracting as a Project Manager/Estimator in 1990. There he received valuable experience in design/build jobs from start to finish including estimating, bidding, selling, designing, drafting, project managing and job closeout. He also project managed large plan and spec jobs as well as design/build jobs. In 1995 Mr. Boschert left Jarrell Contracting and became a principal of Wiegmann & Associates Inc. With his extensive expertise, especially in the sheet metal industry, Mr. Boschert has been instrumental in Wiegmann & Associates' success as a competitive, quality, mechanical contractor. Among his client list are corporations such as Anheuser-Busch, Metal Container Corporation, Earthgrains, and Sara Lee. Mr. Boschert is active in the St. Charles community and coaches youth baseball and basketball leagues.

Dirk A. Montgomery is currently a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for OSI Restaurant Partners, Inc. Prior to joining OSI, Dirk served as the Con Agra Retail Group CFO for a $9 billion portfolio of consumer products companies in the United States and Internationally. He has both retail and consumer products experience, having served previously with ConAgra Foods, Limited Brands and Sara Lee Corporation. Mr. Montgomery began his career at Ernst & Young as a financial and computer auditor initially, later being promoted to Manager in the Corporate Finance Consulting practice. He has an undergraduate degree in Accountancy from Miami University (Ohio), a CPA from the State of Ohio, and an MBA from the University of Chicago with a concentration in Finance and a specialization in Policy. His interests include family, serving in the community and coaching. He is a former Board member for the Memphis Food Bank and New Albany School District Finance Committee and currently serves on the Outback Pro Am Board as Treasurer.

He brings over 20 years of marketing, sales and operations expertise from his Senior Management tenures at BCE Inc, SprintPCS, CareerBuilder.com, Pfizer, Sara Lee and Proctor & Gamble. Partho has championed the creation, development and deployment of leading household brands at start-up companies and at corporations of over $1Billion in revenue. Prior to joining the OKS Group, Mr. Choudhury started Customer Advisors International which was integrated into OKS-Ameridial in January 2005. Mr. Choudhury holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Rambabu (Bobby) Yarlagadda is President & CEO. He has 20+ years of experience in managing Accounting, Finance, Planning, IT, Procurement, Facilities Management and HR functions and processes at a number of premier Fortune 500 companies (Pepsi-Cola, Beatrice Foods, Sara Lee, Taco Bell), Entertainment, Software, Internet & Media companies (Living Books, Narrative communications, Upside Media) and Oil & Gas companies (Trans Alaska Pipeline). He was CFO or Controller of business units or independent companies ranging in size from a startup to $1.2 Billion in annual revenue. Steven Marcus is currently Managing Director of the augustNetwork, a marketing consultancy with recent assignments in consumer packaged goods, financial services, marketing services, Internet and ecommerce. Steve brings extensive marketing management experience in packaged goods, fashion apparel, health and beauty care, Internet and financial services with major companies such as General Foods (Kraft), Sara Lee, Playtex and Citibank. During his 30+ years, he has managed and launched brands in variety of mass marketed CPG categories including kid's cereals, pet foods, and health and beauty care. He also has strong department/specialty experience having been General Manager leading a major turnaround at the Bali Division of Hanes Corporation.

Tyler Cole is a retired executive with the Sara Lee Corporation. In 1998 God called him out of the marketplace to prepare him for a new assignment in His army. Tyler spent the first forty years of his life in the wilderness as a non-believer, and the last twenty-six as a servant in His kingdom. The first seven adult years were spent as a linguist in the U.S. Naval Security Group. This was followed by a thirty-five year career that started as an hourly employee in a factory, and ended as an executive in a Fortune 500 company. Tyler has conducted seminars for years helping believers discover their callings, gifts, and places in the kingdom. Laurette is the retired President of Boeing International and Member of the Executive Council. In this role, Ms. Koellner oversaw the company's international affairs and had leadership responsibilities for 20 Boeing in-country operations throughout the world. Prior to that, she was President of Connexion, a division of Boeing, from December 2004 to 2006. She joined Boeing as a result of the company's merger with McDonnell Douglas in 1997. Ms. Koellner spent 19 years at McDonnell Douglas, where she held a number of management roles of increasing responsibility in the areas of contracts, business planning, human resources and auditing. Her last role at McDonnell Douglas was Vice President and Corporate Controller. Ms. Koellner currently serves on the board of Sara Lee Corporation and is a past board member of Exostar LLC. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Central Florida and a Masters of Business Administration from Stetson University in De Land, Florida. She holds a Certified Professional Contracts Manager designation from the National Contracts Management Association.
